Great web site (As a web designer myself I feel I am qualified to give a fair view)
Helped me make a decision I was happy with so all good. Items just haven't turned up which may or may not be your fault... not sure if they were ever sent. If so then lost in the post. Looking forward to replacements asap.

The staff will tell you what product is suitable for your purpose, not what would cost you the most.
I'm new to this lighting my home with LED lights. There is so much to choose from and to do the job properly you need to have some understanding of what Lumens, Watts, light temperatures in degrees Kelvin and fitting types are all about. Or you can talk to someone from Light Rabbit, give them an indication of the what and where for the LED lights and they will do their best to advise you of the most suitable lamps to do the job. If you don't like what you're sent you have 28 days to return them for a full refund. You can't say fairer than that!

Illuminating Products and brilliant service

Can't fault this Company, from placing my order to tracking its progress it was so easy. Great to deal with & the products were exactly as advertised, no hype. If you're thinking of changing to LED lights, great selection on offer here.

Had problems trying to order and wasn't told item was actually out of stock.
Had problems trying to order and wasn't told item was actually out of stock. I placed order and paid straight away using paypal. Never received order confirmation and whenever I rang to find out what was going on no one called me back. Delivery did not arrive when they told me it would. I wish I had tried some other company who offered same prices and faster delivery. Not sure if I'll be using again.

This is an issue that we should hopefully have resolved in the next week.
We are aware of an issue where emails that leave our notification system age getting bounced by certain spam filters. This is an issue our IT guys are aware of and one that will be resolved in a software update at the end of this month. All emails sent directly to info@lightrabbit.com do come directly into our own email server and will be responded to promptly - the issue is limited to outbound from our notification system.
Again, we apologise for the communication issues which we are working towards having resolved ASAP.

Excellent customer care
I wrote a review explaining that the dimmable bulbs i ordered were flickering even when turned off and within an hour i received a phone call from the company explaining that i needed to replace my dimmer switch in order for these bulbs to work properly so i will give this a go. I am extremely impressed with the customer service as a regular online customer with various companies this is hard to find.

Great Service and Great products at the right Price
I ordered a large quantity of LED GU10 lamps they were delivered on time and the order was correct, I fitted all of the lamps and discovered 3 were damaged :-( I used the contact form on the website to let lightrabbit.co.uk know. I got a prompt response and the damaged lamps were replaced free of charge without any problems. I will use lightrabbit.co.uk again. Thanks

No Problems
Bulbs arrived in one piece and were as described. I was asked for feed back before I received them which was a bit disconcerting.

Great Service, communication and delivery
Products arrived next day and were packaged well. I fitted them in the kitchen to try and the light was better than expectations as I have seen other LED lights them in the B&Q show room - The Light Rabbit bulbs are much better.
I will be doing the rest of the house now.

Good product but patchy communication and delivery.
So- according to Mary the broken bulb couldn't break - and no you do not reply to emails on info@lightrabbit.com or any other address - and I still have not got that bulb I ordered in Feb - perhaps the 5 year guarantee means you deliver within 5 years. - I know this is a good place to buy from when all goes well but the real test of a company is what they do when something goes wrong and lightrabbit seem to have a policy of just ignoring you. Looks like I have just lost my money - learn from my mistake folks and go elsewhere.

As for packaging, we ensure that all goods are sent out in appropriately packaged boxes. LED lamps are robust and can not be compared to traditional light bulbs - indeed, LED is a solid state lamp and we are confident that our packaging is more than adequate to protect the precious cargo that we faithfully guarantee for 5 years with a no quibble 30 day returns policy.
Again, we apologise for the communication issues which we are working towards having resolved ASAP.

Good product, but poor service & nil comunication!
When the parcel arrived in 7 days, I thought it was reasonable, from Jersey, but 1 item was missing & no documents!?
After waiting a week, in case the missing item was following, I had to request clarification. The reply took 2 days & was an emat message to say that the missing item is on back-order... No indication of expected delivery date & no option to order a replacement, or to cancel!? Pretty poor customer service really, which has lessened my opinion of the company!

Good prices - speedy delivery - VAT issues
This was the first time I had used the company. My order was for a few hundred pounds and I saved about 15% by switching supplier. Some of the lamps were out of stock and I was called and offered the next highest wattage (brighter) for the same price. The lamps were supplied via the Channel Islands with postage certificates saying they were "samples" worth about £4. I guess this may avoid VAT being charged - in any event I never received a proper VAT invoice. Therefore the supplier may be an expensive option for VAT registered businesses who would expect to be able to reclaim 20% VAT.
However this is might not be a consideration for retail shoppers
The lamps were guaranteed for 2 years whereas my original supplier offers a 5 year guarantee.

Great Service.
I ordered 5 LED Lamps over the Easter Holidays and the order was completed and dispatched very promptly.
When on of the items turned out to the wrong colour, dispite being correctly labeled on the box they were very quick to respond to the phone call and arrange for the right item to be delivered.
Can't fault them and will order again.

Outstanding Service
Having purchased cool white led bulbs, we found that we had made a mistake as they weren't to our taste. Light Rabbit were proactive and actually phoned me up and were concerned to learn of my mistake.They offered me a refund but rather than a refund, I decided to exchange them for warm white. I returned them and the company promptly exchanged them by return post. I can only congratulate them on excellent service.

very happy! nice led string socketed at both ends. my experiments begin....
Only bought this string of LEDs out of interest for what I could do with them.
Rapidly have lots of ideas, the string is coated in a nice clear silicone like material and has a self adhesive back. it can also be cut to any prefered length...
Delivery was fast and the LEDs were well packaged.
I will be back, as someone once said.

really shines a light on exceptional service
I bought some LED light fitting over the web the other day and I have to say that the service was exceptional. The company was LightRabbit who I found via a google search.
