As far as ordering goes, all is extremely efficient and fast.
I was pleased to see that on my first order where the delivery address was different from the billing address that a security check was made to confirm all details.
The website has previously been unreliable and slow.
there has been a very noticeable improvement, such that I was able to navigate around the site and place my order very quickly.
I would stay clear of this company. from cancelled orders to poor customer service. a really bad overall experience.
I order from other supplement stores and have never had any problems like this and with the price maximuscle charge you will save money ordering a different brand elsewhere

My account got debited so they have taken my money so thought order was in its way only to find out today that the order has been in fact cancelled! So they have had my money for three days and am still waiting for my refund.
Sounds like a nice little scam to gain interest on everyone's money to then cancel the order days after.
Wouldn't expect this from such a big company maybe times are hard....
But lost my future business...
Placed a order 1st time doing so with this company.. recevied a email saying order accepted ... then anoter saying they cancelled my order and then another saying my order has been sent!!! I have not idea what's going on not a good 1st experiance.. Not happy don't think i will shop with them again.
I have been doing business with Maximuscle for a few years and although I'm not a big purchaser they always make me feel a bit special as I frequently receive emails offering big discounts. I find the products are of the highest quality and their free delivery service is excellent. Highly recommended
Ordered my product and website said it was in stock and it would be delivered in 2-4 days. After 7 days I contacted customer services and was guaranteed I'd have my product within 2 days and that I'd be sent a voucher for the inconvenience. After another 5 days I called customer services again and was told that chocolate flavour (the flavour I'd ordered) was out of stock and I'd have to wait for it indefinitely or just accept strawberry flavour. Until now nobody had told me the product was out of stock and who knows how long I would have waited for my product if I hadn't called customer services. I inquired about the voucher I was promised and was informed that I couldn't have a voucher because I'd bought the product at a discount. I informed customer services how unimpressed I was with the service.
