Don't ever ever buy from them, they'll just record your bank info and not send anything
I tried to buy their products, introduced all my info but never got a confirmation email about my order. I wrote them several times they didn't care and never answered. Waited for 3 weeks, nothing, no answer no product. Wrote them again, it's been 2 weeks and still nothing.
They will probably post here "we are sorry please contact us at blah-blah to sort this out". That's rubbish, I already know they won't answer, they just do it to appear as a caring group here in the reviews. Their customer service is non-existent.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Superb Customer Service
THere are very few companies that can boast great customer service - this is one of them. Their contact with the customer (me) was flawless, polite and interested. Couple this with great products and prices and a really efficient order processing and delivery set up and you have the best people to deal with.

Excellent Service
The item I ordered was the wrong size, I didn't notice until it arrived the day after I placed the order, however they quickly sent me the right size item and allowed me to return the item free of charge. I receive my item the day after! Excellent service and communication. :)

C'est la première fois et sûrement pas la dernière.
J'ai commandé du Québec, un étui pour cellulaire qui coûtait environ 6$ et ce fut livré chez moi en 6 jours. Coût total incluant transport= 7,15$.
Avec les autres, comme DealXtrem, ça prend parfois 6 semaines mais jamais 6 jours. Si vous avez d'autres sites à me proposer merci de le faire en m'écrivant à sergelemire@sergelemire.com Ce qui m'intéresse c'est tout ce qui est électronique, informatique et gadget.

Courteous and professional
The transaction itself was painless, and the goods came reasonably quick. However, the cover to my phone was actually the cover to another model, and not the one pictured on ebay. I contacted them, and was answered promptly, and we quickly reached a satisfactory agreement.

Non existent customer service
I went through the process of buying some phone covers. At the checkout something went wrong and there wasn't any confirmation of whether the order was processed or not.
I immediately sent an e-mail asking to check if they had received my order, explaining what had happened. No response.
I haven't received any phone covers so can only assume that the order was not correctly processed. I bought them from somewhere else after waiting for a week for them to respond - which they didn't.

Makkelijk bestellen, snelle bezorging en prima product
Drie verschillende telefoon cases besteld. Ze werden snel en goedkoop verzonden naar NL. Twee zagen er zeer goed uit en de derde wel aardig, deze was dan ook maar ongeveer 1,5 euro.
