We used the Harley limo for a funeral the vehicle was immaculate the driver was so professional and smart and he done everything he could to help us , would certainly use them again we were very impressed
The experience was very good especially the limo driver he was very sweet and friendly. The whole ride was great fun and a very nice suprise to give to a friend. The only problem was music in the car which was getting stuck in between.
I had an great limo driver by the name or Tony who was extremely accommodating to every where we wanted to go, if were we having fun and my final destination to the club where I was celebrating my 21st a show stopper. Honestly had a an amazing memorable day!!

After ordering a Pink Hummer limousine for my mothers 50th, we expected everything to be perfect, having paid that premium for the Pink variation instead of white.
We had to change the pick up location, so no matter, I email Limo broker to change location. "That'll be £20 please". "OK" I thought, "fair enough".
That's when things start to go wrong.
We get a phonecall on the night of the hire from the actual Limo firm. "Ummm where we picking you up from?" Great, Limo broker haven't actually changed the pick up location at all. " Oh, we're going to be late as well, only slightly".........An hour later on a 50th birthday night out. Thanks .
The driver arrives finally, in a WHITE not PINK hummer. It's not his fault, a white limosuine was booked with him........by Limo broker.
No apologies, no ownership of the issue, nothing. The one thing Limo Broker had to do was provide a Pink Hummer. They didn't. They were apparently told by the limo firm there wasn't one available, but decided not to tell us. They were more than happy to charge us £20 (Checked my bank account since, they actually charged us £24!) to pretend to change the pickup location.
Overall, cowboys. No reply from them offering apologies, or refunds.
We booked our wedding car with this company, it was a white range rover sport to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the church., then take us back to the hotel for our reception. We booked the car 6 months before the wedding paying a £100 deposit and agreeing to pay the rest in cash onthe day. Being the control freak I am I confirmed 3 times that the car would come, confirming addresses, times ect..... I also called them 14 days before our wedding to check the detail. On the day of my wedding I came down to leave for the church and to my shock no car had arrived, there was no sign of it and the hotel grounsdsman told me there had been no car there to pick me up. With 10 minutes to go till my wedding I refused to let this ruin my day, we double checked with the hotel still no car so we made our way to the church in my Mini Cooper. (Bit of a difference from a white range rover) The next day I called limo broker for an explanation, their first response was 'hold the line' no apology, no acknowledgement. She tried to call the car company who were closed apparently, her next response was why didn't you call yesterday, where I explained it was my wedding day and I was refusing that not to ruin my day and waste my time making calls to the car company to make me late for my wedding I had spent thousands of pounds on to enjoy myself. Her next response was 'we'll it's your own fault for not calling us' as I was off on my honeymoon I ended the call as this was becoming stressful. My husband then contacted them for an explanation, where after an investigation then explained the car arrived and no one was there so they left. Also they had called myself and there was no answer, although they would provide a refund for a good will gesture. This was not good enough for me they had ruined my day and pictures for the wedding, I had no call from the car company and the hotel checked the cameras which proved no car had arrived. Even with the hotel writing a letter to limobroker they still refused any responsibility and blamed myself for not calling the company. I'm sure any bride out there doesn't want there car not to show up, don't go with this company. They lie, have no customer service and ruin the best day of your life.
I wanted a mercedes s class for a surprise for my parents anniversary.. I was given a price but by the time I rang back it had gone so they sent a Black range rover sport with a nice expensive bottle of champagne on ice.. I paid the deposit and the read the reviews.. I felt sick and couldn't believe I hadn't read the reviews first.. I had paid £250 for the tickets to the show they were being taken to and it was in Liverpool.. My parents live in Stockport.. So if it didn't turn up it would have ruined everything.. Leon who dealt with me reassured me all night haha and the next day that everything would be OK.. He explained that they have made over 70,000 bookings since they been open and yes have buggered up a couple of bookings with unfortunate incidents that were out of their Control.. I was so worried and finally was able to breathe when a big black shiny range rover sport arrived.. Nice driver.. Lovely bottle of shampers on ice.. They've just called me now to tell me what a fantastic night they've had and are on their way home... They've never had a surprise like it.. Thank you so much limo brokers and starlite limos :))))
I booked through Limo Broker and then googled them! Was worried as it was a surprise for a friends 40th birthday, a day in London, time specific with pick ups and drop offs to get us to each location. After receiving my confirmation, i contacted both Limo Broker and the company who were providing the limo - Wycombe Limos, and they were excellent, reassuring me all would be fine. The day arrived we received a lovely car and it was early, the driver was smartly dressed and polite, we had a fantastic day, the driver kept in touch all day letting us know where he was parked if he had to be moved on etc, could not fault them, i would not hesitate to recommend them.
