Ligo Customer serves are good until you run into trouble! Bought Trio Cordless phone, the delivery took ages! When it arrived finally, I discovered it was not compatible with my telephone infrastructure I needed to change it; that is when my nightmares begun! I posted the item back, 5 weeks later I had not heard from them, so I called, that when I was told, in the most rude way possible, that I would get no refund..the issue of exchange was not even considered. I lost nearly £90 in purchase and postage. I wish I had read all the reviews about this company!!! so please save yourself, go buy elsewhere!
Be careful, what you see is not what you get. They cheat you by deceiving you in that what is displayed is what you get, then they send you an alternate cheap brand. Then when you try to get it resolved, they close the door on you. Their promise of a return and refund is not all that it's made out to be. They play with you and cause great amount of stress and anxiety. You will always lose as they cheat you with the refund of the postage that you have to bear jsut to get your money back.
I was fortunate in some way that I paid by PayPal, who got me my refund but failed to get my postage refunded.
Bottom line is that they are dirty.
Pay the bit extra with a reputable company and get piece of mind.
Like a number of other people I had ordered some plantronics headphnes from them via Amazon site on Saturday. I got an email from Ligo on Monday saying they where out of stock but would be in next day. By Wednesday Morning they had been delivered. I can only say what a Great service. Never used them before but would look to use them again if I need too.
I have only ever made one purchase - in 2010 and that didnt go well so deceided never to go back. Despite requests to stop they have spammed me ever since.
They are even so disrespectful they continued to spam me on Christmas day? Why.
Clearly only interested in profit and not in anyway respectful of their customers.
Excellent service and fast delivery. Like another customer I only read the reviews after I had placed my order and obviously had concerns. Ordered Sunday received Monday at 13:52 just as the text message and email had advised - I was given a delivery slot of between 13:52 and 14:52.
Extremely pleased with telephone which is packed with features and easy to set up.
I ordered my son a pair of the 'Platronics' headphones from 'Ligo' on the 2nd of October, as they were no longer available on Amazon; and other places had all sold out!
I only read these bad reviews once I had ordered them - and then I had my concerns! I had not received them 3 days later so rang the number I found on here and spoke to a staff-member - who assured me that they were sent out that day and would be with me the following day or next. As promised, I received them today Saturday 6th. They were packaged well and the item is as expected. I have not put them to the test yet as they are a present for my sons birthday...so we shall see :) But I had to give my view on this company as good...as they didn't fail to deliver.
They are not the company I dealt with 6 years ago. Their phone system often leaves you at an answer phone after promises that you will be put through to a 'trained operator'. They do not answer emails within the 2 hours period they have set themselves. Their order tracking is not tracking at all.
fuss and bother every step of the way. please ignore the fact that they fill their website with positive reviews from happy customers. their courier service has failed to deliver so far, and i do not hold out a lot of hope.
I returned a item for a refund, 2 weeks later after chasing the refund, they say they forgot to do it, and would action the refund that day, 1 week later still not done, a week later, they advise they cant refund to a credit card and need to bacs refund !!!! odd... 1 week later they advised the refund is pending.
If you want a company that offer a returns service avoid LIGO
Also the 2 hour priority form on the website, takes on average 2 days for any reply... the worst customer service ever
DO NOT USE THIS LOT!!!! You use them at your PERIL. They totally suck. I WILL NEVER use them again. Go to Amazon - you may pay more but you will get FAR better service and get what you want. It took 3 WEEKS to sort a simple order - and they DIDN'T HAVE the product they'd actually sold me. Claimed they'd sent the right thing - of course, they hadn't. I sent it back at my expense. They couldn't get what I"D ACTUALLY ORDERED from their website! In the end, I took back what I'd returned - to save my sanity, time and money!!!!! If you want to bawl at them - use this number 0141 550 5270. Gary in customer services is helpful, but did not resolve my issues satisfactorily. I wanted ALL of my money back + postage for returning the item they wrongly sent to me. Their packaging is an utter joke!! They stuff things into used FedEx plastic bags, simply turned inside out and labelled, with no additional packaging - so it WILL GET DAMAGED. Save your sanity - please SHOP ELSEWHERE.
