Very good service, easy to book and arrival on time
We are very pleased with the service. We were told the day of arrival and on the day we were contacted in the morning to confirm and evening delivery and called half an hour before arrival. The bed was left upstairs with no problems.
The bed has only been slept on once but so far so good. Thank you.

First Class Bedding
We rang for some fabric samples which were promptly sent and gave us great confidence in matching and choice of best durability.
Although we had just missed the delivery run to Wales and we had no broadband or landline at our new house, (we were kept informed of progress of our order by mobile phone as I had requested) the bed arrived pretty quickly on the promised day in the first minute of the stated 3 hour time slot. The correct bed was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It looks like very good value for money and feels comfortable although I have not slept on it yet.
I would thoroughly recommend Linx Beds 2U and will use again when the need arises.

great price great service great bed
searched plenty of online shops for a bed base for my son, found this one to be the cheapest for great beds. Paid for it online which was very easy to do. They could deliver it within 5 days which was quick and they even rang up to make sure this was suitable. would reccomend this company to my friends and famiy. The bed base is very good quality

Quality goods, delivery on time, after sales service excellent
Bought single mattress online, prompt delivery but when I opened packaging the mattress had an extremely unpleasant odour. I contacted the Company to let them know. They suggested the smell was simply the fire treatment and that I should keep it airing in garage for a while longer.
However the smell didn't get any better and so Beds 2U arranged for the mattress to be collected at the same time as they delivered me another one. No questions asked, apologies all round and I cant praise the Company enough for their response.
The replacement mattress is absolutely fine and I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again.

Fast, efficient, well priced
Have bought beds before. They are well priced. It's always nice to be able to get to speak to a real person too, if one has any questions. A great personal service and my guests tell me these are the most comfy beds they have ever slept on!

Good product. Delivery awful
It is always frustrating to have a big delivery window so was really nice when driver called and said would be with me writhin the hour.
I did appreciate that.
He arrived waving a piece of paper that I had to sign.
Asked where bed was going. I said top floor of my house to which he repled I can only take to the first floor. He pointed to paper and waved it.
I said that was not made clear and he said its all on this paper.
I was never trying to trick delivery company but surely I want the bed in the bedroom not stuck on a landing?
If there are delivery restrictions they should be made very clear.
He then said I will look at where you want to put the bed and make a decision.
I showed him and he said as long as the bed is not too heavy fine.
Only a single so he said he was happy to take to the top of the house.
He advised me to take paintings off wall as not responsible for damage. Glad I did as this guy had a blatant disregard for anything nice.
He took bed up but was a rainy day and despite wiping his feet walked mud up the whole house.
Every stair and all over the landings.
Particularly annoying as had just had carpets cleaned.
When he left I said thank you for taking bed to top but you have walked mud throughout my house.
He said, waving piece of paper, it says here. You should have covered your carpets then.
I would be mortified to make one mark on someone's carpet.
He trashed every stair and landing and didn't give a damn.
I am staggered.
I will have to spend £100 minimum getting stairs and landing cleaned again. That is half the cost of the bed.
Why do you and your delivery company not care if you trash people's houses?
WHY DO THEY NOT WEAR PLASTIC OVERSHOES?
Why is your priority not to leave someone's home as you found it?
I look forward to hearing from you as it has tainted my view of the product

Firstly we’re very sorry to hear about your experience, we do care about our customers.
We have been offering free kerbside delivery for a number of years and recently upgraded to a free room of choice service for our customers. This has so far proved to be very well appreciated.
We always strive to offer a reasonable and economical service to our customers. An even higher level of service through a furniture removal company could easily cost more than the value of the goods ordered. These costs would then have to be passed onto our customers.

great beds, great service and outstanding delivery
I have ordered from Beds 2U in the past so I knew the Quality was good. I needed a Single Bed urgently and phoned to see if it was in stock and could be delivered on the day we needed it. Placed the order on line. The confirmation was received but the delivery company was not sure if they could meet the delivery day. My wife explained why this was important. On delivery day the driver phoned to keep us informed where they were and when they expected to arrive. On arrival, late in the evening, they unloaded the Bed and Matress and carried it into the room where it was required. The two young delivery drivers had driven over 400 miles to our house in Scotland, they were very courtious and were off to find their B & B before delivering the rest of their beds the next day. That is what I call service

So Comfortable and Marvellously Flexible
I was anxious about buying beds without seeing them first but I needn't have worried. The beds arrived on the due date at the appointed time, which was crucial as we were moving in that day and needed all 3 zip-linked doubles that evening. I went for 5ft Best Beds with Storage Drawers. Everyone who comes to stay says they are really comfortable and as it is a holiday house the flexibility of zip linked beds is a real bonus. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. We had a slight glitch with a drawer not fitting properly and Peter was only too happy for us to ask for a replacement or compensation. In the end, we choose neither, as it doesn't affect the quality of the beds and that is what is most important. His service was exemplary.

