I bought LED bulbs from ebay which were delivered directly from china. They all stopped working within 2 weeks. I bought some replacements from this company due to the long warranty and money back guarantee and am impressed. The bulbs work well and I got good advice from the lads on the phones. I feel happy to recommend this company.
The first time I called light rabbit it was for an oven bulb but the kindly told me that I shouldn't use LED for this purpose. They were right and after some research didn't buy any but I did need some other bulbs for the house and went back to them. They advised me of the differences between 12v and 240v. I eventually bought 10 GU10 bulbs which arrived next day and well packaged. The bulbs are very good and I am now thinking of doing the rest of my house so I can save money!
I am really happy with the bulbs I have bought. They arrived quickly and when I put them in I was so pleased with the quality of the light. I replaced my old florescent bulbs and these bulbs make the room look so much better.
I placed an order for some led bulbs and waited for 9 days and nothing arrived. I emailed customer service twice with no response. I called them and they said that they don't even have the product I ordered in stock but that they would happily upgrade me to a new and better product and send them out immediately. I waited another week, nothing arrived. I called again, they say they don't have the upgrade product in stock either...interesting. I am fairly well versed in the world of e-commerce and something here doesn't seem right. I asked for all my money back...let's see what happens now.
Thanks to the help of Mark at Light Rabbit we replaced all our office lights to LED which look brilliant especially during the short days. We don't even know it is dark outside as the light is so good and natural. The Sky Tile is instant on and with the low energy consumption we are over the moon.
Ordered 8 energy saving bulbs at £118, shown in stock. Checked order details 5 days later, still shown as "Processing". Queried this by email, reply no stock , due in 7 Nov. On 8 Nov order still "Processing" queried by email, told just in and will be shipped to you today. On 9 Nov still "processing" online conversation with Customer Support, after 5 minutes of no awareness of what going on I asked for refund, told request would be passed to Manager. Email on 11 Nov querying "Processing", told items dispatched 9 Nov and should be with me that day or next. On 14 Nov I emailed to say no delivery and where is my refund. Reply from LyingRabbit items just in ready for dispatch!. Asked for refund, told will take 72 hours, did not take 72 hours to take payment. Terrible service and downright lies about stock and shipping, AVOID!

Any company that advertises goods, takes your money but does not deliver the goods shoulder be
left well-alone - I had such an experience and despite very polite platitudes, the company failed to refund my money on the due date as agreed although it was eventually after a dispute was opened with PayPal.
I did a lot of shopping around and can say with hand on heart that light rabbit provide best prices, products and support than any of the other big brands. The guys on the phone know all about LED products so are able to provide helpful advice. Thumbs up to them.
Never bought from this company before so wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the customer support and the way they professionally dealt with my order. The LED lights are the best I have seen.
I install 1000s of LED bulbs each week and put LightRabbit at the top of destinations to buy stock. The products are sound with extreemly low failure rate even when compared to well known brands such as Philips. The good thing with LightRabbit is that their lamps come at about 1/3 of the price!
I called for some advice on the bulbs and the operator knew what I needed. I called anoter LED lighting company and the operator was obviously trained to just sell. I found the advice from LightRabbit to be honest and professional.
The products were delivered quickly and the site was a breeze to use.
Quality of goods and delivery time as promised, only problem was never sent order confirmation or despatch emails despite contacting by phone on between, so was in dark as to progress of my order.
