Great Matresses!
The company is great, the delivery company they use however, is the total opposite.
I love my new matress and the delivery was fast (2 or 3 days) but they are very unhelpful when it came to letting you know what time it would be delivered (am/pm)etc...
If you take a day off for it though you wont have a problem

Simply the best bed!
Went to this site on a recommendation from a friend who owns a B&B and raved about the beds.
She was not wrong. The website/ordering could not be more simple. Delivery as expected, well wrapped (me and my daughter had a bit of a struggle getting it in the house and up the stairs, but managed it o.k.).
Best bit:- sleeping in the bed, sooooooo comfortable.
And all at an amazing price, thank you,
P.S. shame you don't do 4 foot mattresses/beds as that's what I need now!

You can order a 4ft mattress or 4ft bed online by choosing the next size up ( which in this case is 4ft6) and put ' please supply 4ft wide' in the message box of the checkout.

really good service and excellent products
I bought the super king zip bed and mattresses and was really pleased when they were delivered at the time we arranged and in perfect order.
Looking to buy another bed in the future and will be purchasing from Linx Beds as the shopping experience was easy and good value for money

Decent value and a product that does the job
This is the third bed I have bought from Linx Beds2U, and (not for the first time) there was a quality issue. This time one of the nuts that attach headboard to bed was very difficult to tighten (felt like some material is embedded between nut and the thread it was screwing into. It took some time (and some brute force !) to get the headboard in place.
However I have found that the support service is good. The original headboards did not match the bed, and Linx contacted me to offer exchange/delivery options - important to me as I had a customer deadline.

Wow, what a fabulous looking bed
After researching all the high street brands, and comparing prices, I finally decided to purchase the superking, pocket sprung, zip and link bed. I wouldn't normally make such a big purchase without viewing the product first, however after reading all the testimonials, I took the plunge. So far I have not been disappointed. The friendly customer service and speedy delivery should be congratulated. The delivery driver negotiated our rural roads, and cattle grid with a smile. I'm very impressed with the sturdy high quality manufacture of the beds, and the size is fantastic. I will await a review from my holiday let guests with interest, but having spent an extremely comfortable night in it, I don't think they will be disappointed.

Early opinion
I have not yet had the bed delivered, and would have preferred to write this review after that is done. Howeve, so far the service has been excellent and most friendly, particularly that of Chris.

Lovely beds at a brilliant price
Spent ages looking at zip and link bed websites. Economy was a priority.
Linx beds were the best value but I ordered with trepidation because they were such good value.
I needn't have worried because the beds are fabulous - way beyond my expectations for the price. Prompt and helpful service as well.

Great beds & service from Linxbeds - shame about delivery
Wonderful clear & easy to use web site, no hidden extras, queries on the height of the bed board answered promptly. Great service advising delivery partner, when beds dispatched by Linxbeds & the order number with contact number for delivery agent.
Let down by delivery agent failing to advise that they had sub contracted to more local courier and that the "to the room" service that I'd paid for would not be possible.
Beds well wrapped & delivered in excellent condition and they make the room look fab.
Complaint about the delivery issue resolved very quickly with the additional delivery charge being refunded with out any problems...so whilst there was some friction which did make it a less pleasant experience if I wanted another bed or mattress I would use them again and I've already recommended to a friend.

Many thanks for sorting out the initial delivery damage issue. I appreciate the replacement beds .
I have purchased 3 double beds plus mattreses and two zip n link beds with mattresses and although the quality is not superior it is value for money for sure.
Urgent delivery request was also carried out and allowed my business to continue.

Generally pleased with one exception
The delivery of the zip bed was fine with a very helpful delivery driver who was happy to use his pallet truck to bring the bed down our very long driveway once he realised that the lorry was too big to get through the gate entrance. The width of the gateway was mentioned in our specific instructions for delivery. The quality of the mattresses and the way they link together all generally fine. However we did have a problem when we came to install one of the headboards as we found that the threaded washer which should hold and retain the bolt had completely come away from the timber batten inside the base of the bed. Rather than go through all the hassle of sending one of the bed bases back, we decided to fix it ourselves but to do so we had to cut into the lining of the base. Not a major problem but slightly annoying when considering the price of the bed and the very cheap and nasty way the headboards are secured.The other bolt on the same bed base was also suspect and did not appear to be held firmly in place.

I am absolutely happy with the product, the customer care and the promt delivery.
The Zip and Link bed is the perfect solution for my B&B. From now on I can easily use the room as a double a twin or a single.
Everything from ordering it to the customer care, as I needed additional information over the phone, to the promt delivery went smoothly.
I recommend the company and their products.

To err is human, to fix it quickly is good business
I used this company because they were one of the few on the net that sold the zip linked beds I was after. The reviews seemed very good and so I ordered.
Although there were one or two minor billing glitches, and their delivery company let them down a little, I have to say that this company sorted the problems very quickly and efficiently. Emails were responded to almost by return.
The beds, despite the adverse weather, arrived exactly when they were supposed to and although I haven't yet installed the beds (the room isn't quite ready) they appear to be just what I wanted.
On this present experience I would buy from here again.

Five Stars in every way; great service, fantastic bed, unbeliveable price - outstanding
I was sceptical at the price and was worried that the quality would reflect the lost cost; I was completely wrong; it is one of the best beds I have ever had (and I have a dodgy back) and matches or exceeds beds I have spent more than a thousand pounds on. No frills, just a really good product at a reasonable price. Customer service and delivery matched the product. I would recommend Linx beds 2U very highly to anyone.

