The Bed was delivered damaged. Contacted customer service (finally after several attempts and being cut off before speaking to anyone!!) only to be abruptly told had to email in. Email was sent with photos as advised. Auto reply confirming receipt received 20-09-2013. Have not received any reply as of today!!
Have tried calling numerous times only to be kept on hold for 10 mins before being cut off. (There is an option to leave message for a callback in 1hr, but does not work and you continue to hold).
Product is fine but the customer service is non existent when something goes wrong! As soon as they have your money they do not care. Would not buy anything from them again and would advise anyone to go elsewhere!!!
Ordered a bed and mattress. It came late, bashed up, without any pilot holes to put bed up so had to pay for handyman to put together and the worse part was the 2 legs for the middle of the bed were completely different sizes. They have ignores numerous emails and a letter and I have to make so with a bed with only 1 leg.
I ordered a bed and mattress package, not only did it arrive late, within the order couple of hours the slats broke. So I called them, they shipped out new slats, which were supposed to be here wednesday, but don't come until did at afternoon (when I told them nobody would be in) so they were just left in my garden. I then went to fit the new slats, and they were the wrong size. So again, I called, told them that, and they sent out more saying they will be here Wednesday or Thursday, but no later than Thursday, I was a away, got home on the saturday, and they hadn't been delivered. I called they made up yet another pointless story, but they decided to upgrade my bed, (which they told me they could so when the slats first broke) so I thought, finally, I've got my upgrade. I was then told delivery can take up to 10 working days, and then they said they'll call me in a couple of days to let me know the delivery date. They didn't, so I just made yet ANOTHER call and asked when it would be here, and they said it can take 10 - 14 working days. (That was news to me) and it's now being delivered after 14 Woking days. It probably won't be here on time, I don't believe them. I have to say, I have been lied to by just about every single member of staff there, you're better off spending a little bit more money and going someone else. They are a complete waste of time. Rant over.
I ordered the single 2.5cm 45kg memory foam mattress topper. Little did I know that once you open the packaging to see if the product is suitable you forfeit the right to return it. I'm sure the company is fine if you get what you wanted but if its not suitable be warned that you will not be able to return it.

My husband and I visited The Memory Foam Warehouse following a recommendation from a friend, we hadn't heard of them before, so was a little sceptical. The showroom was laid out well with plenty of beds/mattresses to try out, we were shown around by a very friendly, informative, but not pushy sales guy, who explained to us about the different types of mattress. We were so impressed that we decided to purchase a pocket sprung memory mattress, we were then informed of current offer on this particular mattress, the black faux leather ottoman bed frame for £60 extra - bargain!!
Our new mattress and bed frame arrived 2 days later ( we were told 7 days ).
My husband and I are over the moon with our purchase, cannot sing their praises enough. Well done Memory Foam Warehouse!
My wife and I were waking up every morning with aches and pains, after exhausting the no cost options we started research on a new mattress. We went to the big brand retailers but we were not prepared to pay the expensive price for a mattress. So we saw the type of mattress we liked (lots of testing) then searched the internet for a matching mattress for way less than the big brand prices. Memory Foam Warehouse had the mattress we were looking for and at a price that seemed fiar. We phoned Memory Foam Warehouse because we wanted to ask about delivery as we needed it to be delivered on a specific day (10 days hence). The person whom we dealt with on the phone was very helpful and we actually made the purchase with him, instead of over the internet. We got text and email updates with regards to our delivery status.
The mattress was delivered on the day we requested. It was delivered by only one man who basically just got it through the front door then left. My wife then had to manhandle the heavy mattress further. Our research did tell us that the mattress would smell (which it did) so my wife managed to get it out back to air.
Our first nights sleep on it was very good and we did not wake up in the morning with aches and pains. We are very happy with our purchase and mission accomplished for a good nights sleep!
Love my new memoryfoam coolmax mattress. It arrived promptly with helpful deliveryperson. I sleep much better than I did before, because I don't wake up when I turn over--or when my husband moves about. Great product, excellent price. I'll be buying a second one soon to replace our other mattress.
Ordered my mattress on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Bit of a funny smell at first but after the mattress had been out of the packaging for a couple of days it soon went.
Really comfortable and slept really well on it ever since. Managed to get my memory foam mattress in the sale and find it great value for the money! Deifnately prefer it to a spring mattress!

