Really easy to order, very helpful and friendly service from instore staff and delivery man.

The best thing since sliced bread
The coco bed is beautiful, heaven to sleep in. The service was really good and the delivery men were lovely. Just an amazing bed and mattress, its a struggle to get up in the morning.

Great customer service
Great customer service from start to finish. Good email contact to make sure all ok and delivery team kept in contact. I know I'm in Suffolk but it did take over two weeks from ordering and confirmation to delivery. Courteous service from drivers and product excellent! Very happy overall...

Love our new sofa!
Have ordered beds from Loaf and been very happy with selection, service and quality - so why not a sofa? Everything we hoped for and more - nice selection, good price, delivery guys were brilliant and took the packaging away after setting up the sofa. Looks great - feels wonderful - humans and pets all pleased -thank you!

The service received from loaf was second to none. From the initial visit to their lovely showroom to the delivery of our new bedroom furniture we felt in very safe hands. The quality of their furniture and comfort of their mattress and pillows is highly recommended. It's great to find such a caring business focused on customer service, a rarity these days!

Reliable and efficient service togdther with an excellent product.
The bed is well make and looks very good. Ideal for the limited space I had. Arranging delivery was easy and the delivery was exactly when arranged. The deliverers brought everything in and constructed the bed as I wanted. They caused no upheaval and left no mess. A hassle free online shopping experience and one I would be confident of repeating

Delivered and installed
The company who delivered my new Loaf sofabed delivered it exactly when they said they would and installed it in my first floor flat very efficiently. Added to that it is extremely comfortable . .. . .

Puts other furniture companies to shame with their speed and customer service!
Would definitely recommend, great furniture at reasonable prices, good quality and variety if looking for the rustic french look. The speed of delivery was especially good as you can sometimes wait 8+ weeks for furntiture to arrive from other companies, I was given a delivery date of less than a week after I ordered the bed and was contacted 3 days prior to the delivery date and given a 2hr time frame of when I could expect the bed to arrive which was very helpful, the delivery guys called me beforehand to advise their ETA, I said I was running late and they were more than happy to wait for me to get home. Very professional and friendly chaps, moved my old mattress out of the way and assembled the bed for me which I was not expecting and was a great help!

a bed thats seriously hard to get out of!
We are so happy with our new bed. The old one was over 20 years old and the difference is totally amazing. Getting up in the morning is a nightmare!

Beautiful products, good value and excellent customer service
Loaf was recommended to me by an interior designer friend...she has seen the range and thought I would like the headboard. Another friend had a similar one, which I looked at and really liked. The Loaf staff were so helpful when I called, the samples sent very useful, and I am delighted with the headboard....it looks much more expensive than it was and is well made and finished. It arrived very quickly, well packed and easy to set up.

We ordered a kingsize Mimosa bed which was actually out of stock when we first placed the order (and still is now!) and we can see why. It's a lovely bed, well designed, easy to assemble, great price and the detailing of the buttons looks fantastic. It's a modern take on a more classic style. It looks stunning in our bedrooom. Loaf kept us up to date with our order and when it would arrive. Delivery guys came on time and were really friendly. We are really happy we bought from Loaf!

I sleep as if on a cirrus cloud!
My wonderful Coco bed is unbelievable and has turned sleep into something luxuriously deep and restorative. Amazing! The long wait for delivery turned out to be worth it, the bed (plus mattress) and bedside tables, with their collective style and grace, have genuinely created a peaceful haven. Thank you Loaf!

Fantastic service and beautiful bed
I am so happy with the Antionette bed. It is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Service from order to delivery/assembly so straightforward. Really great that I didn't even have to put it together. First class and will definitely buy from loaf again.

Collapsing bedframe!
I have had my Sleeproom - now Loaf - bedframe for about a year. Two nights ago the frame collapsed! The headboard had come away from the frame at the bottom. When we looked we could easily see why... the whole thing is only secured with four inch-long screws at each corner - that's it! A few tiny screws. No brackets. No additional supports. Shocking really when you consider that our old (very cheap) bedframe had large bolts and brackets holding it together and lasted us for years.
I've called them to complain. They have been pretty responsive and they are sending someone round to repair and reinforce it, but at the moment the jury is out on whether I want to keep the bed at all. We shall see what happens with the repair...

