Zleeps perfect
I bought this mattress topper for my daughter's bed as it was so hard and uncomfortable. What a difference! I really don't want to get out of bed as it is so comfortable. Well worth the money and would definitely reccommend this purchase.

Good product, small niggle with delivery.
Ordered 3" topper on a Thursday and had confimation of despatch. Delicery promised in 1-2 days but a proviso of possibly longer. Given a tracking number which I used with Yodel.
It was quoted as out for delivery and then "delivery attempted" at a time when i was in and they had plainly not come. I rang Yodel and spoke to someone who said the drivers worked on Saturdays and maybe it would turn up later. It did actually arrive at about 4pm on the Saturday, so 2 days after ordering. I had ordered an unrelated item from a different company who also used Yodel and they seemed to have amalgamated the orders as they both arrived on the same van.
So delivered - the topper. Vac packed and quite large, did wonder if the pillows were there, but they were - very flat! The topper and pillows both expanded within a few hours. I put the new topper on top of an old thinner one. Good cover incidentally. It was much better quality and we really noticed the difference. my husband was only able to stay 30mins on one side because of hip pain, the new topper means he can go at least 2 hours before having to turn over - what a relief. I didn't notice any particular smell, the only thing I would say is it is a bit hot, but very comfortable and well worth the money.

good company great products
this is now our 3rd mattress from zleeps firs king size then a double and now a single my first 2 mattresses came within 2 days, although this one im still waiting for a confirmation delivery email still as long as it comes in between the 5-7 days on the receipt then im happy have had several good nights sleep many thanks zleeps

Very comfy mattress!
Mattress arrived on time with no damages. Rolled up in a box so easy to store until bed frame came. Extremely comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service
Due to my own fault i ordered the wronge size as i needed a european size bed which they unfourtunatly do not sel.l the customer service was very helpful and even gave me advice on where i could find the matress ...will recomend to freinds and buy from in future

huge price increases so would no longer recommend
We have ordered from this company several times over the past year.
The most recent order was in December 2012, when we paid £69 for a 'bronze' single mattress. A double cost £119, and a small double £109.
We had planned to use this company again and I was about to recommend it to a landlord friend, when I checked the website and found that the single would now (a month later) cost £115! That is a huge increase.
We have had a very good experience with delivery each time we ordered (next day each time), but I would want to look around to compare prices before using them again now. What a shame, as we had planned to buy another two mattresses this year (provided the previous mattresses are still in good condition after a year's usage).
NB Prices have always been listed as 'sale' prices on this website, whenever I've looked.

wouldn't know as they haven't even delivered it :(
There was a 5-7day delivery term on the mattress when we purchased it, but over a week later it still hasn't been made. I spoke to customer services (who were quite rude) who said that it wouldn't be ready until after 2weeks following when I put my order in. I am really disappointed in this, and if I had known it would have taken this long, I would have gone for another company. There are comparably priced mattresses with similar specification on amazons - buy it there!!!!!

Very impressed with service and quality
We were completely satisfied with the product and the service provided. The packaging of the order which was sent to the courier company for delivery got damaged. The response from Zleeps was very professional and understanding. They quickly deliverded the replacement and collected the damaged product the very next day without delay. I must admit this is the first time we have used this company and a memory foam mattress and it is very comfortable, the price was very much affordable it seems too good to be true. The pillows that are given with the mattress are great and really keep the neck and back comfortable, which means no pain. We have recommended this company to many family members and friends.

UNRELIABLE!
ITEM WAS SHOWN TO BE IN STOCK, I WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE, THEN AT THE LAST MINUTE WAS TOLD THAT IN FACT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, AND WOULD I RE-ORDER IN 6 WEEKS. NO HOPE!

A good nights sleep
After moving into new rented accommodation I decided the easiest way to improve the comfort of the mattress was to order a memory foam mattress topper. Zleeps topper arrived within 2 working days of ordering and I have been sleeping very well indeed ever since.

