Very good price and a reasonable service
Firstly the mattress was a good price - the cheapest i could find. Delivery time was a little over 3 weeks from the date i paid and ordered - apparently this is normal for mattress orders.
Got a phone call to arrange delivery day and 2 days before got a text stating delivery time between 7 and 8 am. The mattress actually turned up at 9:30 which, aside from the long delivery time, is the only fault i could find.with the service.

placed my order with no problems to be delivered to my new house delivery was set for few days after i moved in which was great how ever the move feel through but both the office and delivery companys were understanding and changed delivery to my old address which was so helpfull, delivery guys were fast and effective with no hassle, great service all round

Definately would use them again
I read the reviews before I placed an order. Many of them had high praise so I placed the order.
True to the other reviews I had a call to confirm a delivery date and another the day before delivery for a delivery time approximation.
I didn't find the delivery men as good as some of the other reviewers have experienced.
However very pleased with the bed, a 5ft Silent Night Divina Dream, the service I recieved from Mattrass.co.uk And above all the saving that I have made.

Good - but not all the info!
The purchase of our new mattress was smooth and easy, so Mattress.co.uk was good on their points. However we were not told we had to wrap our old mattress up (paid for removal). The delievery was quite as straight forward but got a date etc arranged. Was given a time slot of 11.30-14.30, the van had been outside my house for 10mins when i got home at 11.20am, and a message on my phone said they would only wait 15mins - luckily i was there to receive but potentially an issue!

Full of The Awesome
I actually bought these mattresses for my children because children's mattresses tend to be horrendous quality. When my husband and I first laid on their beds we were transfixed. We couldn't believe they had a better bed than us!! When we replace our mattresses, we'll definitely get the same high quality we did this time around!!

Great service after being let down by other suppliers!
Really pleased with the mattress and the price offered and the delivery service was excellent- a phone call at point of order to confirm and arrange delivery, a confirmation call the day before delivery and then the drivers called to say they'd be there within the hour- meaning we weren't stuck at home at the weekend.
The mattress itself is excellent and as described and the drivers helped so much with getting it in.
Can't fault the service at all, and having had some really bad experiences with bed/mattress suppliers in the past, that's a BIG thing to say!

Efficient and delivery as stated on the website
Ordered Rest Assured Marie Ortho mattress from mattress.co.uk. The order was processed quickly, although the lead time for delivery was a little longer than I would have liked, but this was as advised. Was telephoned to advise on day of delivery and two efficient and helpful delivery drivers rang and advised time of delivery and delivered to the room of choice. The mattress itself is perhaps a little softer than I was expecting, but very comfortable.

VERY GOOD UNTIL DELIVERY
Ordering was easy, delivery arranged promptly. All spoiled tho' when 1 mattress was missing. Had taken half day off work, and now have to do so again! Very costly, and all savings made have been lost!

I have looked into this and the only issue I see with your order appears to be the old mattress wasn't removed by our delivery company, this was a genuine mistake as we had just launched this service and this information didn't get passed through with the order. Apologies for this.
The old mattress would have being collected at another time or we would have given a full refund for what you paid on this.

Everything done as hoped
My delivery confirmation was immediate following my order, the subsequent phone confirmation of the delivery date was on schedule. The delivery came on time and the mattress was then delivered to the house on time and in the room I wanted, (on the 2nd floor).
The mattress is of a god quality for the price, so I'm very happy.

Low prices, but high performance.
We needed a more comfortable mattress because of back pain and extremely painful sciatica. Mattress.co.uk answered our telephoned enquiries very professionally and we selected a mattress based on their answers.
