Received within a couple of days, left with a neighbour. The box had a hole in but luckily the table wasn't damaged. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Just as well with two excited children running round it making up their own game of potting all your colours first!! Just the right size for age 6+ and 40+ children. Would recommend the table and the company. Excellent value for money.
Excellent service, very prompt delivery with helpful delivery driver, he contacted us which allowed us to be there to receive goods, without having to wait in. Madfun staff also very helpful, best price around for the table, Madfun pre xmas price even bet the boxing day sale prices. Boys love their table easy to built and seems to be good quality. I ordered a 6 ft pool table. Realised a day later it would be sensible to go for a smaller one. E-mailed Madfun, and received a call back, problem sorted, finances refunded, and the pool table arrived a couple of days later.
Left in secure place as requested when I wasn't in, too.
If only all online retailers were so hot on customer service.

Having not been able to get hold of the very same 6' BCE snooker table from Argos which would have saved me over £100 i ordered one from madfun. Madfun were very prompt and dealt with my order well however when the product was delivered (which was four days early, great, lucky i was home) The delivery man ask for a hand as he was on his own. Well the back off his van looked like he had been rally driving, boxes thrown all over the place. I moaned to the driver about the the condition of the box and had i quick look at the snooker table through the damaged part of the box and all looked ok. Delivery driver said any issues to be reported to Madfun in 48 hours. I was on the phone to Madfun in 10 minutes ! The table looked like it had been dropped as the corner near the pocket had a crack through it. I was told to e-mail Madfun with the problem and after explaining the issue and having to send photos of damage i was told they would sort it out. Had a phone call from BCE themselve and they said they would pick up and drop off a new table in a weeks time. (this would be the wednesday before christmas) . Snooker table deliverded on time and box in good condition all must be ok,, Not.. as this is a present for my kids i decided to assemble it. Mmmmm not very good qualiity. M.D.F covered with a wood look sticky back plastic. On assembly i found no 2" wood screws with no time to moan and get some sent i purchased some from a hardware store. A few scratches that are visable and a snapped frame under the table that is not visable. This is a structural part to the table!
So all in all Madfun i can't moan at.

Delivery company on time and polite but this table weighs 57kg so you will have to help driver carry it. (not to sure about their driving abilities)
Ordered from Madfun - considerably cheaper than anywhere else. Arrived ahead of time, perfect packaging and a great gift. The only thing I would say is that i didn't get email notification of delivery date as promised, but that didn't matter!!

I ordered a Dino ZF Classic go kart as it was the best price available. Since I hadn't dealt with the company before, I was a little apprehensive. My credit card wasn't being accepted on line so I phoned their office where they couldn't have been more helpful and completed the transaction manually. Unbelievably, the go cart arrived the next day. The best service I've ever experienced.
Ordered a Jumpking Trampoline as Madfun showed the best price and brand was recommended by neighbour. Delivered as advertised. Installation took time and (as advised in instructions) I needed a helper (my wife) at times, but I followed instructions and set up was OK. A free tie down kit was included, so I fitted that also. One week later I found that one of the tie down kit plastic buckles had broken. Emailed Madfun, received an apology next day and the following day a complete new tie down kit arrived. I now have two spare straps should they be needed. Very good response and service. I would buy from them again on this basis.
Clear easy website, best price on-line, free item with order,friendly efficient staff on phone. Ordered a jumpking trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Delivery took 5 days which was fine, i live in the beautiful West Highlands of Scotland which means orders take longer and always incur costs, so that's the norm. Madfun job done!x
I ordered the Hallmark - Tulip Tower Playhouse with Slide, and within 7 days I had received the playhouse, ready to put up. Excellent service when ordering the playhouse and excellent service when delivering the playhouse. My 2 year daughter is very happy, with a constant smile on her face.
I recently purchased a 15x10ft Oval Trampoline for my kids - the best money I've ever spent on them. It really is a brilliant trampoline and the service I received from Madfun was second to none, I ordered it at 10am on a tuesday and it was delivered by mid-day the next - I could not ask for more.
Ordered a slide and playhouse on 12th June (sun pm) Slide arrived on Tues 14th -fantastic: hence the single star. Initial reasurring phonecalls to confirm order etc, again the following week to inform me the playhouse was now with the carrier and I would receive a delivery date shortly.
Unfortunately this was not the case, many phone calls later feeling very let down, money was debited from our account immediately. Promises to return my calls without success-no real apology. Phoned shires myself (manufacturers) who seem to have a major delivery issue who refused to issue a delivery date but at least offered an apology.
We feel let down and disappointed not only by the lack of service but at the response or (lack of) from satff at madfun. Mr Madkins could you warrant this with a reply (individual not copied and pasted!) maybe you should reconsider business with shires or step in and sort out the inevitable back log of deliveries that must be accumilating)

