Quick delivery
However I changed my GU10's (12) for these & now I can hear a buzzing which is quite loud & changes pitch when I use the dimmer!?

Very good on the phone!
Initial responce was good with quick delivery time but supply problems meant I had to wait for part of the order. Follow up was a bit slow with one wrong item sent but I found the phone contact I had was very good with helpful staff who understood and sorted out the problems. I am now fully satisfied. One of the best companies I have dealt with when a problem has arisen.

Good service as for product, watch this space
I decided to go down the LED route after having bulb after bulb (GU10 type) blow.
I have little or no confidence in modern products, old light bulbs used to last years. I shall be monitoring these new ones to see how they last.
Light Rabbit has a great selection and ordering was a breeze.

Bought the 9 GU10 for my kitchen. Reduced electricity consumption from 450w to 27 w. Delivery took 8 w/d but it did cover the Channel Islands Snow disruption.

Over one week after palcing the order, I have yet to receive the email confirmation or the light bulbs themselves.
I placed and paid for the order (six LED bulbs) on line and got a reference number and the information that an email confirmation would be sent. The next day, having not received email confirmation, I phoned up and was told that my order had been received and he "didn't know why" I didn't get an email to confirm. One week on and still nothing, so I will have to phone again to chase this up. At the same time I ordered bulbs from another company that arrived in three days.

One sentence! - One word, FANTASTIC
I placed my order Friday afternoon and was amazed when a parcel arrived first thing saturday morning.
I have ordered LED GU10 lamps online before at a similar price, but they took a week to arrive and were definitely much lower quality. The LightRabbit bulbs are heavy, metal and glass construction and very nice.
I'll be back for some more very soon.

I purchased two sample 9w B22 led clusters to see how they would fare against my normal lighting. Overall I'm delighted with the results, a cool clear and bright light that feels very natural to my eyes. I'm planning on upgrading much of the other lighting in the house. One of the units was dead on arrival, but an e-mail resulted in an immediate no-quibble replacement arriving, free of charge, the very next day.
In the more specialised environment of my studio, some minor stroboscopic effects make guitar string vibrations look a little weird. While pickup interference is greatly reduced when compared to fluorescents, it's still noticable.

Good service and response to complaint
3 of the 11 LED lights I bought failed in the first 24 hours. They were replaced quickly with no questions asked. I suspect that the reason they failed was that they were on a circuit that included fluorecent tubes. The lights have worked perfectly since they were put on their own circuit. Fantastic light in the kitchen and bathroomn now for very little power..

Once courier issues were solved all was as advertised.

Lightening Service from Light Rabbit
Hello,
Some time ago I wanted to move forward with my lighting in my kitchen. It already had eight GU10 lamps at 50 watt in two ceiling displays. The light was ok but a bit yellowy and they threw out a lot of heat.
I tried initial LEDs from other suppliers, who had loads of publicity and which were rated at 3 watt. I was very disappointed with the light output and the waste of my money.
I saved up and purchased a 9 watt white light from Light Rabbit. It was fantastic. Clear and bright in my kitchen. Also it was a cool light - not radiating heat like a halogen lamp.
I saved up again and have now purchased a further two 9 watt cool white led lamps.
my kitchen is even better with a three LEDs clear light over the working area. In addition they provide a 65 degree spread of light over a wide area - rather than some other very narrow halogen beam lamps.
I just wish I could afford the other five 9 watt LED lamps from Light Rabbit - to complete my kitchen refurbishment.
I will never buy a warm light, narrow beam halogen lamp again. I just wish the LED lamps were a bit more affordable
