I have recently ordered a pool table from this company and since the order the product has been taken off of their website. The company took the money out of my account no longer than two days later which was expected, but since they have received my payment the item has been withdrawn from the website and no contact has been made to me whether I am still receiving my order or not. I received an email they day after I made the order to say I would be contacted shortly and to expect a call but a week after receiving this email I have still yet to be contacted. So I thought I better contact them, when asking when I would be contacted I was told I should be expected to be contacted by the end of the next day. Surprise, surprise I was still not contacted and am no further along with the order I have placed then I was from the moment I ordered it. To me all it seems this company is doing is just taking money from customers accounts and then deciding what is better for them to mess us about! For a company that is supposed to be providing a 'service' to their customers I find this ridiculous because all it seems they are doing is providing a headache and a form of worry about their purchase to whether they have been scammed or not. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, the customer service is awful and are unable to provide any useful details.
Bought the Jumpking JumpPOD Classic - 10ft Round Trampoline and Enclosure.
The delivery was straightforward, although there was no notification confirming it was dispatched and there was no delivery time given.
The trampoline itself is very sturdy. I wasn't impressed with the instructions. They were in a sealed bag but some pages had been glued over with updated instructions and there were handwritten updates in pen and Tippex!
Putting the frame together was a nightmare too. Once you have the four parts of the frame ready to put together they DO NOT slot together easily. It took me and my teenage son an awful lot of brute force to fit it together.
Fast despached, cant fault that. Simple step by step instruction to assemble and follow. the only problem is the top ring was quite a challenge to fit as the glass fibre poles had to be cut with a hacksaw as they were too long to fit together in one. There is no ajustment to the side safty net and this in turn has put added pressure onto the door entrey causing the zip to split within two days of use, This is a common problem with all makes, speaking from friends that have had same issues. However, I myself love the excise and the fun my kids get from this, we can live with the small defects and I would recomend this to a friend.

We bought the Jumpking JumpPOD Classic - 10ft Round Trampoline and Enclosure as a replacement for a cheaper model which wasn't up to the job . This one looks great and is performimg well so far. Liked the really good guarantee with the product. Service was helpful and efficient. My free gift was unavailable for a month and then it still didn't come, however a phone call sorted this out and it was quickly dispatced to us. All in all a good experience.
The parts ordered arrived promptly and well packed. However I ordered replacement foam sheaths for our trampoline net and when these arrived they did not cover the full height of the poles as the originals did, these were approximately 2/3 of the required height. Otherwise the service was excellent.
We ordered a 14 foot jump king trampoline, received on time and assembled over 2 evenings. Slight issue with the padded surround (manufacturer fault) this was resolved quickly and effortlessly. Would certainly use MadFun again,
We needed to get a replacement net for our trampoline, and after a poor experience with the company JumpKing recommended (Product never turned up) I tried Madfun. I was impressed that they followed up with plenty of communication, and delivery was fast. Product quality was good, and the price was lower than expected. Great bunch, I would recommend them again
we bought 5 in 1 multi game table on april 10th 2013 and because of tight schedule after shifting to a new house we hardly got time to use it for more than 3-4 times and surprisingly last sunday when we played two of the handle rods got bent so badly as one of the player started scratching the table. We are just two in the family me and my wife and we played with no strong force but still the QUALITY is soo bad even the legs are not stable. I have called and passed my concern to the team saying the table is very bad Suggest me which is the best table you have I don't mind paying more money and exchange my current table. First I was asked to take few pictures and forward them so that their Manufacturing team can take a look at them. I did the same day and called again to make sure they got them.They asked to wait for couple of days to respond which I did but there was no call back. I called back after couple of days to see if there is any update but I was told there was is nothing yet from their team it went on for next 3 days and finally on friday asked to call back on monday which is today, when I called the lady mentioned I got a answer for you which is unfortunately we cant exchange the table as its not the manufacturing fault and we used it very hardly which I don't agree because first of all we don't used it very hard and second when you spend 120£ on a table would the quality is very bad? and I was told from your staff that it's a kids table..kid table?? why it's not mentioned any where? I tried to speak with You couple of times Steve but I was told that you will get back to me but never happened. Hope atleast by seeing my concern here you will get back to me to fix this issue? If not I will think it's a bad experience and leave my 120£

The finished Ovalpod trampoline is used by my chidren every day and it seems more robust than the smaller trampoline it replaced. Although I realised that it would take a little while to put together I was not prepared for the 10 hour battle with completely inadequate instructions and parts that should "slide" together but in practise had to be hammered together. Given the cost of the trampoline I would have thought it would be reasonable to expect instructions with diagrams of sufficient size and text that mentioned "little" details such as which way up to place the parts. It was also necessary to hammer down the edges of some parts to make them fit. In the end I had to lay all the parts out and work out which way they fitted myself. Having said all this I am still pleased with the trampoline.
