Friendly and responsive customer service
A couple of problems (bulbs ordered not in stock, and refund not processed when I returned the item) but despite this, excellent customer service, gave me the benefit of the doubt when they couldn't find my returned item, so 5 stars.

Poor Order Status Updates
I ordered about £140 of LED bulbs using their website - was required to create an online account. Noticed that payment was taken as soon as order was made, but I wasn't too bothered assuming I would have them within a few days. Got a very basic order confirmation order. After a week they had not arrived so my first thought was to check my online account. Turned out to be useless because the online account holds my personal details - that's all. No order progress, not even a record of orders.
So I gave them a call. I got the "we were expecting a delivery yesterday" we'll send you an email fob off.
To be fair they did eMail, but only to tell me that they don't have stock, their supplier doesn't have stock and they won't be getting any in for at least another month. No apology, no offer to cancel my order. I rang back telling them I wanted to cancel and to refund my money. I was half expecting this to take ages but again to be fair my credit card was refunded within a few days.
So mixed feelings, hence the 3 stars.
BAD.
Online account - useless. Pointless having one that doesn't even record orders made.
Taking payment immediately, especially when items not in stock.
Poor at keeping you updated - you have to ring them. I'm guessing that if I had not contacted them the order would have progressed for months without them updating me.
GOOD
When they were contacted by phone and eMail they did respond quickly
They did process the refund quickly
ADVICE TO THEM
Provide order history\tracking on the online account
Don't take payment until despatch - that way I would have gladly kept the order open with them - but I wasn't going to wait and wait whilst they were sitting with my money.

Great price, outstanding service - nothing too much trouble
These guys were able to advise me on the LED bulbs to buy, also the light fittings. No problem when we changed our mind on the colour of the bulbs - swift refunds and prompt service.
Great communications when not enough stock and exceeded my shipping expectations.
Will be using them again for the rest of my lighting requirements.

Best price & great service
Ordered a couple of led spots to replace halogen spots that kept failing quickly. Replaced just 2 at first to check they would not interfere with wifi, cell phone or radio. They worked just fine so got 4 more. They are on for 4-6 hours/day, so figure they should pay back within a year, providing they don't fail, as the halogens do. That said, they have a guarantee even if they do fail.
Ledbulbs were amongst the cheapest I could find. They were packaged fine and shipped quickly. What more could I ask for!

Good Stock and Service

A painful experience
I ordered three lampholders and bulbs. Although the fitting and lamps are both GU10 it turns out they don't fit and the site had no indication that I should buy extra long bulbs with this fitting - neither did the company do anything they just shipped them. The fittings came with a lamp but as I ordered extra lamps thy didn't bother to give me my free ones! However beware- the site is ledbulbs.co.uk and the fitting said comes with a lamp you might be forgiven for thinking its a led bulb - apparently not but it does say the free one is halogen.
All this would be OK but with an electrician coming in the week I phone in Saturday morning and someone said hey would check stock and come back to me; they didn't. I phoned in Sunday and the person said he didn't have any idea on stock and i needed to speak tothe guy who hadn't phoned me back Saturday. Finally on Monday I spoke to someone else and ended up paying for next day delivery on three lamps to fix the problem.
To cap it all I sen the first three bulbs back and the refund took 21 days.
I will never use this company again. They seem very amateur.

Packed very carefully
The bulbs were sent quickly and very carefully packages. LED bulbs are pretty expensive, but I think worth starting to use and get used to their strengths and weaknesses.

Happy with service - but not the tree!
Bought the bulb for a fibre optic Christmas tree we've had for many years. Very pleased with the prompt service we received but unfortunately the tree still didn't light up our lives!

Good value, good service, responsive to problems
I found the pricing of the lamps competitive, the people on the end of the phone helpful and the delivery service and time was fine. The one small picking error was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Great service great product
Led bulbs offer a great service, prices are the best around did a lot of research before buying from here and no one offers as good prices. The service s great I had to call about one of my orders and they were very helpful and called me right back. Products were shipped quickly and arrived witching 48 hours. I have now replaced all the bulbs in my house with LEDs and bought everything from here. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I especially recommend the megaman bulbs if you are replacing halogens. We tried a number of others before going for the megaman ones.

First LED bulbs bought for permanent lighting are much brighter and better colour rendering than I thought they would be.
The Led bulbs are the first Led bulbs that I have bought to use as permanent lighting, in a lounge. At 4W each they are brighter than I thought and the warm white colour is a pleasant bright natural light. they replace 11w fluorescent bulbs so will in fact take years to pay back the cost at 5-6 hours per day usage.I will,however, replace others as they fail; Led is the way to go in future .

Poor customer service
This company is probably fine if you don't encounter a problem (if a little slow with dispatch), but if something goes wrong, beware!
I ended up with the wrong product. Probably due to a listing that showed a bulb with the wrong fitting. I judged which bulb to buy based on the image which mislead me (it's still wrong today).
I contacted them to say I had been supplied with the wrong bulb. Initially that said they'd send a courier to collect it, then changed their mind and sent me a pre-paid Post Office label.
Having taken such a long time to get the original delivery to me and then by messing me about regarding returning the item (I had waited in all day for a courier before they changed their minds about the return method), I opted for a refund.
The item was posted back on 30th November.
Over two weeks later, I chased up the refund. I received no reply to my message, but my PayPal account was partially refunded - £2.99 short of the cost of the original bulb!
So far, LEDbulbs are choosing not to respond to my further emails (I've had 'read receipts', so I know they've seen them). I've been forced to start a PayPal dispute.
LEDbulbs offer great prices, but this poor customer service means I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

Quick delivery - good customer service

Daylight Led s are brilliant.
Tried the lamps in our kitchen 1st . Result was amazing 9 lamps and we need dark glasses, almost, because it is so bright and our kitchen is white.
secondly used 3 in the shower room can now see to shower GREAT>

very happy
I made 2 orders (1 small and 1 large), the small order arrived after several working days and the large order arrived next day.
The bulbs are great. Philips gu10 very warm perfect fit LED bulbs. Expensive but the quality of light is better than old halogens, they're the same size, and use considerably less energy
