I love this company. Having paid the low deposit I then had a few months of communication with LoveHolidays and every time they were quick, efficient and helpful.
The low deposit is so helpful, it meant that we were able to book a holiday that we might not have been able to.
I will definitely be booking my next holiday through LoveHolidays and recommending it to all my friends and family. One of the few companies I have nothing negative to say about!
We found their prices excellent value and their choice of holiday destinations and accommodation second to none. They made booking our holiday to Cyprus very simple and the savings we made by booking through them will make us return to their site in the future.
I booked a holiday with love holidays.com for a surprise for my husband and asked them to keep it a surprise they were happy to contact me at work if needed. their price was the best after scouring the internet and thought I would take a chance it was the best chance I have ever taken I came home on Sunday 24th Nov and booked up on Monday 25th Nov to go back to the same place with another cracking deal, I also explained that I had a query about taking charity baggage to a school and they sorted it all out for me with no hassle a first class service with first class customer service
I found Love Holidays by searching Google - and was delighted with how easy the site is to navigate, and then purchase. Prices were great, information up to date - a refreshing start.
Unfortunately, the FAQs on their site did not match up with my experience. The holiday deal was with a 'Low Cost Airline'. According to the LH FAQs, I was to expect my tickets 7-10 days before departure. 5 days before departure, I called as I had not received these, to be told they needed my passport number before allocating tickets.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, but I did feel this was not good enough. Also, Hotel Vouchers were sent in an attachment called "invoice.pdf" - I did't open it, as you would have expected the file to be named appropriately. So 2 phone calls which really shouldn't have happened.
I would not recommend Loveholidays.com based on my own personal experience. They operate a 'price promise' scheme and when I took them up on it they refused to reimburse me stating that the cheaper holiday that I had found was not identical, based on the fact that it was with a different tour operator (duh , of course it was). I challenged this and even quoted their terms and conditions but the person on the other end of the phone was very rude and was not for budging. She actually refused to give me her name or to put me through to someone else. Perhaps the staff are trained not to honour the 'price promise or I just got someone stupid and/or pigheaded. Also, I was told I was not getting a refund before any details regarding the cheaper holiday had even been checked. Don't take the risks and I honestly would not believe the most of the favourable reviews here!
Came across loveholidays.com via search on the internet, clicked on and thought the deals were too good to be true. Found a Thomas Cook holiday to Cyprus for a price that even Thomas Cook's own website hadn't got! Booked via telephone with a really helpful friendly lady (who had a cracking northern accent ;-)) as too near departure for online, emails came, I checked in online 3 days prior, seats were allocated there & then. Had a fantastic holiday at a fantastic price. We're already looking to book ready for spring next year as the low deposits and monthly payments make it so easy to budget. I've liked their Facebook page and have recommended to lots of friends :-)))
This was the only company out of 3 others that actually gave the holiday for the price that was stated at entering credit card details. I was getting fed up putting in details for a company to phone me to tell me that holiday has gone up because of dearer flights etc. But Loveholidays once price given and credit card excepted was perfect, no phone call of increase of price etc. Will not be travelling until July 2014 but was very happy with the price etc.

having booked with love holidays, for next year, was checking thomas cook web site and found holiday flight day had changed from friday to monday, rang love holidays to find out when our new flight day was,if we were the monday before or monday after our booking date, they told me nothing had changed, told them there web site and thomas cook were showing flights were now on a monday, told me they would ring me back, never happend rang again was told they would check with thomas cook and ring me back again nothing happened,seems Customers Services are only there to take booking and not provide any service, would not recommend this company, seems as if when they get your booking there intrest in customers finnishes,just got off phone to love holidays if we want to travel the same week we booked for it will cost extra £200 , think love holidays and thomas cook just trying to rip people off

The sales person who is Christina Carr (Hays Travel) excels at her job and she has done everything to make the bookings go smoothly! She gave me many choices of holidays with the option of only paying a deposit now and to pay the balance in a few months.
I am British but live in Canada so all the help Christina gave me was so appreciated and helpful. I made the call from Canada and within minutes the phone was picked up and I received excellent service. Everything had been had been booked and my questions answered - with emails and information sent directly to me.
I hope to book again with Love Holidays for my next holidays to Europe; and I certainly will recommend loveholidays to anyone pondering in making a decision to book with them. You are in safe hands!

