I ordered a dining table and chairs costing £699 in June 13. Waited months for delivery. I contacted them several times to be told it would be delivered in a few weeks each time. After months of waiting I called again only to be told there was a problem with the company that provided the table and they couldn't actually tell me when I would receive it. I therefore requested a refund at the end of aug. I was told to wait 10 days for a refund which came and went and they still hadn't refunded me. I contacted them again by email and phone (problems getting no one to respond) and I was advised that I would have to wait a month even though I never had any goods. I have chased them over 12 times and they are not responding.
Well it is now nov 13 and I still haven't received the refund. Thankfully I contacted my bank and they have refunded me.
I have never experience such bad customer service. Also I am disgusted they can get away with keeping people's money. The company is a disgrace. I rarely write reviews but left one on their website and obviously they have not included it.
Please save yourself any hassle and order from somewhere else. The products may look nice but you may never receive them and also be out of pocket.
Having paid over £1000 for a bed ( in a specific size to fit the room, our new mattress and bed linen) plus side tables, we were contacted about 5 weeks into the delivery period wait to be advised that the size bed we ordered had come in to them but it was a completely different size to that ordered - if we didn't want to wait another 8 weeks for the correct size would we accept the wrong size. I politely explained that we had just taken delivery of new mattress specifically the size of the bed we had ordered and bed linen so this would not be any good and we did not want to wait another 8 weeks for the correct order!! We asked for an immediate refund. We were told to email the warehouse manager requesting the refund. That was 2 weeks ago - 3 emails anf 4 phone calls down the line we have yet to receive a refund or even an acknowledgement of the email request for refund. Frequently on the customer service number the phone just rings and rings with no ansswer and after leaving the phone rining for about a minute a message kicks in - most people would havegiven up by then - I suggest you do too as you won't get a response to the phone message!! APPALLING - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I SUSPECT THIS IS A WEBSITE FACADE BEGIND WHICH THERE IS VERY LITTLE SUBSTANCE??
Bought a bedroom set. Delivery was not in time. Not the same as seen on their web site, damaged parts , no assembly instructions, faulty plugs, not been replaced damaged parts after nearly 3 months of delivery. Not replying any of my emails. Not even phoning me back in spite of leaving lots of messages.
Please think twice before you buy goods from them.
delivery hours they wanted deliver was not good for us so they rescheduled for 2 days after for a better time but we wanted asap so we have collected the gossip table from their warehouse the table is great! so 4 star is fair...thanks
Bought 2 car bed from this company for my sons and they are over the moon now! =) car beds arrived after waiting few weeks but there was no remote controllers that makes all the music and sound but the warehouse staff posted it straight away so we had it next day and thankfully it works! tHanks
i have purchased tv unit from this company and was really frustrated with assembling the whole thing so call them for support and they have contacted me straight away and told me where i ve done wrong, = great after sales assistant ..Thank you
This company took 6 months to deliver an order which is of very poor quality and drawers broken. Placed order in January and after months of them lying about delivery date they finally delivered in July. The bedroom furniture ordered was very badly packed with glossy tops not protected and hence scratched to buggery. Assembly instructions were very poor and overall build quality and materials used were very poor. The furniture is cheap looking and imported from Turkey. When reported scratches and broken drawers they were not interested and all calls to customer service are not being answered. Also seen elsewhere that they have not paid haulage bills so company may be in trouble. Do not waste your money as you are bound to loose it like I did. These people should not be allowed to do business here.
I REALLY like this fiesta sideboard, my wife was really nervous buying furniture from the net as its not always the same as on website but this one looks even better! Thanks for not letting me down ..) Jones
No wonder they get so many good reviews here. we bought bedroom set wardrobe and had couple of issues with assembling it and they explained how to assemble very clearly on the phone,it only took an hour which we tought it `d take us all day to assemble ,i should say one of the best company we had for a great customer service.