We’re really sorry this has happened. The brackets we use are standard in the bed industry and we even use the extra strong design. The screws are fixed into solid oak, which is really sturdy - so they should be in there nice and tight. Finally, all our beds are stress tested when they’re made.

Mattress
As people have pointed out, their mattresses are not up to scratch. Noticeable dip within a week and a firm mattress is now unusable.

Because our mattress is full of lots of lovely, natural stuff some settlement should be expected but this should not affect your comfort. Love it
We have bought a storage bed for our daughter who is 9 but still has a lot of toys - it's perfect - her room has never looked so tidy! When she' older shoes and jumpers will not be cluttering her floor :)
It's simple design but it looks great and is very comfy.

mattress is very uncomfortable
The mattress was fine for the first night or two, but within a week it has been giving us back ache and sleepless nights. It is very frustrating, as the mattress can't properly be tested with the protective cover on. In spite of what it says on the website "we've done all the testing for you, so you won't have to spend hours in-store," I wish I did spend more time testing the mattresses so that I didn't make this mistake.

Personal, friendly service with quick delivery times.
I really enjoy the personal touch with the after purchase follow up calls. The website is easy to navigate and descriptions and photos give a very clear idea what to expect from the products, so no surprises when they turn up. I like that it doesn't take 6-8 weeks for delivery like most companies these days.

Ever so loaferly!

The customer service was excellent - very efficient and thorough. Chest of drawers and bedside tables are fabulous. Not quite the colour I was expecting but great all the same and fit in very nicely to the bedroom.

Matching sofas - exactly as imagined
The Jonesy sofas arrived on time - infact a few minutes early - and were delivered quickly to their position. Very lovely linen covers and the colour exactly as the swatch. They are very full and soft and great to sit or lie on.

Great service, great product, happy customer
My only gripe was the cost of delivery. £60 is the sort of delivery charge I might expect if a set of furniture was being sent down from Scotland, but one headboard - ouch. It would make me think twice about ordering again. I was under the assumption that the chaps were going to fit it, but they didn't. And they didn't unwrap it and remove the packaging !
The headboard is all that we hoped and looks just right as it almost matches the fabric and stud style of a chair that we recently purchased.

LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL ARMCHAIRS
I just love my new chairs especially because I know I am supporting a homemade British business. Was impressed that I got a courtesy thank you call from the team at Loaf after I placed my order. They were super prompt at sending me fabric samples - all of which I loved. The colours and fabrics are beautiful and now we have the chairs they are super comfy. It was a bit of a risk ordering online having not sat on them but the service levels were so good and I am not disappointed at all. I have had so many compliments. My only slight niggle - is that I'd have loved to have had them sooner - they did take more than 6 weeks to arrive - and whilst I'd been warned they would take time a few updates along the way would have been good.

Well I'm really glad you emailed me for my opinion as so impressed was I with the whole Loaf
thing, that, for the first time ever I wanted to send someone amazing feedback.
We have just moved house and were lucky enough to be able to buy 3 new beds. I bought our bed (Claude) from yourselves and the other 2 beds for my kids from a competitor. After much deliberating on line we went to the showroom to choose. The girls were fab. Knowledgable, engaging, warm, friendly and professional in a very natural way. We felt right at home. so did the kids and went home and ordered our bed over the phone. Again impeccable service. Delivery call followed immediately. Delivery was seemless. The firm were the best and friendliest most efficient we have ever ha and I think I am actually now in love with a brand! I have told absolutely everyone I know about your amazing company and of course once they see Claude they are all in love too! I genuinely cannot say enough about how perfect your operation is. All of your staff are obviously well looked after and very happy to be doing their jobs and I have never had such an excellent buying experience! A pleasure. Thank you all so much.
At the same time we spent 2k on 2 pullout daybeds from Feather&Black. Had to trek to 3 different shops to see the items, staff had no clue about their product, ordered and then got passed to the faceless big delivery company who basically didn't give a toss if we were happy. Order delayed by 3 weeks due to an IT issue...shall I go on? I only got my beds after phoning and threatening to cancel the whole order. If was very stressful and hassle I didmt need when moving. It was quite funny to deal with 2 companies at the same time and have such polar opposite experiences. Please can you start selling a pullout daybed do others will not have to go though that experience.
Thank you really again. We will come back to you when we have saved up for a sofa!