Having brought a trampoline second hand I wanted to make sure it was as safe as possible, and with the help of the lady from Madfun thats excactly what I did.
The cost was low always a bonus and delivery super quick what more could anyone ask.
We would reccomend Madfun to anyone.
We ordered a Plum single swing with an extra baby seat for our youngest daughter and a wendy house. Both were delivered on time and after checking, all parts were present and correct. The swing went together no problem, the wood is a lightweight soft wood, but should last a good few years if treated. I am in the process of constructing the wendy house, but me being me I have been wood treating and painting as I go. One of the base runners/supports was the shape of a banana, but a quick trip to B&Q and I got a replacement. Again the wood is light weight and there are splits in several boards, but for the price it is good. I have just got to put another coat of paint on the floor/inside window frames, fit the trims and the paintwork is done. I will seal around the internal floor/walls etc and it should prove waterproof for several years.

I ordered a Jumpking JumpPOD 12ft Deluxe Round Trampoline and Enclosure on April 26th 2013. It was delivered on time in two very large and heavy boxes - but the delivery people put them where I asked without any fuss. All parts and items were present and in good order.
My children absolutely LOVE the trampoline - every time the sun is out, so are they bouncing....
The only slight niggle was that the trampoline was ordered with a tie down kit, which was labelled as out of stock at the time, but due back in for May. I have not seen this tie down kit to date (now mid June). However, It is important to note that the tie down kit was a free addition and I have not called up to enquire - only remembered when asked to write this review...I better go ask them now :)
I would have no qualms in using MadFun again!
Oreded a jump king trampoline. The initial order was delivered in a timely fashion and product was correct so was happy at first.
How, ever within a few days once of the support arms buckled whilst my 7 stone 13 year daughter was bouncing on. She was lucky not to be injured.
I emailed immediately as it was out of hours asking for some one to ring me first thing. Ended up ringing myself to the next day as no-one had rung me. Sent though photos of fault and then seemed to be passed from the office to warehouse for several days. All the time i had to ring madfun to find out what was going on. Was told the new part had to be shipped in from US to replace and would take 2 weeks which I felt was unaccpetable.
Eventually spoke to Steve by email, i have to say I felt like I was being blamed for the fault by being quizzed on whether I had bought the correct model for my teenage daughter. i checked the spec again before responding as I was sure i had made the correct purchase. The trampoline had a 15 stone limit so more than enough for my daughter. Eventually a whole new trampoline was sent but I had to package up the faulty one to be sent back to Madfun.
Then, after contacting the office to arrange collection this again was a mess. Your office did not log the pick up with the courier, so when I took a second day off to wait for the courier which was never going to turn up as they had no record of me. Ened up having to store the 3 large boxes in my living room over the weekend so they didnt get wet.
As I have read in one other comment, there was no offer of a discount or partial refund based on the toruble and 2 days off work i had to take because of a faulty trampoline and poor communication.
Ordered a trampoline and my wife took a day of to accept delivery on Friday so we would have the trampoline for my daughters birthday party. The delivery time was between 0900 and 1800 hours.
It hadn't turned up by mid afternoon so phoned to check, we were told that they would phone but didn't, Phoned again and were told that the trampoline had gone to the wrong depot as they had put the wrong post code on it. The postcode was correctly recorded on the order confirmation e-mail so a Madfun error.
Said they would phone back to say if it could be delivered on Saturday morning but didn't - and when chased just got an answer phone. Waited in vain on Saturday morning. So day off wasted and dissapointed daughter.
When contacted on the Monday they apologised but there was no offer of a small discount in recompense so I cancelled, the and ordered and re-ordered from a rival company. Now the best bit - the rival company delivered within 24 hours and with the same courier was the Madfun Trampoline !! so now I have two.
I purchased a Jumpking Max 12 (JKMAX12) trampoline from Madfun and the whole process was efficient and fast. Trampoline was accurately described and with a great price of £179.99. Assembly was very easy and it took me less than 2 hours from start to finish on my own.