We booked a holiday with this company and can honestly say they were fantastic. Everything happened just as they said and when we did want to speak with someone to clarify a query, the opening times were great and we got through to knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff without having to wait for ages. We were so impressed that we have used this company again for our next holiday. Booked a last minute holiday and everything was easy. Easy to contact about queries but the biggest bonus was that they were much cheaper that the high Street by over £1000 which meant we could afford the holiday. No problems getting from the airport, we actually had a private taxi which was great and took away any stress. Booking the return taxi was also stress free and the hotel we chose was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely consider using love holidays next year. Everything was done easily online from choosing the holiday destination, choosing our seat on the plane and organising an in-flight meal after the booking. I would definitely recommend.
This is my first time to book with Loveholidays! Their website is very easy to make a booking. Even though I have immediately received my booking confirmation and all the paperwork in my inbox, stupidly called them several times. Everyone was so friendly and of great help. They emailed me again everything with a speed of light. Customer service is 10+. I have saved the money with them (it is always difficult to save any money when you are a single traveler). This holiday was even better than the one I had 2 years ago in the same place. The transport to and from the resort was well organised, flight extremely pleasant and food remarkably good. from start to finish every thing went to plan, with no hick-ups, the hotel was clean the pool was great, the food was ok, i would definitely not hesitate to anybody as it was exactly as described, the only slight issue we had was with the return flight with Ryanair they wanted to leave early and they were boarding the an hour and a half before it was due to leave, and were calling final board an hour before, it was all very rushed and very confusing, and made the journey home a bit fraught to say the least.
we ended up sat on the plane for ages waiting for a slot to depart, and in the end saved 10 mins. not impressed really........ but that was not your fault. and everything you did was spot on. many thanks

Researched this holiday with many companies before ringing loveholidays.com.....they quoted me a price, which beat all other quotes first time! Paperwork came through straight away, have our e-tickets already..and have just picked our seats on the plane. Just have to patiently wait until Oct 2014 to use them!!!

I am a bit dubious about holiday companies and hidden charges so I tend to book direct. But Love Holidays was always popping up in the search engine so though I would give it a go and I must say that I was very impressed!
The ease of the booking and all costs in “black and white” made it so simple and no nasty add-on’s at the end of the booking.
The transfer costs were very competitive which was also another reason why I booked with these and I paid a little extra for the express transfer and again was surprised that we left the airport after 10 mins waiting and not 90 minutes as with the other holiday I booked!

I was lucky enough to win a holiday from LoveHolidays.com to Egypt. They arranged everything for me and even arranged for some extra perks such as private car transfers to and from the hotel and a room upgrade at the hotel. The hotel they had booked us was 5 stars and lovely with excellent service and our room couldn't have been better as it was right next to one of the pools and we could simply slide our doors open, take a few steps and we were in the pool!
I was in touch with a girl called Lauren from LoveHolidays.com throughout making the arrangements and she was excellent: quick to reply to any of my queries via email.
I'd been planning on booking a break away with LoveHolidays.com before I won the trip to Egypt but was a bit unsure since I had never used them before and was worried about whether I should stick to a big name travel company such as Thomas Cook but the excellent prices LoveHolidays offered were really enticing. After my experience in Egypt, I would now have no reservations in taking advantage of their excellent prices and booking with LoveHolidays in the future.
Having just returned from tenerife the Jacaranda Hotel
I can honestly say this was the easiest booking experience i have had. I booked 2 weeks prior to departure all documents were emailed with instructions immediately. I was able to check in on line which made it speedier in both airports. The transport company faxed our pick up times to the hotel.
All in all a great efficient, smooth experience I will definetly use again and recommend. Thank you
Yes believe me when i say that my holiday went without a hitch - unbelieveable - i had never booked on line before and only have ever been on one previous holiday aboard - that someone else had booked for me! I was soo scared as it was all down to me for pressing the button and money going out of my partners bank account - my heart was thumping and my hands were wringing !!! lol - but everything went so well and the hotel was really quite posh !!! considering we never paid a great deal for our holiday each, The Marelene in Zante was brilliant - thankyou all and also Thomas Cook who were great to fly with - we are definetely coming back for our next holiday.

