GREAT BED !!
I bought the Snuggle Beds Nadia Black (Black Stitching) 4' 6" Double Slatted Bedstead Leather Bed. I have to say the bed is great ! It was very easy to put together. I put it together myself in just over an hour ! The delivery men were polite and very friendly ! The staff were very helpful ! I would reccomend mattresman to everyone !!!

Sell them cheap and ignore the problems
I purchased a memory foam mattress from Mattress man about 18 months ago for £350, and recently it began to sag in the middle. In my eyes this was a product fault, however Mattress man doesn't want anything to do with it. The company is basically selling cheap imported Mattresses that only last 18 months when they sag in the middle. Do not buy from this company if you want your mattress to last.

Great Service
I ordered a bed and was so pleased, I got rid of the awful one John Lewis sent me and ordered a second one from Matressman. I can't fault their service

Good company but their couriers service sucks
Matress mas was good to deal with , but its a shame they used a lying 2bit delivery company. I waited in for delivery as agreed but instead of delivering the matress they simply threw it over the farm gate and left it out in the rain, It was there for 2 days before we found it fallen down hidden behind a skip. good job it was wrapped well otherwise it would have been ruined. Driver actually lied and said he was told to leave it there......Sorry but would not use them again due to incompetent courier.

11 April to 11 May No Resolution
I have already posted on this company. The bed they sent went to 2 destinations. They agreed to pick the bed up, but did not, they sent bits of the bed, which was accepted in good faith but had parts missing. So then they were asked for a fixing kit to put the bed together with and the slat fixing system. Simple enough? NOT for this company. They sent the fixing kit. We are still waiting for the slat fixing system. We have requested the slat fixing system since then and we are still waiting for it after a month!! This is impossible service for a company which prides itself on fast secure delivery.......
Dont use them. They say it is just a blip.
Well, I rent out a flat and tenants can give you a lot of grief in 30 days. If it were my bed I would be chasing the "customer help" manager down the street.
If they are that good why has their rating slipped to 7.7 out of 10? Plenty more like me.
Now when you phone me, better have good news as I will go to Trading standards next ie tomorrow
Mattressman sells good mattresses - they should stick to selling them unless they can find reliable partners.
It is NOT my responsibility to chase them. It is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to give the service they claim they do!

Fantastic products, great customer service and delivered when promised!
The website is easy to navigate and allows you to narrow down your search results to find the perfect bed for you. I certainly found mine! I ordered a beautiful single divan with sliding doors (which I couldn't find reasonably priced anywhere else) and was allowed to choose when my bed would be delivered, whether it needed to arrive ASAP, or in a few weeks time. I picked a date and proceeded to pay, almsot immediately receiving a confirmation email to give me peace of mind. When I had a query on the status on my order the day before it was due to arrive, I phoned the helpline (which was answered promptly by someone whom I presume was in the UK) and was reassured at once by a friendly and helpful advisor. I also asked what time my bed might arrive, and, because I had called the day before it was due, they could give me a much more narrow time slot in which I would have to wait for it, so rather than a whole day spent waiting, I was given just a few hours to wait. And it arrived, in perfect condition, within the designated time slot! Two kind gentleman took away my old bed (which didn't cost much extra to have done, and as the price for the new bed was reasonable and the delivery was free I didn’t mind, plus it was a huge worry off my mind) and brought in my beautiful new bed, which I can say has been an absolute dream to sleep on every night. It's a fantastic quality bed, and I can't thank matressman.co.uk enough for their fantastic service, and a wonderful new bed. They’re a company I would gladly use again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