I bought a TP trampoline from this site a few weeks ago. It arrived really quickly (two days after ordering). When we put the trampoline up we noticed that a bit of the stitching around the net zip was coming apart. I was a bit apprehensive about how this would be dealt with but they were fantastic. They immediately got on to TP on our behalf and a new replacement net was with us within 10 days. Cannot fault this site, and the trampoline was a lot cheaper than elsewhere.
Ordered Plum 8Ft Magnitude trampoline for Christmas. The whole process was very straight forward. An e-mail confirmation when order placed. A telephone call to arrange delivery. Delivered on day and within time arranged. Only concern was packaging was damaged and could not fully inspect contents. This was down to courier though. Luckily on further inspection all was fine. This was the second trampoline we have ordered over the years and must say really impressed with the quality. It took two of us, nearly two hours to put together, it the enclosure that takes the time. We have had the trampoline three months now, it is used pretty much everyday in all weathers by my 6 and 8 year old and so far really happy, no tears in net and still looks like new. It was worth spending the extra on this plum trampoline.
Ordered a slide yesterday and was told it would be around three days delivery. However , the slide turned up this morning! Talk about speedy delivery. I am well impressed with the great customer service, speedy delivery and quality of the product. Fantastic!
I purchased the Mightymast - 4ft Whirlwind Air Hockey Table for my children for Christmas. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. The construction is fair for the price however the table top is not smooth enough to slide pucks (some of the holes on the table top are not even punctured through the full depth of the top)and the fan motor is so weak it is only capable of blowing air through the center section. Even using the strength of an adult the puck certainly does not glide the way it should. Had this not been a present from santa which I spent Christmas Eve building I would have returned asking for a full refund. The kids have played it for less than 30 minutes because it was so disappointing and wonder why Santa would send them something so poor. I still have the packaging and would appreciate a response. Delivery was good.
Ordered a Jumpking 10 x 7ft oval trampoline with circus tent before Christmas - website / service & product were excellent!
I was a bit worried as ordered well before Christmas but didn't build it until Boxing Day, but everything went as smoothly as things can when building something like this & nothing was missing or damaged!
This is a fantastic trampoline, big enough for a few kids to jump on at once without landing on top of each other, but no where near as intrusive on the garden, it fits in really well!
The quality of the trampoline mats / frame etc are better than I expected, it's really sturdy & doesn't sag at the top!
Most importantly it made my daughters christmas....her & her friends have spent hours out there in all weathers!
Haven't tried the circus tent yet as its been too windy but it looks great!

We ordered a trampoline off them before christmas 2012 and as of the 4th Feb 2013 they have still not collected or refuned us due to the fact the the tramoline was broken and faulty. This was reported to them on the 24th Dec. Please do not spend your hard earned cash with a company like this. My kids have been well ripped off.
My review will sound very similar to a couple below and i wish i had found this website prior to ordering, may have made me think twice.
Ordering went fine, people on phone friendly, order received fast and on time.
When box opened thats when things started to go downhill, two corner sections had been broken (guess it was dropped/rested on one edge at some point). On contacting the company by phone was told to email photos. As it was getting towards Christmas some urgency was asked for as it was a present for my parents to give to their grandson. Sent photos and got a reply to say they would send photos to the warehouse and get back to me. I emailed the next day for info, no reply, emailed the next day, again no reply!!!! So i rang them and got told it would be chased up, that night got an email to say it was picked up and would be delivered on monday (23rd). It wasnt!!!!
Rang up the delivery company and after a while (i wasnt given a tracking number, just a phone number) was told they had passed it onto another delivery company so i got another phone number. Rang them got told it wasnt gonna be delivered until January. It did come and undamaged this time, just decidedly too late to give as the intended christmas present.
Any company can take an order, your money and get an item sent to you. Its how a company deals with issues that makes a good company and i feel this was inadequate.
We ordered the Gamesson 5ft Blue L Foot Air Hockey Table at the end of November as a Christmas present for our 7 year old daughter who'd played as often as she could on holiday in the summer. Madfun had stock issues, but that's not surprising because their prices are very competitive. They kept us completely informed about expected stock-in dates, and were true to their word with early December delivery. As this was a Christmas present, and couldn't easily be hidden once unpacked, we stored it in the garage unchecked until Christmas Eve. Big mistake and never again with such a bulky, awkward item. On assembly we found that one corner was cracked, and there was a dent across the top of the table. We immediately photographed the damage and sent the photos to Madfun as evidence that the table hadn't been used prior to the damage being found. As their T & C requests that damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, I was getting ready to do battle! No need, even before they were open after New Year we had received an apologetic email from Luisa Kendall at Madfun offering to replace the table, which is exactly what has happened this morning with a completely undamaged table delivered and the old one returned via their courier. This company and its people rate Five Stars, I've awarded four for the packaging of the Air Hockey table, which Gamesson need to make far more robust. I hope the expense is borne by them and not Madfun because that would not be fair.