Service from Kerry at Loveholiday's was second to none. We booked the day before and she arranged everything and emailed all tickets across and rang to check that we had everything we needed.Brilliant! Journey to Turkey fine.....transfer from Dalaman to Marmaris a little hairy as Hay's bus very old and struggled to negotiate the hills....took 2 hours to resort but well worth the wait! Casa De Maris resort fantastic, spotless and boasted a perfect location for us.....on the quieter side with a private beach. Loved it!
Only stressful time came when it was time to ring Sarpendon travel to reconfirm our pick up time(We had been given a letter by the Hay's rep at the airport insisting we must do this to ensure we would be picked up)...i rang and rang and rang for 2 days and not one of the three numbers would answer (constantly busy tone)(two were supposedly emergency numbers)! In the end I had to ring Mom in uk to contact Loveholidays to check....they did immediately and confirmed pick up time(great response again). Still waited with in trepidation on pick up morning but fair play arrived on time and better bus.Still the return journey too 3 hours to the airport.....driver kept stopping and playing with the pedals.....never once explaining what was the issue.....and constantly ringing on his mobile. Not the most relaxing of transfers. Arrived 30 mins late at airport so check in, security etc all a blur. Loveholidays......review so would have been a 5 star had your transfer company not let the side down on all fronts. Would probably play it safe and go with Thomsons next time purely for piece of mind, which is a shame.
I have recently returned from a week in Hurghada (Egypt), booked with Loveholidays. At first when I booked this, I thought it was great, paying for my holiday over a short space of time. However a week before we fly Loveholidays got in touch to say our hotel (Titanic Palace) was closed, Loveholidays then offered us a refund or an alternative hotel (Titanic Beach & Spa), same rating, same board – I accepted this offer and changed all of our tours and trips to this hotel. One day before we travel (10/10/13) Loveholidays informs me that the hotel is now open and we have moved you back to your original hotel, at which point I told Loveholidays to cancel that and leave us in our new hotel (Titanic Beach & Spa) – Loveholidays confirmed they would leave us in this hotel as I didn’t have time or the energy to go playing around with the tours etc. Loveholidays also confirmed they would request to upgrade our room as a gesture of goodwill.
1. Day One
Arriving at Hurghada was great, the sun was shining the staff were good but our transfer had the wrong hotel, woops another mistake I did call Loveholidays (10/10/13) and tell them that all my documents had the wrong hotel (the original, Titanic Palace) I was informed not to worry Mr Tiebout as the info on the system was correct and your transfers and all other documents will have your new hotel on (Titanic Beach & Spa). THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. Not only did this completely stress me out but it’s made me doubt ever believing information I am given by Loveholidays. I ended up arguing with our transfer representative and irritating not only my friend but a whole mini bus of people, as you can understand being dropped off at a hotel in the middle of the Egyptian Dessert which you believe is the wrong one isn’t a nice feeling.
Ok we’ve now been dropped off at the correct hotel (Titanic Beach & Spa) upon checking in at our hotel they inform me they have no information regarding our booking. This really isn’t great and I’m now at the end of our tether and wish to just get on the plane and head back home. Finally the reception understand what I’m saying and call the original hotel (Titanic Palace) to find our reservation had never been changed and we was there all along. Our bags and we were then moved to the Titanic Palace – we both took some kind of sigh of relief and thought at least we are somewhere. I didn’t even want to think about our tours etc.
2. Day Two
Finally settled in our original hotel, without an upgrade and in a bog standard twin. As we both work whilst we are away using the internet was key. Not only did the Wi-Fi not work in our rooms but we had to pay £6.00 per hour to use this in the lobby. This meant over the course of a week spending £84.00 just on Wi-Fi. This is completely unacceptable but something we couldn’t do without.
I can’t put into words most of the things we have gone through during our time in this hotel, I would highly recommend someone reviews this quickly, it isn’t a Five star, the food is dangerous and the staff are rude.
3. Shopping experience (in the hotel).
The Hotel (Titanic Palace) contained a market. During our visit to this indoor hotel market we experienced harassment, lies and bare faced daylight robbery, me and my friend were pushed into this shop with paintings, handmade so we were told. My friend stupidly took fancy to a particular picture at which point we had bookmarks with our names shoved into our hands, this was extremely uncomfortable and something I never thought we would experience in our Five Star Hotel cough cough!!! In the end we bought the two pictures for £600 EGP which was greatly lowered from the original price of £2000 EGP, ok good buy we thought. During the course of the day we met a nice English couple who informed us how much they paid for two pictures and this was £40 EGP, same size same style – we thought, we will learn from this and complain to the hotel reception. We did this and the Reception informed me that the market staff have nothing to do with us and if it was a price you agreed then it is the price you will pay. Ok so we have now been overcharged (robbed) in our Five Star Hotel.
4. Our Taxi experience
Unfortunately for me I left my IPhone 5s charger back at home in London. We thought ok not to worry we can go and buy one. We spoke to the hotel reception who informed us we could catch a cab outside the hotel, this was a miscommunication and what the hotel reception staff meant was speak to the hotel cab desk and book a cab with him, completely different to what we were told. Anyway we hailed a cab that took us to two shops, offered us drugs and then charged us £390 EGP for a journey that was £50 EGP. Not only did we feel completely threated by the driver but we felt the hotel had lead us into this trap. Plus the phone charger I spent £150 EGP worked for a day and never worked again.
5. The Hotel massage experience
We paid £1300EGP for what we thought would be a well spent massage experience, we couldn’t of been more wrong, the steam room was filthy and the sauna wasn’t warm then the massage didn’t last long and was a complete waste of yet more money. We also had our free massage which was rushed and they made us feel like we were doing something wrong by asking for our free massage. We were also informed by another English couple we had been overcharged by £500EGP for our massages; This is an outrage from our Five Star Hotel yet again.
6. The food
During our stay we endured Seven days of really bad food, I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down as a health hazard, the food is far below sub-standard and quite clearly an issue – not only was I unwell and still am unwell, but nearly every other guest we spoke to complained that the food was awful. I have been on/off the toilet since I got back and I have lost around a stone in weight, my friend didn’t suffer as he didn’t eat.
Over all I would like this to be warning to Loveholidays that this holiday complex should really be reviewed. I’m disgusted from the service I have received from Loveholidays from the very start of the booking, changing my hotel, misinforming me and giving me duff information – I am dissatisfied in the way in which me and my friend have been treated by everyone from the Hotel staff to the transfer staff. I will be putting up a review on your website and I’m not sure of using Loveholidays again, great concept but floored by misguided staff and incorrect information.

