Great product, good price and speedy delivery
Very pleased with the mattress topper I ordered, which arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Looked a little odd to start with, with a ridge down the middle, and the cover seemed really loose. After a few hours it all settled down, and it has mad the bed much more comfortable (the bed has a firm sprung mattress, which is in good condition, but very firm). Definitely recommend this product, and was impressed with the speed of delivery, and the order tracking (via Yodel).

Best value for money, free delivery and fast!
The best price I could find for a mattress topper (in the sale). Free delivery and quick too. Unfortunately they sent the wrong thickness, but were apologetic and quick to replace.

Great Memory foam matress ( gold+ ) with quick delivery.
Received this mattress within 2 days or ordering and unpacked it and left it for 48 hours to expand / reshape. Upon fitting it to my bed that night , it's a great mattress and had a fantastic nights sleep. Been using it for a week now and have never slept this well before. Also, no back pain anymore so all in all a great product.
Would highly recommend the Gold+ mattress and this company to purchase it from.

Arrived on time and have been sleeping very peacefully since
Ordered online from Spain as moving bad to UK. Mattress arrived before myself and m wife, and family were concerned at size of delivery. Opened the package, and over the course of 24 hours the mattress expanded to the expected size.
Now in use for a whole week and the mattress is excellent.
Great service, very easy to use and did exactly as expected.

Comfortable, easy to handle and better than advertised
Dear Rip: I've just heard the inside story! Why didn't you tell me? You are about to sleep for 20 years! Please wake up and smell the coffee, my good man. Do you think you can sleep that amount of time on that slab of a mattress? Take some advice from me . . . The ZLEEPS MEMORY FOAM topper is what is needed and what is more, you get two free pillows with it! Did you say you have a goose feather topper? Oh man, how can I put it to you. In a short while you will have a hollow centre and you will sleep in the valley. Why go out for a duck! Rather get the right thing first time?
So, Mr. Van Winkel, if you are to sleep for 20 years---that is the way to go!

Exceeded my expectations.
My bed already has a half decent mattress on it which is a couple of years old and, I thought, quite comfortable. But I wanted to try a memory foam topper on recommendations, not sure if we would like it or not. After looking on different websites, I chose the 5cm topper from Zleeps (the make of it is actually "Hypnia") for two reasons:-
1) It sounded like good quality memory foam at '75kg' (per metre squared, I think) compared to other makes which are reported to be around '50kg'. Tempur are '80kg' but costs for their toppers are through the roof!
2) This one was at least half the price as for what sound to be like-for-like products and you don't have to pay extra for the cover (some sites are charging £40 just for the cover).
Delivery was very prompt: ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. I barely noticed a chemical smell that others have mentioned - it was no more than any other new item, such as a mattress, and was pretty much gone in 2 days. The vacuum packed foam fully expanded in less than 24hrs and the huge ridge down the centre just seemed to disappear in that same time span. The removable cover feels good quality to me. The fit is perfect on top of my standard double size Silentnight mattress.
Well, it turned out that what I previously thought of as a reasonably comfy bed left something to be desired and my bed now feels like it's got a £1,000+ mattress on it! It is SO COMFORTABLE! I can't wait to get into bed at night and don't like having to get out in the morning (but love that I've got no aches and pains like I used to get at times).
By the way, it is quite firm, as is the mattress it is on top of, but doesn't dig in to the protrusions on the body (hips and shoulders I notice the most). I don't know if people who like a softer mattress would find it difficult to get used to?
But I LOVE IT!!

i bought it, it came, and finally i can sleep again.
I had no problems with this purchase at all, it was delivered nice and quick and does exactly what it says on the tin, the cover that came with it is also of good quality. I had it for 3 days now and ive never slept better, i showed it to a friend and they are going to purchase one as well.

Very good service!
Good service by the firm. Although the service from YODEL was not very good at all. Arranged to collect item, when I turned up to collect I was told it was out for delivery even though I had confirmation it was ok to collect.

Fast, efficient service and a great product.
We bought a firm 30cm mattress, it arrived 4 nights ago and we are enjoying it greatly. The transport and packaging were all well done and arrived within a few days of ordering online. There is a 60 day trial period and 10 year guarantee so can't see any problems at this point.

Excellent service - excellent product.
The mattress topper does all we hoped. Can't feel the springs any more. The delivery was free of charge as stated ( not the case with all companies). Was able to track the package every step of the way. Will soon be treating the spare bed to the same!

Does what it says on the packet!
OK only had this a week but thus far it's all good. I went for the 4" so a thick one.
In truth I've slept better in the past week than I have for a long long time. It's different but very comfortable.
Perhaps instructions on how to treat the mattress topper on arrival may have been an advantage. But it sorts it's self out.
100% recommend this product.

speedy, reliable service, great mattress (but one small flaw)
my mattress was delivered promptly when I was told it would be. However it is recommended that I only accept delivery if i am sure it is the correct order and undamaged. there was no delivery note to confirm the type of mattress, only the mattress brand on the box, which does not state if it fits into the bronze, silver or gold category of memory foam mattresses sold.

Fantastic pro even better service!
I came across Zleeps by accident! I was looking for a new bed and mattress and was on several sites looking at packages before I came accross Zleeps. Great product good quality very impressed
Ordered a mattress topper 3” inch king-size it was fast delivery and I could not believe how heavy the box was. The product smelled a little and when putting it on the bed there was a fold in the middle which has now after 2 days completely disappeared and the smell is now also not too bad.
The topper feels very snug and warm it has given me and my husband a better night sleep and I don’t seem to ach as much in the mornings. Also feel that my pillows are better supported on this topper. I did try the memory foam pillows but found them too hard. Well recommended I am glad we did not get a 2”inch one as this one does just the job.

Brilliant purchase. Well worth it.
We decided to buy a memory foam mattress as we were not getting good quality sleep.Our joints were aching due to an old mattress. We were unable to afford a new one of good quality, but thanks to a kind christmas gift we were able to get the topper. It is like having a new bed and much more comfortable. It mkes a difference to wake up feeling more refreshed.

What a delight!
We brought a memory foam mattress topper in Argos' sale. It didn't expand at all and was permanently flat and uncomfortable. We quickly took that one back and got a refund! We then got a Zleeps one and two pillows for the same price as the Argos one, and it's a delight!! The mattress quickly expanded after unpacking and was ready for use after 1 day. It has been fantastic and vastly improved our sleep. My partner was suffering with back ache, which has now gone thanks to the proper support of the memory foam mattress. I have had no problems with ordering, delivery or the mattress itself, and would recommend everyone try a Zleeps memory foam mattress topper for themselves.

I ordered the cheapest single memory foam mattress I could find and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. I ordered over the xmas period and telephoned to check when delivery would be and was given clear information by a friendly telephone operator. The mattress arrived as stated and was ready for use within 24 hours after it had time to expand overnight. i am extremely pleased with the quality of the mattress and the service I receive. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
