Poor turnover off staff and unreasonable cancellation fee
We've had four different cleaners in as many months - one cleaner only stayed for a single week. Fed up with the constant change I advised Maid2Clean that I did not want to continue my services with them. Even though their welcome letter states "We want you to be completely satisfied with the service we provide" - it seems even if you aren't they will still charge you another 4 weeks worth of cleaning for nothing. Terrible customer service
