Great mattress took far longer to deliver than we expected.
When I ordered the mattress I was under the impression it was a next day delivery so was surprised a few days later to be asked to confirm delivery date. By then we had paid and it arrived over 2 weeks later.
Very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic service and a fantastic product to match...
It is rare to experience a level of service as high as the one I received from this company... from the telephone response, the helpfulness of the staff, the extra mile they went to to source the product I needed and then to the ordering, delivery and the product itself. I cannot recommend this company and this particular product enough. Beautiful bed, memory foam matress, delivery within three days as promised. Amazing. Thank you... I have a VERY happy 12-year-old.

great service and the courier phoned me on the delivery time and waited till I travelled home so I could take the delivery with no hassle.
The only thing that could have made it better was the courier phoning to give me an estimated delivery time! But the driver did give me half hout to get home so I could take the delivery so all in all a fantastic service and a good quality mattress. I would deffinately buy from these again.

excellent value and service
I was unsure which mattress to buy so i rang the company. The information I received was very helpful and helped me to make my decision. The prices were excellent compared to other providers. I chose a cushioned top, no turn mattress. I knew that the Slumberland mattress I chose would be of good quality as it is a reputable long standing company. The arranging of delivery was simple and the delivery time about 10 days. The delivery men were helpful and took the mattress upstairs and removed all packaging. The quality of the mattress is excellent and 'sleeps' well. much better than our previous mattress from another reputable company. I would recommend the company to anyone.

One very happy customer
Very easy to order - great choice. Kept updated on status of order and delivery happened when it was supposed to. Delivery men carried the mattress up to the correct room for me. Very pleased with the mattress and the service.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, NOWHERE NEAR TO WHAT IS BEING ADVERTISED!
Hi, I have bought this mattress for a guest room. Before the purchase, I have checked the spec on the website and spoke to customer service but when I received the actual product, it was no where near to what I was told/read.
On the website, it says the height of the mattress will be 20 cm. When I phoned and asked the customer service agent, I was told it would be around 20-22 cm. When I have received the actual product, the spec. written on the cover was saying the height is only going to be 18 cm (not 20-22 cm). After the initial rest period (48 hours) the ACTUAL height of the mattress is only 15-16 cm.
I have asked the agent if the mattress is good enough for an everyday use and she assured me that 'ALL our products are made for everyday use'. But this mattress is extremely uncomfortable and may cause back problems if being used for everyday for a longer period!!
This, in a way is a false advertisement by mattress.co.uk! And the the worse thing is that I cant even afford to return this product because according to their return policy I have to pay £50 charge. This is completely unacceptable because you cant see/feel the actual product until you actually receive it and you still have to pay £50 return charge for their fault (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT from Mattress.co.uk!)
I am very disappointed with this product, and WILL NOT recommend this to any of my friends.

Excellent product, excellent service
I bought a single mattress through mattress.co.uk. The ordering process and arranging delivery was straightforward and on the day we received a cheerful call from the delivery men to let us know they would be with us in a hour. Having a 3 hour delivery slot was exceedingly helpful. The mattress itself is exactly what we were looking for, and was put in the room of our choice on delivery.
I will look here first if I am ordering a mattress again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Hassle free service

Very good quality & value and a great delivery service
I ordered this mattress and was given a delivery date of about ten working days. I was phoned the day before by the courier to give me a time slot and then phoned on the delivery day telling me it would be here within 1½ hours. It was. The new mattress was in perfect condition and is very comfortable. Excellent service.

Great Service
From the minute I ordered the new mattress,the service was excellent. What I really liked was that they contacted you to arrange a delivery day and then phoned you back to give you a 3 hour time slot. On the morning of delivery they phoned again to say exactly what time they would deliver the mattress.It meant you didn't have to wait in all day wondering when they were going to turn up. They arrived on time just as they said on the phone. If I ever need another new mattress this is the first place I would look.

Very Good
Shopped around for this item definitely cheapest around for identical product. Delivered when said phoned first as said, delivery team courteous & informal had the product three weeks & sleeping well but then again should expect that from a well known product silent night.

Great product and service
Everything went according to the information on the Website. Bed was delivered in perfect order by really helpful delivery men who even put on plastic covers on their shoes to come into the house. They set up the bed and took away all the wrapping. Great service.

great price for a decent bed and no problems with delivery
Ordering the bed online was as easy as any other website, the only difference really was the price. I was contacted shortly after completing the order to arrange delivery then a few days later an SMS was sent to me with a three hour delivery window. The bed and mattress arrived on time and as described.

My mattress was excellent value for money and is one of the most comfortable I have slept on. A quality mattress with a quality service.
Excellent value for money we wouldn't have been able to have afforded this mattress from the high street, and it's suprising what a difference it makes, we both feel more rested in the mornings and my husbands back has stopped hurting after months of lower back pain.

Can't Fault this Company!
From placing my order online to receiving my item, this company fulfilled the perfect customer experience. They telephoned two days before delivery to arrange a convenient time and on delivery day the driver rang me two hours before he was due to arrive as promised. No problems whatsoever and the item I bought was in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to anyone with full confidence.

great bed slow delivery
delivery took about two and a half weeks dont know why so slow(as bed was in stock)
but was delivered free and in perfect condition great bed great price but woudnt use if i was in a hurry but cant put all the blame on them maybe they shoud change couriers
they phoned 2 days before del and 1 hour before they brought my bed so the del men did a good job

Great value, top notch service & communication.
£80 for a divan base with an rrp of £160! Fab! They kept in contact about delivery and it was delivered when they said! They even gave us a window of time that it would be delivered in and phoned an hour before just to let us know that it would be there soon! The delivery gents took it up the stairs for us and into the bedroom and offered to unpack it too!
Would definitely buy from them again and reccommend to anyone!!

Excellence, great product, great price, great delivery!
The decision to buy a new mattress is straight forward, the selection process is bewildering - it's not like you can return it like an article of clothing. And it's not a low cost, throwaway item either.
The website was pretty informative but even when I made my decision I still felt nervous but when the purchase arrived, a quick look at the quality was reassuring.
The first night's sleep was fantastic and reinforced the decision to buy a new mattress and that the selected product was right. Absolute confidence now that the decision was correct and the website was spot on.
Delivery was a matter of days not weeks, able to select date & time, delivery guys were on time, and placed the matress in my bedroom for me, even putting on overshoes to avoid marking the carpet.
All round from start to finish I am very pleased with the experience - Oh and the price paid was fantastic - 70% off rrp, can't be bad!!

Superb service
All ran to clockwork, the order, confirmation, delivery date organised.
With the snow we've been having, was wondering if the delivery would have been cancelled, but delivery men rang the day previous to delivery, to confirm, and on the day, querying what state my road may be on. My road is an upwards sloping hill, still icy.
Delivery men parked at the bottom, and carried my mattress up the hill. Service above and beyond.
After needing a good night's sleep for years, this new mattress was a delight to sleep on last night.