I checked and double checked before booking our recent 10 day holiday with Loveholidays.com because it was so much cheaper than if I had booked it through Thomas Cook - I was convinced there must be a catch but decided that the saving was worth the risk. The booking was made and confirmed by Loveholidays very easily and quickly and our e-tickets were emailed from Thomas Cook a few days later. . Our holiday in Turkey staying at the the adult only Commodore Elite Suites and Spa was fantastic - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite for the last 3 days of our holiday which really was the "icing on the cake". Thank you Love Holidays for your excellent service and excellent prices. We will certainly be booking with you again and will recommend you to all our friends.
Absolutely love this site. Booking was simple and straight forward showing you exactly how much your saving compared to going direct with Thomas cook/cosmos/first choice etc. Even better securing the holiday with a low deposit.
We saved over £300 on our booking for 11 nights at the Paradise Island in Lanzarote with my husband and 2 teenagers and we all had a fantastic holiday. Entertainment was all day over from poolside activities, quizzes, water polo. kids disco early evening, Bingo and shows from the entertainment team. The hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the town center/beach or 3 euro in a taxi but with so much going on in the hotel there was no need to leave.
I'm already searching for my next bargain getaway with loveholidays :)
Went to Turkey - Anyalyta, Lara Bay and stayed at Club Hotel Sera for 10 days. The flight and booking was really easy, but was disappointed with the location. The details said it was close to everything, but within walking distance there was nothing. A couple of dingy looking shops. (No bars at all) The place was very unattractive with just loads of high rise tower blocks everywhere.
The hotel itself looked the business. I loved the bright colours and luxurious feel it had to it. Unfortunately a lot of things let it down. The staff at the hotel spoke no English at all, so communication was impossible, even to get something as simple as a beer was a nightmare. In the end we just drank whatever they gave us even though it was not what we asked for. The main disappointment was the food. Getting food was a nightmare. The resort was full of Russian guests who had no concept of queues or please and thank you. We had trouble getting a table and generally when we did it was dirty and the table had not been relaid from the previous diners. We had to get our own knives and forks etc. This is not what you would expect for a 5* hotel. The food itself was bland and boring and they rolled out the same stuff every night. The only good part was the cakes, which were lovely. For breakfast they had things like cold sprouts and olives. Hardly anything traditionally English. I had to settle for toast or cereal. I will definitely not be returning to Turkey or this hotel.
Dear A ll.To let you know that for my first time long haul holiday,couldn`t have picked a better place. Staff and all that goes with it superb. One little thing no warning as to keep ears free of water (sea) it can cause infections luckily mine arose on the last 3 days. This was a first time holiday for me and my parter. I was particularly looking forward to my first holiday in 8 years and a relaxing 10 days together in a blissful setting. Couldnt of been more wrong.
Our whole tunisian experiance was intruth the worst holiday experiance we have ever had.never have i felt as on edge,stressed,judged and disrespected as i did whilst in that country.ofcoarse,not all of our holiday nightmare can be put on loveholidays so i will stick with the main things they should do.
The tej marhaba hotel was where we had the unpleasure of staying.this hotel should certainly be reviewed.