What can I say! Placed the order, which was easy to understand on the website, choosing and purchasing our two single zip-together guest beds. However, we chose a base and mattress which didn't neccesarily match as a set, (but indeed met with our needs). We promtly recieved a call from Beds 2U to ensure that we were happy to go along with our order and that we had chosen the right combination. Brilliant service and obviously a caring, concientious company. I would deffinately recommend Linx to friends (which I already have!). Thanks again guys!

Fantastic!!!!
When I first came across the website and saw the price I could not believe how reasonable they were. I was worried about ordering as for the price i thought the product may not be that good. How wrong was I ! The beds only took 2 days to arrive from the time I placed my order - considering I live in South Wales and there was no delivery charge this was brilliant. The quality of the product was also exceptional I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. All I can say about Beds 2 U is Fantastic Quality for a fantastic price with fantastic service!

Excellent service,excellent product.
We bought 2 zip & link beds for a holiday home. The website was very good, however all my phone calls were dealt with equally well. Our only concern was buying a bed that hadn't been tried but the mattress is extremely comfortable. Worth mentioning with your order if the beds will be on wooden floors as they get different legs.Excellent service, excellent product.

Proof That You Can Buy with Confidence without Seeing or Trying!!!
Having found the 'Beds2U' Company on the Internet as we were looking to purchase two - 3 foot x 6 foot 4 inch single beds, that could be transposed into a Super King-size Double - using the Zip Link system, without seeing or trying - but going from recommendations............
In July/August 2012, we ordered from them, a Zip Link Super King-size top of the range base with storage (to take the King-size or 2x Single bed bedding when not in use), with twin top of the range Zip Link Memory Foam topped Mattresses. and two Faux Leather Headboards. At £850 we deemed this reasonable if the quality was as recommendations said that it was from this company.
Our order arrived, on time and very, very well packaged. We subsequently opened the packages and put the beds together - finding that WE were NOT to be Disappointed.........all items were of excellent quality.
As a result we immediately purchased another Faux leather Headboard - this time for a King-size bed, and, on arrival although there was a minor problem picked up - due not to the ''Beds2U'' Company or their packaging, but to a small problem in transit; Beds2U's 'hands-on' Director Mr Peter Hawes immediately resolved the problem to our full satisfaction.
We will be purchasing another King-size Double bed again shortly, and in doing so we will most definitely order from 'Beds2U'. We can and would Highly Recommend them - and we have from our own personal experience proved that You Can Buy with Confidence without Seeing or Trying!!!!

Great company - very easy and always able to contact
Would definitely recommend to a friend. Great quality beds at a great cost. Arrived when they were supposed to and are very comfortable. Safe payment through PayPal but Peter accommodated me by taking my order over the phone as I don't have PayPal and didn't want to send my card details over Internet. Good communication - phone calls always straight through to the company director himself.

Exceptional service great customer care
I already have 2 zip and link beds, one for personal use and the other is in my B&B - I get consistent remarks from guests on the comfort of the bed; but I was getting fed up of taking the head board off every time i needed to split the bed, but didn't fancy the fabric choices of the headboards available through Linx - so I got in touch with Peter Hawes and asked if I could send him some fabric that I had sourced and have the head boards covered. He was more than happy to accommodate, giving me the measurements etc. When I asked how much this would cost I was really surprised that there was no extra cost on top of the listed price. I posted the material up on a Friday and I got the completed headboards on the following Wednesday! I cannot recommend this company enough - in a day and age where customer service is woefully rare, it is refreshing to have someone go that extra mile. I am telling anyone who will listen about this experience! Thank you and I will be back when I need to replace beds in the future.

Ordered two mattresses on Monday and the mattresses turned up on Thursday. Lovely quality and well made, also nice to find a firm that takes phone orders - much easier and quicker than filling in endless forms.

Beds to the Balearics
Absolutely professional in every way, e-mails answered within 1 hour, telephone to Peter Hawes extremely helpful, polite and understanding of my situation (beds are going to Menorca by my own freight co. but I was provided with a sensible quote from Peter),,,Nothing too much trouble.
Beds arrived very well packaged within a 4 hour time frame and on the correct day!
What a great company and furthermore I am confident that should I have any hiccups at their destination help is just a phone call away.

Positive reviews passed on...
We have Hotel Contract beds and matresses in most of the rooms in our 11 bedroom guest house and have had nothing but extremely positive comments from our guests on the quality and comfort of the beds. We offer bed and breakfast and our aim was to make sure both are excellent, these beds have certainly kept their end of the bargain.
My only negative comment would be the delivery service that was used, some of the beds have turned up damaged, but on the positive side Linx Beds 2U dealt with it very efficiently with replacements etc. and we are perfectly satisfied. I tend not to judge on what goes wrong but how it is put right, and this was 5 star for me.

Good company to deal with - I'd happily recommend them.
We needed a zip-link bed in a hurry and Beds2U really came through. Good price, easy-to-use website and delivery in under a week. They accidentally sent the wrong mattress but spotted their mistake before the bed arrived and immediately phoned us and shipped us another one - the right one - which arrived the following day. And they told us just to keep the first one - the wrong one - for our troubles. You can't say fairer than that!
