Envio rapido, producto regular
El envio hacia Guatemala fue muy rapido, sin embargo el case de gel para mi sony ericsson xperia ray lo califico de regular, ya que a los diez dias de uso se empezo a decolorar de las orillas, la pintura del case no es de muy buena calidad ni duradera.
A la tienda london magic store le doy un 10, al producto le doy un 4, su diseño es bonito pero la calidad es pesima.

Outstanding customer service
After ordering some covers for my Nexus phone, I discovered that they were sent to the wrong adress.
The company was very helpful in sending these covers to the correct adress when they were returned to them - I would recommend this shop to anyone who values good customer service.

SO easy to do business with.
I had bought mirrored screen protectors for my phone but they were too thick and it made it impossible for the screen to register my husband's and my own touch. I let them know this when they sent a satisfaction email and they offered to replace them with regular screen protectors at absolutely n charge to me! I now have the new protectors and they work fine. I will definitely use this company again.

The cover we bought for our smsung phone has been excellent. I didnt write this review until we had used them for 6 weeks. All is well. If i have a complaint its that I have been pestered to write a review and even logging into this review site was a bit of a pain. so the words I write should be taken seriously.

Confusing!
I had bought a phone case in june & had received email in august to say thank you for the purchase of a boob tube :^) I was furious as I had thought someone had stolen my bank details. I hadn't recalled buying anything like this off ebay & went all through my accounts. Only to receive a email to say they had mixed my order up with someone else. How different?? Wouldn't of been happy if I had to change all my bank details!

Meaning well, but bad purchase after all.
A bought a front panel for my Nokia E72.
The product was obvious poor make and bad attempt to copy the original design and materials. Some of the buttons were discoloured. The screen and the keypad appeared sunk in, the screen protector had blobs of air on each side and after peeling revealed slim and fragile material.
I regret the purchase. The panel ended up in the bin. I kept the original. Even if old and scratched it felt better than that brand new nokia-wanna-be.
I do not want to be the grumpy customer and after receiveing the disappointing product I took no action, but since "Londonmagicstore" insist on feedback - here it is. I hate to be negative, but you insisted on me shearing it.

Good service, not the greatest product
I bought a well-priced (cheap!) cover for my Galaxy Nexus. I originally made a mistake and had it posted to an old address. The support contact was very helpful and was just offering to send a new one when I spotted my mistake.
When the cover arrived it had good finish but creaked ever so slightly and it basically fell apart within a week (the first chips appeared on the first day) and this was not through neglect and maltreatment - it was just day-to-day use. When I complained I was offered a replacement straight away and received it 2 days later - we'll see how this one goes.
So overall, very good service but be wary of what products you buy. Expect to get what you pay for.