Order cancelled by you (Zleeps).
I would refer to an email dated 11 January 2013 sent to me by Zleeps. It stated that there were unforeseen delays and the mattress ordered would not be supplied for 4 -6 weeks or more. As stated my order was cancelled by you (Zleeps).
I have looked at the Zleeps website and the same mattress that I ordered is now £100 plus more and not as much memory foam.
I am in the process of buying a mattress elsewhere.

Great service, great product

A great way to revive a tired old mattress
I purchased 4 mattress toppers, one for myself and three as Christmas presents for friends. My friends have raved about their gifts and I have been sleeping really well and have not been waking up with aches and pains.

Great value, high quality product, prompt delivery.
I had a couple of single mattresses delivered recently. They are both very comfortable, and excellent value for money - less than half the price of comparable products even online. Although the delivery service is not convenient to those who work and can't take deliveries there - we asked our mother in law to take delivery - it is free, prompt and trackable. I phoned customer services who were polite and efficient in telling me whether the stock was available with a likely despatch date. If you can arrange appropriate delivery, I would not hesitate to recommend the product and the company.

Cancelled last minute then took days to get a refund
I ordered the mattress and was told the evening before it was due to be delivered that it was out of stock. They said that it would be in stock in 6 weeks and didn't even make a suggestion for a replacement. They cancelled my order and almost a week later I finally got my money back.

quality not as good as it looks on site
Was very easy to place the order and very promp delivery but quality not as exspected not as good as seen on web site also came with no instruction what so ever didn.t know how long to leave there wasnt even anything to help you return it.

Excellent product, delivered very promptly and at a great price!
Ordered the mattress topper to make the best of the little sleep we get as new parents and it was well worth it! We fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply due to the supporting comfort of the topper. I would highly recommend this product.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Sleep at last. I have never been able to get comfortable due to a bad back and hip. This mattress has put an end to the pain and I feel like a new woman. It was delivered promptly, packaged well and fit my bed perfectly. Not too sure about the pillows but haven't given them a fair try yet.

Customer service still a priority
Telephoned their customer service for information re the various memory foam mattress toppers. They were friendly and knowledgable about their products and the internet systems in use, and answered my queries immediately.
Ordered the topper on the internet, with delivery to N. Ireland. Easy to work through the process, although it stated that the delivery address and billing address had to be the same, this is not so, as my addresses were different (would suggest that this statement needs to be removed as it could deter some people from progressing further).
Deliver was very quick.
Cannot comment on the topper itself as it is for a bed abroad and is still in its vacuum packing. BUT, for the price, I received a 10yr guarantee, and a coolmax cover, so I do not expect any problems.
So far very happy and would reccommend this company.

Great price, fast delivery (N.Ireland), and fantastic customer service!
Pretty much sums it all up in the header for this review. Free delivery to the north of Ireland (which is a big deal considering most other sellers didn't ship to here at all!) and the prices are top notch! The quality of the mattress speaks for itself and it gives the impression of a long lasting investment which is a huge relief to the wallet (also to my back and neck!). 2 free memory foam pillows as well, nicely shaped and really suit my posture.
Would absolutely buy from again and highly recommend them.

Great foam, great cover - terrible zips
This is the second memory foam topper I have bought from Zleeps. I was really pleased with the first and would have been really pleased with this one - if it hadn't been for the fact that both metal zippers fell off as soon as I unwrapped the topper. I am now gong to have to get in contact with Zleeps to request a replacement cover. This will be time consuming and inconvenient - so I have docked 2 stars!

Delivered within 2 days of ordering and beautifully packed. The wonderful depth of this superior mattress topper and the memory foam it is made from make it bliss to sleep on. The complimentary pillows are really comfortable too. A very well made superior quality memory foam mattress topper which I would recommend to everyone in need of a great night's sleep. I can't praise this product highly enough!

Fast delivery and mattress is so comfortable!
Ordered a king size memory foam mattress from the gold range as my partner has a slipped disc in his back and our current mattress was 7 years old. He has slept like a baby since we got the mattress. Very comfortable and it is great value for money. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the packaging looked a little battered when it arrived, but perhaps this was due to handling when it left the warehouse rather than poor packaging to start with.
All in all great product!
