unbelievabley shocking

first time i have booked on line. i was sent a due date with my booking for final payment dated march 14th but i was unaware that one of the attatchments at the bottom of the page asked for an intrim payment. i was told they sent me emails about this payment, which i never received???? and i was informed by them that they tried to contact me midday at my home address during the working week. i has no letter of phonecalls after 5pm!!!
i was sent another email on the 8th march asking for a final payment, when i phone up to pay this they said they had cancelled the holiday. they told me they had'nt done anything wrong as in was in the attatchment ( who opens all of these???), very sneeky beware if you use these people they hide important information. or was i just nieve

Ive not even booked yet but about too. Love this website offers you a great view pf all dates enabling you to view best deal. Other agents are missing a trick Love Holidays have the customer first focus. Well done!

love to book with love holidays

Booked my holiday with loveholidays.com, and i would highly recommend them, everything ran smooth, i booked with a lady named beverley, she was extremly accommadating very pleasant, and new exactly what she was doing, i am now booking with them again as it was a pleasure doing business with them

Easy to use, great prices.

Having shopped around, I found loveholidays.com really easy to use.
I like the fact that you can pick more than one departure airport when you search. I'm happy to travel from quite a few different airports and on other sites I have to keep repeating the search to find the best dates / prices.

Great easy site to use

Browsing for ideas for a holiday I found the site easy to use and information on hotels was very informative, I particually like being able to search by Trip Advisor ratings, will definately be back when I am ready to book the holiday

Great Site Overall

Very organized and has a layout that is very easy to navigate through. Service is great for saving a moderate amount of pounds while looking for booking and travel. A combination that is great as it allows you to knock out a few steps in the planning process while saving at the same time.

Wonderful money-saving site with the added bonus of excellent customer service

I couldn't believe how helpful the staff are. I booked our holiday online but realised that I hadn't entered the voucher code I had to save £50.00 - gutted. I decided to ring the helpline, half expecting to be told 'sorry - too late'. Instead she immediately arranged to have £50 credited to my account again! How's that for service?
We also saved over £100 on the price we would have paid had we booked with the travel company direct - winner all round. I will definitely use this site for future holidays.

Quick, simple and easy to book

I'd been trawling all day for a last minute holiday, and came across this site, I found a good priced holiday, , I booked it not realising I had made an error with the booking, I received a call straight away and problem resolved with a customer service agent.. Excelllent service would definately book with them again. Thank you making it so easy. wish I had checked with you first.!!

Great Savings

As I was flexible with my dates to go I found the same resort about £70 cheaper, leaving me with more spending money. Will definitely use again next year!

So easy to book

The great thing about this site is that you don’t have to have your whole trip planned out before you search. If you’re flexible you can search for the best deals easily rather than spending hours typing in information. Love holidays saved me a headache and made booking a doddle.

Nice looking site

Just came across this site from a competition you’re running on Facebook. Must say, I love the look of the site and have bookmarked it for future holidays for me and my family. Only a small suggestion though - it would be great to see how close the airport is to the hotel – in terms of distance and travelling time.

definitely worth checking out the trip advisor reviews and ratings, i found it really useful when searching for my holiday and they gave me plenty of ideas of where i would like to go on holiday next time!!

Easy site to use with loads of good holidays to choose from!

I have been browsing for my summer holiday and came across Loveholidays!

I loved how easy it was to navigate around the site, there were good pictures of accomadtion plus cheap affordable prices! I also liked the Tripadvisor ratings and reviews. I have now booked to go to the Algarve in Portugal which got rave reviews! Happy days!

A great site for all things holidays, just wish they sold flights as well. One of the best searches I’ve seen on a site, loads of options to choose from and nice and easy to use. Please start selling flights as well love holidays!

No fuss holiday

This site provided me with what I want from a holiday; a great time with minimal fuss. The holiday itself was a good price and everything went smoothly, hotel was great, flights were on time. I like how it shows you a number of different travel operators so you can compare price and times. I had initially wanted to go away on the Monday but found if I went on the Wednesday it saved me £50 per person, tips like this make booking a holiday much more enjoyable. Great site, great find.

Great Search

I particularly like this site, as it allowed me to search by a number of different criteria’s such as price, holiday type and kids facilities. Usually I have to search each individual hotel to find out if they include all the things I am looking for such as kids club. This site saved me a lot of time and I also found a holiday at a great price. If you want to book a holiday, which cuts out the faffing about then use this one.

I'm always a bit dubious about using new sites to book my holidays through because I've had a few problems in the past. We usually go away to the same place every year and this year I managed to find the holiday cheaper on loveholidays.com, so really pleased.

WOW!

I have just returned from my holiday in Turkey, and what can I say...it was amazing from start to finish! Me and the mrs were after a deal, did plenty of research and love holidays was the cheapest. Their site was also really easy to use and navigate all the way through to buying. Couldn’t ask for any more from a brand that I hadn’t heard of before. Would defo use their site again!!