Ordered trampoline on Monday night and it arrived on Wednesday. Really pleased with the quality and ease to put up. Some foam coverings were damaged in transit and madfun replaced them immediately.
Would definitely use the company again.
We were very pleased with the service from MadFun. After several weeks of trouble from a different company we called Madfun and we had a trampoline in under 24 hours! The sales assistant on the telephone was friendly and very helpful. Can't fault it. Thank you very much.
Bought a high end trampoline from madfun a year ago, as madfun had best prices online, but they had a hidden tax for anyone living more than a few miles from their HQ, an unspecified sum which wasnt made clear at all at the checkout/cart - basically they sent me a huge extra shipping bill *after* delivering the goods because I lived in Glasgow.... a six lane motorway right into the heart of the city running all the way from London and they reckoned we were "too remote" for them.
The additional levy more than neturalised any price advantage they had over the competition, shame they didnt tell you at checkout - post one price to get the business then change it later, quite underhand.
However, I came back to them this year for some accessories for this trampoline and checked their shipping policy upfront first - they had since "changed their courier" and offer fair pricing to all major locations in the UK, not just England.
Still had competitive prices and good sales support, was happy to purchase form them again and would in future as other than the sting in the tail above, the whole purchasing and aftersales experience with madfun is very good, and I would recommend them.
Everything from ordering to receiving the goods was excellent. For anyone afraid of purchasing on line............ you will have no worries with this company and the service it provides.. The goods are trackable, you can contact via the telephone. Very professional service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Trampoline was all delivered the next day as promised. However, the zip on the netting was not working but after just one quick email a new netting was sent out and arrived within two days.

I purchased an oval jumpking trampoline from Madfun. The order was smooth and fast, delivery was on time as agreed. Having read on the site about the trampoline, I was not disappointed. Excellent service and product quality. The kids are very happy with the trampoline and like the fun free gift (speaker) too! would highly recommend.
I had the same experience as the previous two reviewers but I pushed them and finally got my playhouse after about 6 weeks.
Then the real hassles began as the manufacturing company, Shire, has the worst customer service and quality control in the world.
Firstly, they called me at 1:30pm on the day of delivery to say that it wasn't going to be delivered due to quality control issues.
On the rearranged day because I couldn't be there to receive the playhouse I gave them instruction to leave it on the driveway. In the end they did not deliver until 6:50pm when I was at home. There was only one driver who would never have been able to unload the pallet on his own. In fact I had to help him and I ended up dropping my end because the item was heavy and wet due to the rain.
On construction there were missing windows and splits in the supports for the playhouse. Worse was that they cut the felt to the same length as the playhouse roof which didn't allow any overhang of the felt.
Because of the weather I needed the felt asap so i had to buy my own because the couldn't deliver the next day and even then it didn't arrive on the agreed day (Friday) but on the following Monday.
Since delivery I've had two phone calls from Shires informing me of my delivery date for my playhouse!
All in all, both companies should be avoided. Go local for your playhouse because at least there will be a face you can complain to if things go wrong.
I ordered a shire playhouse from madfun on 26th april 2011 for my daughters 5th birthday in may. they stated i would recieve WITHIN 28 days... It is now 20th of june and i have still not recieved it as the put the blame on shire although madfun took the money out of my bank when i ordered it. please do not put your trust in this company as i now have a very upset 5 year old who will not even get a full summer out of her playhouse when i finally recieve it.
I ordered a Playhouse from this company on the 19th April 2011 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to get an update on delivery but they blame all the problems on the company which manufactures the product (Shire). They claim that Shire do not answer their calls and that they frequently have problems with the company. I have been told that a playhouse was dispatched to me on the 19th May but when it arrived with the courier it was damaged. Another one is supposed to be on its way and MadFun tell me that I am now a 'high priority' case but another month has passed and I still have no playhouse. Needless to say the money was taken from my bank account on the day I ordered it. I would suggest you avoid this company unless you want to spend several infuriating months waiting for your item to be delivered.
