Stayed there with friends last time, booked my own this time.
Loved the apartment so much when i stayed there with friends that i booked it for my next trip. Booking process was smooth and fast. Looking forward to staying there again on my upcoming trip!

Smooth booking and pleasant apartment
Just returned from a weekend in Paris. Myself and my two kids had a lovely time. The person who met us at the apartment was great and gave us useful information about the area. Booking the apartment was quick and easy, and the company was very attentive to my questions.

Great location!
Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location with lots of places to eat and drink near by. You can walk to all the wonderful Galleries and Museums in minutes.
In my opinion the apartment could use a bottle opener, coffee plunger and better water pressure in the shower. And toilet water keeps running so should probably be fixed.
It can be noisy in the streets below on weekends.
This is worth knowing : you need to pick up the key from different location which is about a 10-15 minutes drive away.
Loving Apartments are very helpful and
we had a great time there and would come back.

Nice people but needs to be btter explained that you are on your on while stayingin one of the properties.
Well the people where very nice. I dont knowwhy they even answer the phone all the time because after hours no questions can be asked. Just close the phone lines.Much more frustrating when the hours are world apart. when I needed an answer I could only get someone to take a message. The site was recommended by a friend but if you are not an experienced traveler to the destination one of these properties is not for you.I needed a place for 4 people and most hotels do not take more than 3. Seemed like a good idea but not a clear enough understanding of how it works even after redaing the small print.Ex. How do I enter the property? Well after booking we will send you the information. The information said this person will meet you and you need to call them when you get into the airport.How do they think you are going to call in a foreign country with no phone. By a calling card and borrow a phone? You cant get all the info you need just booking on line.

So far, so good
The website was clear and easy to use, and the reponses to my questions came quickly -- with one exception, when it didn't come at all and I had to write again. But I'm very pleased with the agency so far. We'll see if the apartment is ready and what it's like.

Great apartment - not very accomodating though
As far as the apartment is concerned, it was nice, clean and spacious.
Only gripe I have is that when we got up the Sunday morning my partner was quite ill (and no, it wasn't a hangover!). We requested if we could stay for ONE extra hour, which we could of...at an extra expense of £70!!!

Great apartments, great website!
Great website - very easy to search for properites, and very easy to see if they are available when you want them. I also used the 24hour reservation facility, while I checked with all my friends that they were happy with the place I'd chosen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and returned my calls and emails very promptly adn politely.

First class booking service
The website is extremely user friendly with some great photos,The booking process was very smooth and easy. The apartment was confirmed within 4 hours of my request and all information was clear. I then sent an email which was answered in just over 2 hours.
If only all service was like this!

Efficient but a little impersonal
Upon confirmation, it was revelaed that the key pick-up is from a different location not very close to the actual apartment. This is inconvenient and was not diosclosed at any stage of the booking process until final confirmation.

I had a problem with the link for making a Loving Apartment booking - so I emailed them for help. Sara called me, long distance, that very evening to make the booking over the phone with me!! Very impressive. Sara spoke very good english and was very helpful - I feel very comfortable with having made my booking and paid my deposit with Loving Apartments, and am quite confidant at this point that my arrival and check-in will run smoothly and without any problems when I get there.....

The booking process was straightforward and secure.
The website is one of the better ones I have used when looking for rental apartments. I did telephone and ask why the lounge furniture in the 3 bedroom apartment I wanted to rent did not accommodate 6 people. I received no answer, which indicates there maybe a lack of customer service. We shall see when we actually stay in the apartment.

Stress Free
My husband and I (senior citizens) have previously used the services of Loving Apartments. Any apprehension we may have had was quickly erased. All our questions, no matter how frequent or trivial, were answered to our satisfaction. The experience contributed most positively to our successful holiday.

A superb option for visiting a new city!
The Loving Apartments team provide prompt information and confirmations and the process is problem free. The greeter system is great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in any city where they have available apartments, but my experience has just been in Amsterdam.
