Delivery on time and the mattress is superb.
We ordered the item on a weekend and was not expecting the delivery till the following Friday. It arrived on Tuesday. What a lovely bed; the wife and kids were all over it once it was fully installed. Looking forward to our first night's sleep in it. Giving 4 stars because we haven't had it for a while but all indications are good.

Quality product, fast delivery with excellent customer service
Quality product at a very good price. Item was delivered quickly and well packed. When I called customer services to them know that the pillows had not been sent they resolved the problem immediately and were very friendly on the phone.
I would have absolutely no problem in using this company again or in recommending them to anyone else.
It's very refreshing to find both good prices and excellent customer service nowadays - well done Zleeps!

Wonderful product but terrible delivery
I ordered a memory foam mattress topper on Saturday - and was told to expect delivery the following Tuesday. I tracked the parcel on Yodal's website - they claimed to attempt delivery 4 times (even claiming to have delivered it on one occasion?!) over the following week. Each time, including the time it said it was delivered, it then said it was returned to the depot. I was in all day every day and there were no deliveries. What's more, the website said they left calling cards (obviously there were no cards as no one came) and would leave the package in a garage (which is very obvious next to the house)if no one was in. It was the fact that the website just blatantly lied which riled me. There is no way of contacting yodal, and the mattress company were only privy to the same tracking information that I could see so were unable to help much. I did email yodal on their feedback page but a week later am still waiting for a response. When the parcel finally did arrive, it was delivered by a surly guy in an unmarked van who didn't seem to know where he was going (it came to the wrong house in the end!) and just dumped it in the rain.
Having said all that, the mattress topper is wonderful now that its finally come.
I would recommend the product, but urge others to find a different company who do NOT use Yodal as their courier.

Perfect in every way
I looked for ages for a decent memory foam mattress for a great price, I atumbled across this by accident but it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The dispatch time was 2 working days and I was able to sleep on it the same night. Took a few nights to get used to but I will never go back to spring mattress, I would highly recommend using zleeps.

Perfect Mattress for a perfect night sleep
Have just bought a 2nd of those memory foam mattresstoppers from Zleeps for my boys bed as it has made such a big difference to my daughters sleep. They do matttress toppers to fit small doubles which was perfect for them. Will definitely order one for our bed once i get paid in January.
The pillows are good but a bit firm for me to sleep with but perfect back support for my work chair!
A must try!

Trully Awsome!!!
My old superking mattress was giving me a sore back every morning without fail. instead of getting a whole new mattress I got a 3" memory foam topper. The first night using it i woke up with no pain!!! Been fine ever since.

Superb comfort
I have a very firm mattress and with a failing left hip I found it becoming uncomfortable. Rather than buy a new mattress I went for the 75mm topper. When it arrived, very quickly considering I live in one of the more remote parts of Scotland, I thought it looked rather thin but it soon expanded after a couple of hours on the bed. My wife and myself are both delighted with our purchase ( which was my idea so I'm claiming the credit ) and apart from the wonderful comfort it also seems very warm.
I had compared prices before I bought and Zleeps seemed to be better value than any of the competition. Apart from any other considerations, the carriage was free whereas in the Highlands we usually get charged a surcharge. Excellent value!

Mattress arrived but no free pillow
I ordered from zleeps mainly due to the fact they were offering a free pillow, however the mattress arrived promptly but no pillow. For some reason I am unable to send them an email so havent been able to inform them. Will edit my review if I get the pillow promised to me

No problems
Bought memory foam mattress topper for my son and he says it's very comfy. No problems with order or delivery. Just be aware that pillows supplied with it are much smaller that standard ones.

Great service, good product
Ordered the matress topper and it was dispatched straightaway, out for delivrey the next day. unfortuatly 9 days later Yodel still have not made delivery, company dispatched the new topper the next day by UPS and i have now got the topper and its fab!

Speedy delivery, but no care instructions
I was very impressed with the service, but was amazed that there was no paperwork with the mattress, no delivery note or anything. I think the very least could be a leaflet explaining that you need to lay the mattress the wrong side up for 24 hours to get rid of the bulge where it had been folded.

Excellent quality and service
I received it the next day. The memory foam is of very good quality with a good cover over it.
Do remember to let it expand over several hours before you start to use it. I left it over night.

Excellent
We have slept on a memory Foam mattress before and did not like it as we just seemed to sink into it, but the topper we bought from Zleeps is excellent I no longer wake up with backache or aches and pains and we both get a really good nights sleep

Best thing I bought.
Mattress and pillows arrived in a week.I put on bed straight away mattress expanded in a day.Very comfy wouldnt be without it now.pillows funny shape but once u get used to them their fine.Back ache gone which is great sleep like a log...

Wouldn't trust size guidance
The quality of the memory foam topper is good and service was just brilliant, fast delivery, right to the door. But I was highly disappointed when I opened it and through over my actual bed mattress. My bed mattress is normal double size but memory foam topper didn't cover it properly, it was at least 10 cm smaller ( I ordered double size). Worse than that was that I couldn't send it back and change the size because no returns on an open items... Seriously. How would you know it's the right size unless you open it and measure?!?!?! Be careful with size when choosing. Still recommend, the quality of foam topper is great...

1st time memory foam buyer
thought i would try a memory foam mattress as a few friends have bought them and said they where amazing, and they was right. never will i go back to a spring mattress again. they take about a week to bed into as there a little firm to start but 10 out of 10 there after. included was 2 free memory pillows which wasnt to my liking,but reading the reviews people either love them or dont. excellent delievery and a great choice and quailty product. would reccommend zleeps.co.uk to any1 looking for an amazing comfy nights sleep.

Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Good looking mattress.
Needed a replacement mattress as my Ikea mattress pads were 20 odd years old. I was starting to be less comfortable in bed, tossing and turning quite a bit, and still feeling tired in the morning after 8 hours sleep and not wanting to get up.
Now I am waking refreshed after 6 hours and the bedding is still intact so no tossing and turning. I still have trouble getting up but only because I am cocooned in my body impression and have to wriggle out. :-)
The only niggles are:-
The packaging only just survived the couriers tender care!
Put the mattress close to final placement as when reformed it is heavy and awkward to move.

Great topper and delivery
I bought this for my daughters bed as she was having trouble getting to sleep because her mattress was too firm. Since having this she has had nothing but praise for its comfort and the better nights sleep that she's been getting. I was also impressed with quality protection cover that it came with and additional pillow.

brilliant customer service
what a nice change to receive good customer service, i wanted to order 2 mattresses to arrive for definite on a certain day so rang to check. I was asked to complete the order online then ring back within 30 mins to arrange delivery. Within 20mins the company rang me an dthe delivery was changed to suit me and at no extra cost. after allowing them to reinflate i am now on sleep 4 and apart from needing a stepladder to now get in bed it is PERFECT. Sleep is a joy and now have no twinges at all, bliss. Thank you

2 nights after getting the memory foam matterss no back ake
Ive been sleeping on a hard mattress for over a year and always woke with back problems and pains in my joints. And
Had interupted sleep.
The 7cm mattress cover in memory foam arived when they said it would and once installed on my bed, 2 nights later no back problems. And no joint pain in the morning.
If you have the same problems buy one of the mattress covers it does help.
My partner said she felt she had slept on clouds!! Im sleeping better and all good. Great product.