Outstanding service during the Xmas/New Year holiday period
We were trying to buy 2 3ft x 6ft 6in zip and link mattresses for our holiday cottage over the Xmas/New Year holiday period. We were being fed a lot of misinformation in the big stores to the point that we had decided to buy 2 ordinary mattresses as the cost of zip and link was of the order of £400 per mattress if you could find one at all.Fortunately, before we committed to buying anything, I googled zip and link mattress and was directed to the Beds 2U website.As the standard zip and link is now 6ft 3in I needed to make telephone contact to ensure that I could get a 6ft 6in mattress.Although it was the holiday period I got a prompt and positive response to my query. The online ordering was simple and everything was confirmed by email.Delivery was prompt and as promised and we are totally satisfied with the product quality and the price

Great company would highly recommend
I've had quite a few beds from these guys for our chalet business and also for our personal use. Nothing is too much trouble - they even helped me our recently with an odd sized matress for a small pull out bed, excellent service everytime we have used them.

lifesavers
My tenants decided to move in early. I checked another site which was cheaper but as there were no reviews decided not to purchase from them. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful. I ordered on Thursday the 20th and it was delivered the following day. Free delivery, transparent pricing and they use a delivery company you can speak to the driver.
The product was as described and looks well made.

Excellent value and rapid delivery
Staff were responsive, helpful and courteous. Two of the eight castors were missing whet he beds were delivered but these arrived by post a couple of days later.

Very good service, easy to book and arrival on time
We are very pleased with the service. We were told the day of arrival and on the day we were contacted in the morning to confirm and evening delivery and called half an hour before arrival. The bed was left upstairs with no problems.
The bed has only been slept on once but so far so good. Thank you.

First Class Bedding
We rang for some fabric samples which were promptly sent and gave us great confidence in matching and choice of best durability.
Although we had just missed the delivery run to Wales and we had no broadband or landline at our new house, (we were kept informed of progress of our order by mobile phone as I had requested) the bed arrived pretty quickly on the promised day in the first minute of the stated 3 hour time slot. The correct bed was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It looks like very good value for money and feels comfortable although I have not slept on it yet.
I would thoroughly recommend Linx Beds 2U and will use again when the need arises.

great price great service great bed
searched plenty of online shops for a bed base for my son, found this one to be the cheapest for great beds. Paid for it online which was very easy to do. They could deliver it within 5 days which was quick and they even rang up to make sure this was suitable. would reccomend this company to my friends and famiy. The bed base is very good quality

Quality goods, delivery on time, after sales service excellent
Bought single mattress online, prompt delivery but when I opened packaging the mattress had an extremely unpleasant odour. I contacted the Company to let them know. They suggested the smell was simply the fire treatment and that I should keep it airing in garage for a while longer.
However the smell didn't get any better and so Beds 2U arranged for the mattress to be collected at the same time as they delivered me another one. No questions asked, apologies all round and I cant praise the Company enough for their response.
The replacement mattress is absolutely fine and I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again.

Fast, efficient, well priced
Have bought beds before. They are well priced. It's always nice to be able to get to speak to a real person too, if one has any questions. A great personal service and my guests tell me these are the most comfy beds they have ever slept on!

Good product. Delivery awful
It is always frustrating to have a big delivery window so was really nice when driver called and said would be with me writhin the hour.
I did appreciate that.
He arrived waving a piece of paper that I had to sign.
Asked where bed was going. I said top floor of my house to which he repled I can only take to the first floor. He pointed to paper and waved it.
I said that was not made clear and he said its all on this paper.
I was never trying to trick delivery company but surely I want the bed in the bedroom not stuck on a landing?
If there are delivery restrictions they should be made very clear.
He then said I will look at where you want to put the bed and make a decision.
I showed him and he said as long as the bed is not too heavy fine.
Only a single so he said he was happy to take to the top of the house.
He advised me to take paintings off wall as not responsible for damage. Glad I did as this guy had a blatant disregard for anything nice.
He took bed up but was a rainy day and despite wiping his feet walked mud up the whole house.
Every stair and all over the landings.
Particularly annoying as had just had carpets cleaned.
When he left I said thank you for taking bed to top but you have walked mud throughout my house.
He said, waving piece of paper, it says here. You should have covered your carpets then.
I would be mortified to make one mark on someone's carpet.
He trashed every stair and landing and didn't give a damn.
I am staggered.
I will have to spend £100 minimum getting stairs and landing cleaned again. That is half the cost of the bed.
Why do you and your delivery company not care if you trash people's houses?
WHY DO THEY NOT WEAR PLASTIC OVERSHOES?
Why is your priority not to leave someone's home as you found it?
I look forward to hearing from you as it has tainted my view of the product

We have been offering free kerbside delivery for a number of years and recently upgraded to a free room of choice service for our customers. This has so far proved to be very well appreciated.
We always strive to offer a reasonable and economical service to our customers. An even higher level of service through a furniture removal company could easily cost more than the value of the goods ordered. These costs would then have to be passed onto our customers.

great beds, great service and outstanding delivery
I have ordered from Beds 2U in the past so I knew the Quality was good. I needed a Single Bed urgently and phoned to see if it was in stock and could be delivered on the day we needed it. Placed the order on line. The confirmation was received but the delivery company was not sure if they could meet the delivery day. My wife explained why this was important. On delivery day the driver phoned to keep us informed where they were and when they expected to arrive. On arrival, late in the evening, they unloaded the Bed and Matress and carried it into the room where it was required. The two young delivery drivers had driven over 400 miles to our house in Scotland, they were very courtious and were off to find their B & B before delivering the rest of their beds the next day. That is what I call service