After finally arriving at hotel reception Baggage handler telling us "i will find you tomorrow,i not forget" whilst rubbing his fingers together in my face. A.strangly expected tip for someone who took 30 mins to bring our bags up to our unmade first floor room.i would of happily brought them up to the room myself if i had of somehow known by then that not one person out there will do anything (regardless if its their job or not) unless your giving away your money.
We had no tunisian money on arrival (and hadnt had the best of time whilst in the airport for an excruciating additional two and a half hours standing in a tunnel then watching a string of loney cases aquire a new recrute every 20 mins on the baggage conveyer belt) so decided to get some at the currency exchange desk the tej mahaba adverised as a service.
After being ignored by reception staff and looked at dully with muttered breaths we were bluntly told "no" to our request before she walked back to the other reception staff to continue there souless conversations.a sign in the desk clearly stated that money was exchanged on that day and time but obviously this was again a case of nobody wanting to do their jobs at all let alone be proffessional about it.we didnt get help or any money.
One morning i was woken up at 8am by a cleaner in the room!
Very loud work men outside our balcony from 8am on several mornings (shouting,dropping scaffolding etc.) worth mentioning that my partner felt uncomfortable being in the room alone or even just walking around it as the workers had spotted her and kept looking into the room for her whilst shouting things at her at the same time. This was disgusting.
Large sowing pins found in the bed after laying on them.
Toilet seat/flush broken.
Not dirty but highly destressed room (e.g springy uncomfortable beds,radio broken,remote broken,balcony window lock broken,stained old carpet,furnature old and ripped apart etc.)
Broken internet.10 days with no sevice or any internet.
Private beach aint so private either.not a moments peace from sleazy locals or cigarette sellers.this was a huge let down.im not violent but did vow i would break the next persons arm that decided they could grab/rub/stroke me or my girlfriend.
Loveholidays could of also suplied us with more info on our travel arrangments to and from airport/hotel. We didnt see the hayes travel coach that we had prepaid for and were quickly lead to a thomas cook coach because a man had already taken our bags from us and put them on put them on the wrong coach.
No infomation was available for hayes travel at the hotel notice boards with all the other travel coach companies.i did ofcoarse ask reception if they had a log of the coming and going of coaches through the doors so therefore we would know if hayes would infact turn up on our departure but they played dumb and rude.no help,so we got on the thomas cook coach again.payed our requested £20 again (like we did to get there) and yet paid for it anyway already online with hayes. I feel this should of been a lot better.do i get this money back?
All in all a truely terrible holiday which 4 days into we really wanted to not be on.stressed and not happy with any part of the services of all parties involved in that scandal of a holiday.

Myself and my daughter done 2 separate bookings , my daughter was paying in full and i was doing a payment plan. We thought this would be a headache for the advisor ( Denise McDermott ) but No, she was very professional.,Rang us back in exactly the time-scale she quoted , once she got all bookings finished she rang to say all paper completed.