Ordered 5 in 1 Riley games table 3 weeks before Xmas. Table arrived in good time, however when I came to assemble it, dicovered that the football table top was 'crushed' on one corner and that one corner of the pool table had been badly put together (screws had missed holes and come out sides). Phoned Madfun and sent photos of damage. Madfun arranged for immediate replacement to be sent. Replacement table arrived, this one had a broken goal and crushed box containing the snooker balls. Using parts from both deliveries assembled a complete 'undamaged' unit. Madfun arranged collection of the damaged parts. All transactions completed before Christmas. I was extremely happy with the service from Madfun and would recommend them to anyone. The product damage could have been due to poor quality control at the original manufacturer or damage in transit it was frustrating but made easier with Madfun's excellent customer support.
I ordered an air hockey table for delivery before Christmas which was delivered on Christmas Eve,all communication with Madfun was answered very fast with consignment note number and telephone number of courier being used who were also very helpful contacting the driver to give me an eta,it is refreshinhing to deal with people who are there to help you and not just take your money.
Ordered an air hockey table, with 5/7 days delivery, then email explaining that due to the extra orders going through would be another couple of days. The truth was the tables were NEVER in stock. On contacting them we paid an extra £30 to get a table that we were told was in stock and would be dispatched the same day with next day delivery. On checking with madfun the following day, it was still in their warehouse, and would go out shortly. Promising delivery on the 22nd or 24th Dec. it's now Boxing day!
Well done for wrecking our 5 year old son's Christmas day, who now thinks Father Christmas doesn't love him and put him on the naughty list...........
Morning of the 28th and it has just arrived. Delivery note stated that it was collected on the 21st. So the fault lies with the delivery company rather than with Madfun. Due to the delivery not being in time for Christmas, Madfun were good to their word and reimbursed half the original cost.
Maybe they should look at a new haulage contractor..........
Ordered an air hockey table for Christmas and they had stock problems with the item. They kept me informed of developments and told me when the stock had arrived from their suppliers and used an overnight delivery service to ensure I got the toy on Christmas Eve. It was nice to deal with a company that kept me informed without me having to ask and they also pulled out all the stops to ensure I got the toy before Christmas.
I ordered a table top tennis table very late for Christmas delivery after being messed about for weeks by another company, so far I have received excellent service order late Tuesday night and it arrived yesterday, so my boys won't be disappointed. The box is quite weather damaged but that is a fault of the courier, I will put more feedback on when the item has been open and checked. But mad fun saved the day for us
Ordered folding snooker table and extra table tennis top on 4th December confirming with the order that these were Christmas Gifts. Order confirmed and tracking number issued and confirmed 2no packages had been dispatched. Items delivered on 11th December but main package was open and some of the contents appeared to be damaged and the 2nd package there was no sign of at all. Item was refused and delivery driver mentioned a new one would be dispatched immediately overnight. We contacted Madfun immediately to report the issues and they said the items would be dispatched straightaway. I called again next day to get an ETA on delivery as i had forgotten to ask and was told delivery would be by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went without any sign of the goods we ordered. I called again on Monday 17th to find out what was happening and was told this would be looked into and someone would get back to me. I waited until after lunchtime when i called again and was told that the snooker table would be dispatched (despite me being told it would be dispatched the week previous) but there was a problem with the table tennis top as this had been lost and there wasn't any others in stock and they were trying to trace it through the couriers. I was then informed that i couldn't be guaranteed delivery of all my items before Christmas leaving me having to cancel the order and source the items from elsewhere with a week left until Christmas! I now await to see if my refund is returned.

Was told 2/4 weeks for delivery, product arrived 3 months later, missing vital birthday. No contact from MadFun to advise. Had to do all the running ourselves. I believe that they knew that there will be delays when orders placed. Truck driver got my 11 yr old son to operate the tailgate lift whilst I was checking the order!! Don't be fed their bullsh*t shop elsewhere. Very disappointed with the customer service. Life is too short, don't waste your time.
Bought initialy some filters for our swimming pool but decided to get a better pump/filter so phoned them and received fantastic service.
Based on the first experience i decided to order some chemicals and a few other bits for our pool. Delivery was next day and received some excellent advice which I hadn't got elsewhere.
Would recommend and will be using again.
First rate - welldone.
