I have been dealing with these jokers for about a month now and fees were quickly taken from my account then total media blackout, I was sent no forms I tried phoning, which left me waiting and waiting.......and waiting, sent them countless emails but nothing I have been unable to talk to a human, if you are reading this I can tell you the only time I spoke to someone is when they WANT money, if you have already given them a fee then just cut your losses and move on, your not getting it back, £54.99 for the work they have done for me is absolutely scandelous, if I had known I would have used the money for something useful like keeping the fire lit, stopping the table from wobbling or if I ran out of toilet paper, at least then it would have served a more meaningful purpose is society than where it currently is.
This company is a big scam. After at least a month i am still currently still trying to get a refund when I asked for one within a week, Countless calls to this company regarding this and still getting nowhere. They gladly take your money but offer nothing in return, especially not what your needs are, I asked for a £1000 and after a week and half (after asking for a refund) I eventually received the letter with the loan details on, they have found me Provident who would only give me £300??? When i asked for a refund they said the only way I could do this was to send a letter, which I found absolutely ridiculous, after great arguments I eventually gave in and sent a hand written letter about why I was unhappy with the service I had received and the i wanted a refund of £54.96. After another 2 weeks (which included countless phone calls to them again) I received a letter back stating that they still thought they could help me a didn't think i needed a refund. So i rang up and went mad and the guy I spoke to said I would have to then send another letter stating i still wanted a refund. After 2 weeks again still nothing, not a phone call or anything. After finally been able to speak to an account manager and a massive argument, I have to email them with my bank details to accept a refund of £49.96. Still £5 less than what they took. Hopefully i will actually receive this refund (i doubt it though).
I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.

I had no idea my wife got a call from these rogues and consented to some paperwork be sent out, s few days later I looked at my bank accont online £52 had been taken by these pirates, then a day later an invoice turned up, WWWHHATTT is this I said to my wife, she called them as it was well in the 14 day cooling off period, according to their own paperwork this was ok and a refund will be given, so after waiting for 20 minutes to answer the phone this smarmy person answered, my wife informed him that any agreement must be terminated as it was within 14 days, he went on and on, then I piped up and said cose the agreement now today and send a refund, oh you have to write to our head office, whats their email address I will send one its faster than a letter and you will know if it is received and opened, oh you cant do that, so he started spurting pure rubbish he had no idea about law and what consumers can do, so I am writing a letter tonight and sending it recorded signed for, or special delivery, I will torment this company and its directors to death until repayment is made in full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE LIST THEY SENT I FOUND ONLINE IN MINUTES USING GOOGLE NO NEED FOR THESE ROOGUES
This company is one big scam lying i told them not to take the 54.60 out of my account they did this anyway when i challenged them they said the listened to the recording and i never said that oh i did as alarm bells rang then they said i need to write in to get a full refund no reply they said they not haf my letter which they have i tracked the letter..they they said i wont get a full refund and ahmed the so called manager then cut the call after i stated im going to trading standars his response was do what you like. They basicly offered me a loan of 300 pounds from provident wtf i was asking for 9000 pound absoloute rip off this company should be stopped they took my card details first i assumed it was part of the process thats wen they said about the charge at that point i said im not interested im not paying up front untill i have seen the loan agreement they took my money anyway.
