disappointing

I ordered WInter Coats with this website and they send me a different one then the one on their Website, I returned it next day and it's been 2 & HALF Months, i am still waiting for my REFUND. I tried to contact them via email & Phone but that Phone line is scam and they never replied any of my email. Finally, opened a dispute through my Credit Card Provider but still couldn't get my £120 back.
PLEASE DO AVOID THIS WEBSITE !!!!

i ordered two elven Harris shirts and returned one of them because it was too big. i used their postage stamp provided in the package and two months later i have had no refund, no emails and every time Ive tried to call them about it every extension is a dead line and they never reply to emails or letters.

Exceeding ALL my expectation!

I recently ordered a pair of ankle boots from Love clothing. I have always been a bit worried about ordering shoes over the internet because you obviously have no idea of if they would fit or what the quality's like and most important for me, comfort! But i was overjoyed with the results. Firstly the shoes came a day before expected which is always an added bonus and a great suprise when i got home. But the shoes are fabulous. They are so much more comfortable than i first thought they would be! I was only planning on wearing them out but i have ended up wearing them to work and they're great in the snowy weather. I will definetely be shopping there again :)

The best online shopping website ever! Better than ASOS!!

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Love Clothing, and I was so pleased with what I got. The delivery was fast, and the shoes came in an excellent condition with no faults whatsoever. The shoes fitted perfectly, and I have worn them nearly everyday since they came (in other words i'm a little obsessed with them!!). I would recommend Love Clothing to anyone, and the website is soooooo easy to navigate, including detailed information and suitable photographs for each product. Keep up the gooood work!

Fast delivery with a great choice!

I love shopping with Love Clothing, there is a great choice and I often find that stuff is cheaper on this site than others. Plus the delivery is super fast so if you need an outfit for a last minute event it is perfect!

I wanted to order a few Christmas jumpers in the rush up to the festive season. LoveClothing had such a wide selection that I filled up my wardrobe from there alone. The jumpers arrived within days and were even better in person than online. Great clothes. Great service. Great company all round!

I love that there is a good selection of the latest fashionable looks without the website being overloaded with to many products.

Good sales and fast delivery and when an item I had received was dirty, I was instructed by the very good Customer Services team to send it back and I received my replacement within a few days!

Really happy with the service I received and I will be returning to shop again soon!

I love that there is a wide range of the latest looks without the sight being overloaded with products like other online sights can be.

Good Sales and no problems with delivery, my only advice would be a wishlist or saved items option so I can go back and oogle my favourite things.

After discovering the site I found a range of top fashion items I'd wanted from other clothing sites but for such a reduced price! I keep coming back for more and have had my friends ask where my clothes were from, and now I see them wearing loveclothing.coms clothes now too

Quick to send purchase out, very slow to process and issue returns.

Was very pleased when the two separate orders were processed and delivered very quickly.

I'm not so pleased now that nearly a month later, and after various emails, I have not yet received an email confirming receipt of both parcels, nor have a received a refund.

I realise that it's probably the post-Christmas backlog, but from reading other reviews, it looks like this has been a problem for some time.

Will not be buying from Loveclothing.com again.

Absolutely DISGUSTED!

Purchased a jacket in December from this website, a day or two later they email me and tell me I will not be receiving it as it is out of stock. I went back on to the website and noticed the jacket was still there only they had added an extra £10 to the price. When I asked about it I was ignored. Been trying to get my refund ever since and on Monday they told me my refund had been processed into my account, it is now Friday an there is still no sign of it! Every time I email customer services I am ignored. Worst website I have ever shopped from in my life the customer service is just disgusting, I advise everyone to avoid this website.

Do not trust this company

I purchased two pairs of jeans at the start of november - they were great quality but neither pair fit me quite right so I returned them the very next day with proof of posting. It has been OVER A MONTH and they still have not processed the return, despite me sending email after email when they tell me to contact them again in week. HOW MANY WEEKS will this gone on for? I checked with the post office and they said that the company should look into the return with them since it's their return policy - just not happening. I would have liked my money back before christmas but - no. Just no. I would recommend reselling the stuff on Ebay if you can, DO NOT TRUST the company to be even remotely useful.

Just Terrible...

I purchased the Glamorous Black Disco Pants in September and received them about 14 days later. I inspected them and noticed they have awful seam stitching so I filled out the return form and returned them within the allowed time. I didn't hear from them in October or most of November so on November 24th I emailed and explained the situation. Amy emailed back saying they haven't received the pants yet (HAH!). She told me to check with the post office. I did and they have received my pants. I have sent 4 emails since them with no luck of any response or refund.

Steer clear of this company.

I Have buy some Clothes from this site.I have pay the money at the same time when i place the order,at first they tell me they will send to me quickly,but a times later,i still can not got the tracking number,i had to contract them, and they tell me that i need to pay the difference,i was very well angry,i need the clothes,so I do as what they said.what was worth,until now .I still not get the clothed ,even the tracking number,i can not get in touch with them.I suggest everyone to be careful,and not to buy anything from this site,cheater!!!!!

Ladies Jumper

Ordered Jumper but then told out of stock, after several days rang to find out ETA for goods, said will ring back, but didn't. After a few phone calls managed with difficulty to cancel order and get refund into paypal account. Feel that out of stock items should be flagged on online website, much better communication and if say will ring back, should do it and not leave customer to ring again. Made me feel that they were a dodgy company and I should not have had difficulty in cancelling order and getting refund in the circumstances. They have lost one future customer as a result. I did get a refund though.