I read bad reviews however decided to book, and glad I did, from start to finish the process was painless, from the booking to the day. The C300 that we booked only had one bottle of bubbly however the driver did pull over so cant moan too much. Will definitely refer these guys on
I booked with limo broker for my prom which was on July 1st 2013. I contacted limo broker several weeks before (also quite last minute) hoping to book a black rolls royce phantom as seen on the website. I spoke to someone that worked for limo broker and they were able to tell me that the rolls royce was available, the person I spoke to gave me information on the vehicle and presented himself brilliantly and professional. I booked the rolls royce and was made aware of the deposit which I paid on the day and was also made aware of the payment I had to make on my prom day. On July 1st the rolls royce was booked for 6 o'clock and it turned up dead on time and how I asked which I was thrilled with. I was also running late and the driver was happy enough to wait and also wait for photos to be taken with the car. As I waited to get inside the car the driver opened the door and helped me inside. On the Journey to my prom the driver was the most polite person I have ever come across and offered us a choice in music and whether we wanted any particular route to the destination. As we become closer to the destination the driver offered us extra time in the rolls royce phantom and made sure we were all comfortable and happy. As I arrived to my destination the driver made me aware that I should wait in the car and he would open the door for me and help me out which I found very polite and professional. I am extremely happy with my booking and would HIGHLY recommend Limo Broker to anyone, I would also like to thank Limo Broker for the BRILLIANT service I received and the professionalism of the staff and driver. 5 STARS ALL ROUND!!!!!
Hired a Chrysler Baby Bentley from Reading to London, Limo was the best, we had a great time. driver was smart and polite and really made the day special. Was contacted again recently to see if i was happy and have booked another car will reccomend
I don't argue that this company provides a good service to most of its customers however the problems arise when they can't provide what you specified and force an alternative down your throat without compromise or prior consultation.
It all started last year when I asked Limo Broker to hire a black 4x4 Jeep Limo for my sister in laws hen party. The sales rep suggested a Party Bus as an alternative/upgrade for the the same price but I stipulated "absolutely not, it's ugly, its not what we want". The sales rep told us the Jeep was booked however I would later received a phone call to confirm a Party Bus booking. I pointed out the error to the sales rep who acknowledged the mistake and supposedly changed the order back to the Jeep as requested.
Nervous due to the apparent enthusiasm of Limo Broker booking a Party Bus, I decided to call closer to the event in order to triple confirm our booking. I was horrified to find the Party Bus was still in play!? I disputed this immediately but was told it was an upgrade (not sure how something can be an upgrade if its something you stated you did not want and is worth the same value as your initial selection) and that the Jeep was not available due to a double booking. I asked for evidence of this but was informed there must have been a ‘glitch’ in the system.
I asked that the booking be cancelled and my deposit be refunded due to this ‘glitch in the system’ obviously being their fault. It was at this point that the sales rep, manager and complaints department suddenly denied ever using the word ‘glitch’ or any such ‘glitch’ existing, point blank refusing to refund my deposit. I could not believe the level of bare faced lies, rudeness and un helpfulness that I would then experience trying to rectify the issue.
I had received no email confirmation throughout the whole process so challenged this only to be told they had recorded our email address incorrectly. I asked to be forwarded the misrouted emails but was told they were unable to do so as they did not keep copies of sent emails. I found this very hard to believe.
Nothing however could prepare me for what happened next. During the complaints process I saved and documented all email correspondence between myself and the customer service rep. In these correspondence, the customer service rep explained the jeep we requested had been doubled booked and we must accept the upgrade as per their terms and conditions and on this basis would not refund the deposit. I phoned back several months later to discuss my complaint again only to be told I had never asked them for a Jeep and had specifically requested a Party Bus from the very first instance. My poor mind could not even begin to comprehend what I was being told. How could this possible after all the conversations that came before? Saved and documented conversations! are they mad!? I tried to challenge this new angle on my complaint only to have the customer service rep hang up on me and ignore my subsequent emails.
Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve already written a short novel above and that's not even half of my grievances with this company. I cannot warn you enough.
