We have been more than happy with the service we have received from Maid2Clean. Excellent work by the cleaner who is a lovely person. A sparkling house at a reasonable cost. What more can one ask.

Excellent Service
From my first contact with MaidToClean, they have been professional and courteous. The cleaner found for me was excellent - a very friendly and capable lady. I now no longer need a part-time cleaner, but would not hesitate to use this service again should I ever need to.

Always trustworthy & polite cleaners
I have been very happy with the two cleaners that have been working in my home over the past few months. Holly & Melanie have been very thoughtful friendly and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

So easy!
I contacted the company who quickly responded to my enquiry. Three days later I had a cleaner. She is fantastic and the fees are very reasonable. I'd strongly recommend Maid2clean.

Best value cleaning company on the market.
I have used Maid2clean for over three years, during which time I have had three regular cleaners. All three cleaners have been punctual and efficient and have carried out their 2 hours a week to my complete satisfaction. Being a pensioner my income is restricted, so I have to keep an eye on the pennies. Happily for me, I have an acquaintance who would be willing to do the work for nothing, but I have negotiated a £5 an hour rate. Regretfully I have had to give a month's notice to Maid2Clean and I shall be sorry to lose our current cleaner but after all, £10 a week beats £22 hands down. I wish Kate and the Company all the best for the future.

Excellent speedy, efficient service
Contacted Maid2clean from Google search along with some other local cleaning agencies. From the outset their admin service was the quickest and most efficient, calls responded to instantly and really convenient office hours available evenings and weekends. Interview with our cleaner was set up within 48 hours of our first contact and she was fab so we took her on straight away, really reassuring to know that we did have a choice though. Early days into our contract and so far things going very well, delighted with every aspect; long may it last!

Hardworking and great results
Unable to maintain the standard of cleanliness due to ageing so called on the services of Maid2clean. Receive an excellent standard of cleaning by a very friendly employee. Wish I had recognised I needed help earlier and would strongly recommend this company who care about the service they offer.

OK, nothing special, wouldn't be loyal to go back
I had three different cleaners while I was with Maid 2 Clean. There were also two potential cleaners that never showed to their interview, so it hasn't been the smoothest of experiences. Cleaners will quit with no notice leaving you weeks before you're set up with a new one. The cleaning work was good. But the overall experience was not the best so I would probably use another service in future.

Great! Used for a one off clean
Great service, organising the blitz clean was fast and simple. Definately considering using the company for my weekly clean. The cleaner did a great job!

Sparkling Home
I found Maid2Clean a very professional company. When I required a cleaner because I was ill I was surprised how quickly a Maid was found for me.
My Maid was excellent to the exxtent that she would clean more than required if she had time. I also trusted her to enter the home alone when I had hospital appointments.
I would not hesitate to recommend Maid2Clean and would certainly use the company again. Pity I can't afford a Maid permanently.

A First Class Service

Rachel was a great help and maid to clean were a very efficient service to deal with. Always available on email or phone and quickly arranged a cleaner to work at the house.

Maid2Clean made my life easier!
I asked Maid2Clean to clean for my disabled mother. They took the job on and sent a very efficient, friendly lady called Angela. She did a superb job. I have no hesitation in recommending Maid2Clean to anyone!

Very organised and friendly

Couldn't be more convenient!
A highly reliable and convenient service, and Hayley, the lady who's been cleaning for me for a couple of years, has been excellent, totally trustworthy and very nice to be around. I'm very sorry that I'm having to cancel this service for the time being, owing to my declining income.

Poor turnover off staff and unreasonable cancellation fee
We've had four different cleaners in as many months - one cleaner only stayed for a single week. Fed up with the constant change I advised Maid2Clean that I did not want to continue my services with them. Even though their welcome letter states "We want you to be completely satisfied with the service we provide" - it seems even if you aren't they will still charge you another 4 weeks worth of cleaning for nothing. Terrible customer service

Great clean, Perfect shine!
I have used a couple if other cleaning companies in the past and I have to say Maid2Clean has been the best. The telephone-staff at the company itself were very accommodating to my requirements and found me a cleaner who fitted the profile perfectly. Anca, my cleaner, is friendly, professional and it was obvious she took onboard any specifics I had about the house. Each time she cleans efficiently but does not skip any corners. As I work shift works she has very flexible with moving dates around but always reliable and never late. I would recommend her and her employers to everyone!

fantastic standard of cleaning
I would absolutely recommend Maid2Clean to friends and family. They were quick to respond to our enquiry, a cleaner came round for interview promptly and all arrangements for her start date were made without issue. She has managed to do more in 2 hours than I expected including a pile of ironing. I wish we had started with this company sooner.

