Good service and clear, concise information provided
You trust the brand name and quality. I've had no issues with maximuscle products - whether clothing and accessories or the supplements. I'd recommend them to anyone, particularly when they are on sale, but I'm willing to pay the full price because of the assurance the brand name gives you that all the products are comprehensively tested and safe from dodgy side effects.

Unable to apply discount code
As a regular customer of maximuscle products I am currently serving in Afghanistan with the British Army and recently used this online service.
Using an armed forces discount website that I am a member of (http://www.rewardsforforces.co.uk/) I was given an offer code. However when I tried to apply this code at checkout I was unable to gain my discount.
Last time I was deployed to Afghanistan I used your online service also, the free and easy postage to BFPO is excellent however it would have been nice to be able to apply my discount code.

Where's the f______g powder gone
i've used lucozade sport body fuel isotonic endurance formula orange powder for years now but all of a sudden i can't get it anywhere no one stocks it and its disappeared off the lucozade shop site too. I've ordered some elite powder but its in a small tub and not a 30 serving tub although the price for it is about the same as the bigger tub was. RIP OFF OR WHAT

I've been using these Maxiraw products for the past few years and have found them to be consistently high quality and extrmely reasonably priced. I love the FREE delivery something that is a big plus for me. The website is easy to use and the dispatch of products is always quick. I've also saved a lot of money using the mairewards system (although I've spent a fair bit too :-) ) Would definitely recommend Maxiraw and their supplements.

Great product, accessible website, more discount offers please
Where do I begin? Well as recommended it always a good idea to start with a goal. Living life to full is mine and that can be broken down into numerous constituent parts. Health promotion is one key part of that goal and invokes training and excercise. Promax is a superb product ad I will continue to use this during my day. However now, I'm stepping up and taking full advantage of the beast that goes by the name of Cyclone. I trust that this product will aid my recovery, growth and reduce or even eliminate the muscle aches I experience even after rest days from my 22 mile per day cycling routine. I can keep you posted on this.

I've always had quick delivery. The telephonist is always polite when I've needed to call. I generally order online and the website is clear and easy to use. The only fault is the packaging sometimes. Pleasure to do business with.

Great sports fuel that works combined with fast efficient service, good special offers and customer loyalty points, is hard to beat
I have used a wide range of sports fuel products from all of the major manufactures and have yet to find any that seem to work as well as Maxifuel. In particular, their Boost range of caffeinated drinks, bars and gels really work. I've found myself flagging when on a long ride with faster, younger club mates, but after taking a Boost gel or bar often find that I'm back in the zone and on pace. I wish the boost bars came without the chocolate coating though, because they can get a bit sticky in your back pocket on hot days (not often a problem in the UK, but a pain when riding in Mallorca!)
The site is easy to navigate and special offers are easy to find. Also, as a regular customer, you receive regular emails of that weeks offers.
The loyalty programme is great, you soon collect points for money off your orders and you can use them on special offers too.
Good products that work and a great website too.

Good products. Looking/hoping for more promotions as its sometimes cheaper to buy else where. However current promotion very good - Promax diet bars and £15 off. Always kept updated in terms of order and tracking. Delivered very quickly.

Ignored email. 4 weeks later & still not recieved product!
So I recieved a discount code and bought some lucozade from maxi shop. Still hadn't arrived 2 weeks later so I emailed and got back that my flavour wasn't in stock, thanks for letting me know, i said I'd have another flavour to which i got back "all flavours are now in stock and are being dispatched today on express delivery" a week later no email confirming dispatch and no delivery so I complained again and got the same email (word for word!) back and the same the following week to which I replied with Ive been told this twice before and it has never arrived so can they confirm dispatch - no reply! Today i have emailed a blunt message and If i still get no reply i will be cancelling my order. Ridiculous.

Excellent service and products
Hi i have had no issues with product quality which has been very high. Service and delivery has been excellent. Only issue i have had with a recent purchase i was unable to claim maxipoints against this.

Extremely helpful for a newbie!
I wasn't too sure which products to use for the goals I wanted to achieve, luckily pretty much all the information I need I found on the Maxishop website. There were some awesome deals at the time too. Very happy with my product, even came with a bottle shaker. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent, particularly the delivery aspect.
I placed my order on monday but had some issues with using my MaxiReward points. However, the customer service team were just a phone call away (no waiting in queues on hold). They sorted out my problem and my products were packaged.
The delivery was swift and it is immensely useful having the delivery firm email and text a delivery slot. It allows people to plan their day more effectively rather than waiting for a parcel to come.

Customer Service is AMAZING!
This company is great and so realiable. I ordered some protein from MAXIRAW and they forgot my free shaker and scoops, which I was suppose to get with my very first order. So I just contacted the customer service team and I was sent out my shaker and scoops, with no problems.

Wouldn't let me redeem maxi raw points for some reason.
As above. Seemed like a system issue as I have redeemed points lots of times. Oh well more money saved next time.