Absolute joke! Booked with limo broker well in advance for a party bus for my boyfriends 21st as a SUPRISE they charged me £20 booking few then £90 deposit on top sent me everything what I asked for then on the day a hummer turned up with less bottles of Champaign they told me I would have for my boyfriend and his friends and all the speakers were broke bar 2 in the back! The driver was rude and he was speeding, he was ment to stop at the travelodge the boys were staying to drop off their bags then take them to Cardiff town but he drove off with their booze in there which the just brought!! They could have left their phones/wallets luckily they never! They charged me for a party bus and gave me a hummer! I've rang and rang but they just keep saying the person is on holiday who deals with complaints! 3 months later they just said u will have no refund and was rude!! Never ever would I use limo broker again! I am always looking for limo higher for party's birthdays diff events so they have now lost me as a customer!!! Rip off and money grabbers avoid this company!!!!
This is the worst company I have ever delt with and the customer service is a joke. Was told two days before my wedding that the pink limo I had dreamed of and booked 11 months before was no longer available and was broken down. I checked with the company limo brokers had given the job to and they had no record of our booking and they told me the pink limo was not broken down. Limo brokers are liars and rude, nasty people (in my opinion)
I was not aware that this company had such a bad reputation until I read many other online reviews. They gladly took my money for the hire of a limo for my daughter's prom however, only when I called two days before the event just to confirm that all was still ok with the booking, did they advise me that they are not able to honour the booking as they do not have a vehicle! When I asked the "Customer Service agent" said "it may have been involved in a car accident!". I was not happy with the explanation however my main concern was to recover my money and to go to another, more reliable limo hire company. If you are thinking of hiring a limo, I would definitely NOT recommend this company at all .

I phoned these people on a Saturday morning looking for a Hummer for my daughter's Prom which was in 2 weeks time.
They promised me that they could supply the vehicle and I even had a choice of Pink, White or Silver.
After getting a quote, I continued looking around some other companies and eventually came back, purely because they were offering a Pink Hummer, which I was having difficulty finding available at short notice elsewhere, so if paid the "deposit" for a Pink Hummer.
The very next day they emailed me a confirmation showing that I'd booked a White "Jeep Style" Limo, and my deposit had been taken already.
This was not what I requested AT ALL, and when I phoned them about this, they told me there were categorically no Hummers available to hire in my area, and that I must have mis heard their sales person. I heard perfectly clearly and had repeated the request specifically for that vehicle type and colour.
After several phone calls and emails. I finally got through to [name] in their "Customer Care" team, . She refused to do anything about it and would not refund my deposit even though the booking was just made and they couldn't deliver what I'd asked for. She even lied to me and said that she'd talked to me the previous day and explained it all and I'd accepted it. This was patently a bare faced lie, as we had no such conversation.
All very friendly when promising things they cannot deliver, and all very friendly when taking your money. Totally unfriendly when you try to complain or ask for a refund.
I have found this company completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, disingenuous and deceptive.

I will never ever deal with this company again and would stringly advise nobody to deal with them, but rather go direct elsewhere.
I subsequently found (with a little more effort) a local company offering exactly what I wanted. I suggest everyone else does the same.
I phoned Limobrokers to book a pink limo, the colour was my only stipulation. They informed me that a pink limo is more expensive than a white one. I understood, so I paid the extra. I spoke with their sale representative ‘Liam’ and he assured me that this was no problem.
There were a few phone calls to negotiate price, but I never faltered on requiring the pink limo.
I eventually booked and received my e-mail confirmation. There was no mention of colour, so I called them back. They told me not to worry, there is just no place to add colour choice on the confirmation e-mail, but I would definitely receive a pink limo. They had been very helpful and transparent, so I trusted them. Big mistake! The limo that turned up was white. The driver was rally apologetic and informed me that his company was hired by Limobrokers, he didn’t work directly for him. He didn’t appear shocked by this screw-up, it must happen a lot and actively encouraged me to take it further, giving me all his details.
When I called to complain and asked for a partial refund I was spoken to rather rudely and informed that they have no record of me requesting a pink limo and that I was not entitled to any refund. I asked them to speak to Liam, the sales rep, as he will confirm my request, the refused. I also asked to speak with him, but they refused to get him on the line and told me to e-mail my complaint in. I e-mailed the complaints department and was met with the same response. I will now try and raise awareness of these con-artists and see what legal groundings I have.
At the end of the day, nothing will change the fact that my ‘pink themed’ party was ruined. They juts simply don’t care.
To keep this review short. All i will say is the car was an hour late despite saying they turn up 30 mins before the time booked. I was an hour late to my wedding ceremony. We had no champagne as promisex in the back of the car and so sat in the tesco garage whilst the driver picked up some and plastic cups. We had to cancel the receiving line at the hotel as time was now short. We had little time for photos too. They wouldnt give us any money back despite paying for 3hrs and getting 2...oh but we get 25% off our next car hire! Ridiculous!
