I placed my order on the 16th February, it didn't arrive until 26th February (8 working days in total have passed when delivery is 2-5 working days). Contacted twice throughout asking where my item was however no response. Only email I received was to inform me my package would arrive the following day and they sent it by next day delivery... outrageous!
I ordered on the 16th January never got till 29th jan 2-5 day delivery don't think so emailed them twice they never got back to me phoned 3 times no one picked up paid with paypal so contacted them and with in 1 day I got an email from maha saying it's getting delivered on Tuesday waited in had a phone call at 12 to say delivery drive could not find me could I please tell them how to get to me then they told me they would get someone else to deliver it later that day no one turned up got an email again say it will be deliver 29th when it arrived the boxes looked like a kid had packed it one of my items was missing and the my tea pot had paint missing on it but I have to say that was done by the maker off it not maha them selfs but still check what your selling I phoned them and was very amazed that someone picked up I was then told to take a pic of the tea pot and sent it to them I can see why they would want you to do this but have to say I'm not going to bother just a big pain in the bum was really excited when found this company have to say a really big shame but I did get a free pack of tic tacs to say thank you
Never received item, took 3 months for them to "find" that it hadn't been delivered and refund me the money. Very disappointed, and were not helpful. Rarely answered the phone when I called even during advertised working hours.
So here's the run down: 1. Sale offer price came up on site, then disappeared 2. emailed with a screen shot to ask if they'd honored the special offer price 3. They did, and shipped right away (although it was clearly a computer error and they;d lose money on the deal, they stuck by the price as shown). 4. Package arrived, unit damaged/broken. 5. Requested a photo of the damage, and sent me a second product (Brita Maxtra) right away.
I didn;t even have to bother sending the first one back. They treated me with value, not the regular-old 'we don;t care' you get from so many web sites.
ACE customer service. Will be ordering from them again.