ive had the misfortune to encounter this company while searching for a loan over 12 months ,was put thru to call centre abroad whose rep could not even speak my name correctly and who said congratulations at least 3 times and made clear my application had been accepted and they would debit my first payment £54.96 which turned out was not a repayment but finder fee not made clear!when documents finally arrived they where for a payday loan company and only 30% of loan that I was "congratulated" on being accepted for. when I rang company they tried to say that was additional loan details .is not additional on top of loan that they said I had been accepted for but never received I have now written to them asking for refund , and I must point out that there phone reps are the worst for attitude I have ever encountered . if you ever need a loan I can only advise you on my dealings with them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its the worst I have ever had misfortune in dealing with
This company informs you that you need to ring them as they have a lender who is happy to lend you the loan amount you have applied for .and that your loan will be in your account within 3 to 5 working days. Once they answer the phone they ask you different questions of Name, Date of Birth, Postcode and the questions are always different each time you ring them. They then inform you of your good fortune yet again and that to get the lender to put the loan money into your account you must pay Loan-spotter a processing fee from your account once the loan you have applied for is in your account sitting comfortably. They inform you that they will not take there processing fee until the loan is in your account so no worries of giving them your card details they ask for as its just to officially confirm that you have an account in your name and that you live at the address stated They also state that once they have confirmed your account details, they will then give you the details of the loan company that has accepted your loan request so that you can sign the agreement with that loan company. to release your money into your account. They inform you that the loan you have applied for will be in your account within 3 to 5 working days and to finalize this, you will need to contact the loan company they have given you details for via website address. You give your card details and then loan-spotter give you the loan company website address. Everyone is a winner nah only good old loan spotter there is no loan at all They trade under various companies and don't send the agreement back as that confirm that you will pay the finders fee They don't even honour the credit consumer act they are fraudsters They are chummy but they are manipulative thieves be warned Note of advise change your credit card no or debit card no pronto

You reach the website address and you are then asked to complete yet again a full application as you have done with loan-spotter which asks you how much you want to borrow?? Once you have completed this you are then informed that all your going to get is about £80.00 NOT what you were told was going to be in your account within 3 to 5 working days!!
You then ring back Loan-spotter and have trouble getting through to them as the phone does not ring at there end. After three thrust rating attempts you finally get through to someone who asks you for your name and other information which is totally different to your original call. You again explain the reason why you are calling and inform them that the website address they gave you has not given you the loan amount that loan-spotter said you were accepted for? Loan-spotter then inform you that its best to take what has been offered and once that has been repaid back to the lender, then they will be happy to offer you a larger amount.
You inform loan-spotter of your frustrations and they then inform you that they will email to you a small form to complete that you must post back to them without delay and they will get onto the loan company that offered you the original amount you requested to get it put into your account once they receive the form they emailed you and they will ring you immediately once they have the form back. This is not what you were first informed about from loan-spotter (wheres the full amount of money you were originally accepted for?) It don't exist!! You then complete the form in your email address and decide to send it back to them by the quickest way possible via email. In the mean time you decide to check you account in case loan spotter has managed to get in touch with the loan company that originally you was informed about that had accepted you for the full amount of the loan you applied for in case the funds had been deposited into your account. No funds have arrived and you then notice a processing fee from loan spotter has been taken out of your account which you were informed wouldn't happen until your loan had been deposited into your account. NOW your out of pocket and still no loan money!! You wait for this call from loan spotter which never arrives... You then contact loan spotter yet again as you have herd nothing. Yo have difficulty getting through to them and after several attempts you finally make it to speak to someone yet again. Yet again you are asked several questions which are again different to other questions from previous calls. They then inform you that they have received your form you sent via email and they have tried to sort your loan for you and that it is again best if you accept the £80.00 you were offered by that loan company.
You inform loan spotter that this was not what you were informed by them as they had informed you that you had been accepted the full amount of your original loan etc. Loan spotter say there is nothing else they can do as they have fulfilled there part. You then inform them about the processing fee that has come out of your account which was not supposed to of happened until you had received your full loan into your bank account!!! Loan spotter then inform you that they will be happy to return your money to your account within 7 working days-Yeah Right!!! 7 working days later and still no money?
You ring them yet again and after several attempts you get put through to another customer services rep who addresses you by your first name as if they have a right to call you by your first name and have been your mate for years (No Respect Shown) You inform them you have not received your money back and yet again they ask you a load of questions of name etc etc-same old boring stuff. They inform you to give it a few more days for the money to arrive into your account. In the mean time they ask you if you want them to put you in touch with another lender who can offer you what your looking for? Strange that as they failed to do this the first time round. You inform them that your not interested and just want your money back. Several days later you either don't get your money back or just half of it as they have taking some of your money for giving you the website address of the company that offered you £80.00 that you were informed by loan spotter you had originally been accepted for the full amount of your loan from..... TYPICAL SCAM. You either contact Loan-Spotter yet again (Calls Becoming Boring-Same Old Friendly I'm Your Mate Chit Chat) or just give up totally and move on.
