Excellent friendly speedy service
We had an urgent need to get a mattress as we were let down by a big chain supplier so I contacted mattress.ie and within a few minutes a new mattress was ordered and it was to be delivered the next day.
The great thing was that the delivery man kept in contact during the day of delivery as there was nobody at the house. This gave us the chance to "pop" home quickly when it arrived.
The mattress we got was a memory foam mattress and the quality was much better than any of the ones we had seen in the big stores.
The customer satisfaction from mattress.ie was second to none.

I needed the mattress quickly. The one I wanted wasn't available but a alternative was offered and delivered in time. The delivery company rang ahead the day before and on the day and arrived in time. I now sleep way better than I have in years - result!

not a great experience
very happy with the mattress.When i went onto the website to purchase the mattress had no problems had to ring after 7 days to see when it was arriving to be told the mattress i purchased was out of stock very bad managment that it didnt say it on the website. they upgraded my mattress and i had it the next day.

I have checked into this and an email was send to the email address used with the order immediately notifying the customer about the stock situtation and with some options for her to consider. We heard nothing back on this, when the customer did ring, we provided a free upgrade to a much better Mattress and delivered this the next day. We should have followed up on our first email with a phone call but unfortunately this didn't happen, The customer got a really good mattess in the end so I hope the experience would not have being too bad.

Timely and as advertised.
Ordered online Sunday evening, product (Memory foam matress with a reflex foam base) was delivered by Wednesday afternoon.
The matress was exactly as advertised 50 mil Memory foam over 100 mil reflex foam, vacum packed and rolled up in a box.
The only one thing I'd mention that is specific to this item is that it need to be aired for a few days prior to use.
Perhaps this needed to be mentioned as while it is flat 5 hours after being unpacked, it was a few days before the factory fumes had cleared up enough to sleep well on.

sleep conundrum
Never having slept on a memory foam, as it is called, I was
surprised to find that it is not just a normal foam mattress, or is it?
I was recommended to get one due to sleep disturbances. These
have not been corrected. I find the way the mattress adjusts to
your curves quite a new experience. Hopefully this is the way it is
supposed to be.
How should I rate the mattress?
I really dont understand the criteria. At least it isnt a spring
mattress and that is a definite step in the right direction.

Sleep at last
Ive just spent 9 months of sleepless nights. When i was 6 months pregnant last march some one crashed into to me. It left me with savage back pain and on top of that i developed adult asthma. With the pain in my back and the cronic coughing it left me with little sleep.
Thats until i purchased a memory foam matress a month ago. Finally the dark circles under my eyes are fading.

We are very pleased with our purchase.
Our home was broken into recently and the burglars urinated on our bed. We needed a mattress urgently. We found mattress.ie online and ordered a quality mattress and crossed our fingers.
Having placed the order, we then discovered that we could have availed of a 10% discount if you like them on facebook. I called mattress.ie and they adjusted the price accordingly, (because we liked them on facebook)

Dream Mattress
This Natural Sleep Company Mattress is a very welcome addition to our house. The mattress is exceptionally well made and its quilted top is luxurious. When it arrived I could see that the plastic covering had obviously caught/rubbed on something in transit, and the side of the mattress had suffered a heavy dirty mark about 1 inch long.I have not tried to remove it yet and we needed to use the mattress immediately, so I did not mention it. But I am still very happy with my purchase, the price was excellent, the mattress is of superior quality and the delivery time was spot on.

Recently bought mattress on mattress.ie and was very impressed on how timely everything was dealt with, from ordering to delivery. Chose the old mattress removal option also, which is well worth the 40 euro charge for the hassle it saves trying to dispose of an old mattress yourself!. had to wait 2 months for a bed from any local store but only 15 days from mattress.ie. 15 days for delivery but it was only 7 before i was contacted that it was on its way that day. delivery guy was superb and found address which is not easy. good sevice and excellent bed. finally got a good nights sleep after months without.

very comfortable, good support – all conducive to a good night's sleep, but it's also great for surfing the web on a laptop ( on elbows, face forward, on stomach – provides natural spinal balance posture).
(remember to have a book or something solid to provide platform for laptop to avoid overheating)

Great service, Perfect mattress
I missed the facebook offer of 10% off by 1 day, so I asked them when was it coming back so I could get my mattress, I got a response really quickly and was told if I rang the sales line I could still get my discount. So I did!
The mattress arrived within the quoted 15 day delivery time and my quest room is now ready for visitors.

Too early to review the product. Don't know if the product will last the test of time. the service could improve as i did not receive a follow up email or call to let me know when the mattress would arrive. I had to pick up the phone after more than a week and find out myself.
