I received my order promptly with e-mails (from the Courier DPD) giving a date and time of the delivery (plus the option to track my order, change the delivery day, or leave my order with a neighbour), the only problem was i didn't get a FREE Maxi Shaker with my order, even though every order should get one...but not a major issue

Waste of time
Acknowledged my order but no futher action seems to have been taken. I haven't received anything from them except email stating your opinion matters would it be better if my custom mattered. Will never shop with them again

Great products shame about pricing, descriptions and site
Site awkward to use/navigate. DIscount for quantity didn't really apply to my purchase - disappointing. Product names do not well describe function. As it happens the product meets my need so I do come back, but the higher price/poorer discount is a barrier.

Good easy to use website and products
The website allowed me to find what i was looking for while giving me the information i needed to make comparisons between products. I still feel maximuscle products to be the best tasting i have tried. However would like less artificial sweetners. All round very good !

Got there in the end.
The ordering site is normally very good but when ordering today the contents of my basket kept disapearing and when I typed the order again it added the cost to the previous order, so doubling it. I shut the site down and tried again and it happened again. Third time I was lucky.

"A Maxperience!"
I ordered a couple of Amino acid powders from you guys, from registration onwards, it was an experience that a lot of online retailers should try and achieve. Communication was superb throughout, I especially liked your choice of postal service. At every stage I got a text from them informing me when and where it was in the system and at which hour it would be delivered. I was even given a choice of having it delivered to a neighbour, and that was just a couple of hours before delivery. All of this should be expected in this modern day, but we don't get it, except from these guys. If I wasn't pleased before my parcel I was when it arrived, small cardboard box, unmarked. I open the box and find two black minimalist pouches plus, plus, some free measuring cups and a supplement shaker(which until now I didn't think I needed one, how wrong). The powders were more refined than ones I've had before, really light and fluffy which means they mix well in an ordinary water bottle without settling at the bottom. All in all a very pleasant transaction and dare I say it, "actually better than some high street shops"!
The shaker? Well I use that for my recovery shakes which I used to mix in my Camelbak water bottle, the occasional little lump and a little bit of hardship when cleaning spout I could put up with. Why did I bother, with consise measurements a pop in frother/sieve disk thingy and a secure screw lid with spout makes drinking my shakes a pleasure( they taste better too). To top it off the shaker is really well produced with clean lines and no nooks or crannies for stuff to cling to un noticed, you could almost just rinse and leave. Happy, me?

brilliant service and a brilliant product
I am extremely satisfied with the product (Promax lean, banana flavour), it tastes great and my energy levels are through the roof. Rather than feeling like I'm about to collapse by the end of the week due to pushing my self all week and dieting with very little carb intake, this product has kept me alert and certainly made it easier for me. I usually would not have the energy to train on weekends but that is not the case now. Also come weekends my diet used to slip a bit, but with Promax lean as it tastes so good and filling it was like having a treat anyway. Service was excellent from maximuscle, was given a free shaker and was able to determine within an hour time slot when product would be delivered.