Amazing Service!!!!!!!
I would recommend Maid2Clean to everyone, great service from speaking to the team on the phone to my amazing cleaner Tracey. Reasonably priced, always reliable, trustworthy and my cleaner has never missed a day, even at Christmas rearranged cleaning days to suit me. If you need a cleaner this is the only company you should use and arranging the contract so easy and really efficient. I cant fault it, don't know how i coped before!

Excellent client services, always retun calls
The cleaner suggested by Maid2Clean was very good during her trial.
There is always someone on the other end of the phone; calls are returned very quckly and emails answered soon.

By helping me to keep my house sparkling clean I am free to enjoy my home with family and friends.
I have been very lucky to find a company that provides a cleaning service that is excellent quality at a price that does not break the bank. I know and trust my cleaner which is very important as she comes into my home often when the house is empty. The house always smells fresh and clean when I arrive home. The company has a wonderful manner and always responds quickly with emails to amend the hours. Having used several companies over the years I can honestly say that maid2clean is the best I have come accross, not only in terms of keeping the paperwork to the minimum but most importantly in terms of understanding your needs and responding quickly and with excellent manners in everything they do. I would recommend them to anyone in my area.

Tracey was an absolute gem !

My house was always thoroughly cleaned and a pleasure to come home to.
Tracey was always professional yet friendly, flexible and fantastic !
I am sad to cancel the service but it is not financially viable for me anymore.
I would highly recommend Tracey and she is a credit to your company.

Efficient and friendly
I have used Maid2Clean for just over 5 months and was assigned Faye who is first class. Unfortunately due to a change in my career situation, I have had to cancel Maid2clean's services. I highly recommend anyone wanting the luxury of a cleaner to use this company.

Efficient and swift administration, reliable, flexible and hard working cleaners
My two cleaners have been brilliant. They are hard working, reliable, quick, thorough and, importantly, really amiable.
The standard of cleaning and ironing is very high and I have been thoroughly impressed with their work.

An easy way to find a regular cleaner.
I did find we had issue with our first few cleaners (one left, one simply didn't clean to an acceptable standard and one went awol) but we have had a superb cleaner for the past year in Sue Hays. I was never impressed with stand in cleaners - they always left early/didn't do a good job, so I didn't bother with this aspect of the service as a result (spent about £50 on agency fees for weeks without a clean as a result, which was very disappointing).

I have found both the admin side and the cleaner all very helpful and thoughtful - plus they are both prepared to give that little bit of 'added value'.
Nataly has been a very good cleaner, she is hard working and thorough. I look forward to seeing her as she is always cheerful and considerate. Plus she has taken an interest in my dog and helped with letting him out - the dog will certainly miss her as much as I, he is always happy to see her.
I can thoroughly recommend Nataly to you and I wish her well in the future.

A first class service!
I contacted the company to find a cleaner for my frail , elderly aunt and uncle. The telephone conversation was efficient , respectful and very helpful. They quickly found me a cleaner to interview. She arrived promptly and I showed her around the property providing instructions on what we required ( general cleaning and changing of the bed). The cleaner in question was very personable and appeared to understand the needs of elderly client. her first visit was yesterday and my aunt and uncle were thrilled that the house was so clen and tidy and that she was so kind and helpful!

Very happy with the service I have received
It has certainly been a great help having someone to do my usual chores for me, after having an operation on my arm. I am very pleased with my cleaner, who is a very thoughtful young lady, who turned up early and was very conscientious throughout her work.

Couldn't have done it better myself.
Contacted Maid2Clean to do an early spring clean to my house. Prompt response to my enquiry followed up with a telephone call. Organised service for time and date suited me. As I was working away l left a list of what needed doing with my son. Fantastic job done. Have used other cleaning services before and this was the best ever, at an affordable price to.
I will definitely use Maid2Clean again, and considering a regular service now too.

Maid2clean made my life so much better!
I had the best cleaner ever who made my life so much better whilst I worked full time and studied. Shelly cleaned and ironed once a week and it was a pleasure to come home every Tuesday to a clean house.
The office staff we very helpful and found the right cleaner for us, but due to me losing my job I have no need to have a cleaner at the moment; however if I get a new posting I will be contacting Maid2clean straight away.
