Great Website But Let Down By Awful Customer Services!
I am absolutely dedicated to OPI nail polishes and swear by them, so I was thrilled when I found out about Lena White. The choice on offer is incredible with great prices and detailed descriptions/photos. They often have fantastic discounts, new releases and sale products too. The main probably that I have had is with customer services! Everytime I have placed an order (roughly 4 so far this year alone) a message has popped up about a 'high volume of customers' and that my order 'could be delayed by up to 7 working days' - fair enough. But OPIUK/Lena White don't notify you with any despatch email so you have no idea when your order is on it's way. I waited patiently for my parcel and nothing arrived. So I contacted customer services and got an extremely rude response! Basically I was told that in the space of 7 working days (as stated on the website) my parcel had been attempted to be delivered and had been returned to them. Apparently the courier knocked and left a card - I didn't witness either of these. Customer services then told me that I had to pay a charge for my parcel to be redelivered! I objected and after numerous emails they eventually resent my parcel (without having to pay any fees). To make matters worse the items inside were birthday presents for a friend which ended up being late. Shocking customer services, such a shame really for such a promising website!
