Doesn't get much better than this!
I was totally swept away by friendliness and professionality of the staff. The website could be a bit better, the images are not very detailed, but still good enough to choose. And we did indeed chose well.
After I submitted my order they got back to me regarding delivery and actually offered delivery a week earlier then the website initially suggested. And indeed delivered it. When the delivery guys arrived and I told them it needs to go upstairs they didn't look very happy and once they saw the twisting staircase it didn't make them any happier but they just took the parts and brought them upstairs without problems. Professionals, indeed.
I didn't ask for assembly because I don't have problem assembling furniture but once I unpacked the parts I noticed there was no manual. It turned out to be no problem whatsoever because the bed simply can't be assembled in a wrong way, it was all immediately obvious. Again, I was afraid that it won't be very sturdy given how easy it was to assemble but I was proved wrong as well. The bed holds together via massive metal screws and once assembled it seems to be made from one piece.
What to say more? Simply awesome!

Great quality mattress, punctual delivery but hesitate to deliver to 1st floor apartment rather than entrance way.
I'm loving my new mattress and I'm happy that I've invested in restful sleep. The website was easy to order from and they kept in good contact and we're flexible about a deliver time that suited me. The only complaint I would have is that the deliver guy advised that they only deliver to the door and I live in a first floor apartment and was on my own. Thankfully he obliged and helped me get the mattress up the stairs. I would advise other customers to confirm deliver specifics on the phone before delivery.

Sleeping like a baby
I received the Visco 3000 mattress yesterday and had a great nights sleep. I was surprised when it arrived rolled up as I thought it wouldn't be thick enough but it is. The only thing is there are gaps on either side of the bed so it doesn't fit perfectly but it's ok.

Good service and met requirements
Good company that had excellent customer service and delivered product as commited on time. I was happy with quality of the product received. Only negative was that the product came from the UK and was not an Irish made product even though mattress.ie is an Irish company

Reliable- organised delivery, with good communication, and pleasent manner.
Matress ie , as agreed deliverd the 2 matresses as agreed, infact a day early, no bad thing !, they telephoned first to let us know, and then arranged the delivery to the house, as they were delayed they phoned again to let us know.
They are very comfortable, so thanks again,

Surprisingly efficient delivery and great sleep now on memory Foam mattress!
We ordered on line, very informative details available on line too and delivery swift. Bit of a shock when we saw king size memory foam mattress rolled up like a carpet! Delivery man saw my face but re assured me that mattress, when laid out ,would rise, which it did. A great sleep had that night. We have recommended you to friends at work. Thank you.

Excellent product and delivery service

SOFT ON THE OUTSIDE WITH A COMFORTABLE CORE BENEATH
I found this mattress exactly as advertised. It has a soft comfortable feel and a cushioney relaxing feel when lying down. I have bad circulation and an artificial hip and all my aches and pains just slipped away when i lie on it. I find it hard to get comfortable normally but this has changed my opinion that a good mattress can change your way of sleeping. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. My husband cant praise it enough. It was delivered promptly and I found the website very easy to navigate. which made finding the right mattress a doddle.

Product good - but took 10 days to get here!
Product good, but don't understand why the post took so long. Not really acceptable if the mattress toppers are in stock and ready to go.

Please bear in mind that over the New Year period, different companies can have varying holiday schedules. It's a common problem at that time of year and can lead to minor delays.

Great Service, Great Mattress
The website was very easy to use. Ordering was no trouble. As it was ordered over the holiday period I rang them to see how this would affect delivery. They were very pleasant and professional on the phone. We fixed a date that suited me for delivery which was met no problem. Delivery was promt and the delivery men were very nice and helpfull. The matress I got was great value and quality. Exceeded my expectations acutally. Would definitely recommend these to anyone. In fact a member of my familly has now just ordered from them too. Very happy all round!

Matresses I bought were fine but delivery time was unacceptable
I was waiting for these matresses for far too long. The representatives at your company promissed delivery dates which were not met, and they did not know where my goods were. I understand this was due to the delivery company collecting the goods from you then sending their van (with goods in the back) for its annual inspection. As far as I am concerned the delivery company should not be in business if this is their conduct - and as I said at the time they should have made a refund of the delivery charge. I expect to pay for service but that was not service.

Thanks for the review which was fair. The mattress did get lost and went with the delivery van for a DOE test and they items could not be located for a couple of days. Unfortunately we couldn't get any alternative sooner to the customer. It should not have happened. Apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Mattress.ie were fantastic to deal with! I placed an order very close to Christmas and my expectation of having the ordered was high. Due to their workload it and proximity to Christmas it looked as if i would not get my order in time. However one phonecall to the company (I spoke with Richard ) resulted in them going to great lengths to ensure my order arrived on time. I was most grateful as I was expecting family home from abroad and it would have been stressful trying to accommodate everyone without new beds!!

Very bad quality product.
El colchón se ha deformado y no vuelve a su estado natural produciendo dolor de espalda. Una muy mala compra, sin duda no volveré a comprar.
Very good customer service, fast and satisfying. I have a solution, I do not know if it will fix the problem.
The purchased product of very poor quality, deforms and returns to its causing back pain.

initial delivery problem looked after quickly and in a very friendly manner
my original order got lost on the way so we only got the mattress a week later than expected. however richard looked after this and had another actually better mattress sent out. he was very friendly and helpful and it was a personal approach which means a lot.

First off, treated very well, I ordered two matresses and a new bed frame got a call the next day to make sure I hadn't made a mistake ordering the two matresses. I did want the two but I'm impressed that they took the time to check, aside from that the new bed was easy to put together / the mattresses are great.