My 20yr old single-coil spring mattress was bowing in my sleeping space and hurting every morning. Doesn't help that I suffer many health problems, which inflame my entire body as well.
I tried out many mattresses locally, searching for the best quality material and size for my 5'4 frame and 53kg weight (for the minimum price).
I found lots of 2.5mm mattresses and didn't feel enough support.
Then I discovered memoryfoamwarehouse through google, enquiring on the phone to the friendly knowledgeable staff about the outlast series. I asked for a mattress with good support (I am a young man with back pain and not so great posture), but with the best quality memory foam.
I was pleased to find that for a small price, I was able to get something almost 3 times cheaper than my local bed store.
Additionally as expected, the mattress does indeed absorb body heat and then release it whenever and wherever the body requires it during sleep.
I can't fault my outlast 500, but I will mention that it does feel closer to the firm end than the soft end of the spectrum.
Also, I'm still not healthy yet so I haven't yet experienced the 'floating on cloud nine-level comfort'. However, I no longer wake up in nearly as much pain as I did with my old sprung mattress, and believe it to be a direct result of my new mattress.
There was one hiccup. After my Superior Outlast 500 Memory Foam Mattress arrived on time, the first 2 weeks gave me unbearable back pain, and I really wanted to return it because my posture was not improved and pain occurred in areas never experienced before. Luckily I listened to the staff at customer services, persevered through the pain for 2 weeks, and it paid off in great comfort.
This is where I think many new memory foam customers go wrong with companies such as Tempur. They spend so much money on a material alien to them and give up at the first sign of pain believing there should not be any pain for the money paid.
My own doctors have been scared away by this pain too.
Personally I think this wearing in period should be part of every memory foam marketing campaign because not knowing this fact is very deterring and encourages premature refund requests. I myself was very close to upgrading to a Superior outlast 800. And in some ways I still am, simply because I believe in the memory foam material at MFW, and that my money with this company truly equates to quality.
Some advice: If you try out a memory foam mattress in store, take your time with each one, because memory foam can take at least 5-10mins to adapt to your contour. Even after a month, my new mattress still has a short adaptation period whenever I lie down.

Despite the repeated claims of "next day delivery" it took 8 days for our mattress to be delivered. When it arrived it had a large rip in it which shoudl have been obvious to the driver before delivery. It then took another 10 days and daily phone calls to arrange for collection and redelivery.
Annoyingly the only phone number given on the website is for a salesperson and not customer services which meant I often had to repeat my complaint. Emails sent via the website or replying to their staff were also never returned or acknowledged. The staff were always friendly when I spoke to them but it's a shame they were always reactive to my calls instead of proactively trying to resolve my case.
The bed is amazing!! Mattress is very very comfortable. I was struggling to sleep for weeks with insomnia but since having the bed every night has been blissful sleep! There was a slight issue with delivery and it did take me over 5 hours to put up, as I was doing it alone (not recommended!) but all in all worth it!!!
I'm not really one to shop online but I was looking for a good quality memory foam mattress. I googled and the memory foam mattress company came up one of the first. After much deliberation I ordered our mattress. It arrived three days later and when it did I thought no way this is just a mattress topper I've paid £365 for!! It was delivered In a shrunk wrap roll. My husband opened it up and it sprung into life!! After 2-3 hours the mattress was fully expanded and I can honestly say it's absolutely amazing! Sprung cool air memory foam mattress. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have hardly any sleep due to loads of pain. This mattress has changed my sleep I can now actually sleep better and get up with no pain from where I have lay like I used to be.
I would recommend this company for quality and service as the mattress is wonderful and has changed my sleep!
I was using before a sprung mattress and it was damaging my back. I've tried to see in several sites were to buy a new mattress. Saw very good deals on eBay amazon, Groupon, etc, but they weren't attracting me, so I've tried to look on websites specialised on matters and I found Memory Foam Warehouse. I knew I could trust them because they give warranty if you don't like. I've bought a memory foam mattress and pillows and I must say I'm 110% satisfied.
When we talk about mattress the money is the less important because we are talking about our health.

Website was extremely easy to use. Lots of choice, easy to view and the information was spot on. I was able to compare and decide the best mattress for my, based on quality, size and price. Ordering was seamless, delivery was excellent. All round a great service and a wonderful product. Very comfy, some lovely nights sleep!
Have been waiting almost 2 months for a bed to be delivered, only to be told that they wont deliver anything passed the first floor in a block of flats after waiting 3 days for which they havent turned up....Between Memory Foam Warehouse and their courier company DX Freight, (depot Hoddesdon) they are a disaster and should not be operating.

What sort of business gives you no idea or rough estimate about delivery timescales anywhere on there web site?? Apparantly Memory Foam Warehouse.
My order was not a next day item, I get that, and I did not expect it to be amazingly quick, but after a 2 week wait with NO contact at all from them, I decided I would give them an E-Mail on there contact us page. Now this is where it gets interesting. I fill in the form and send it to them. A few hours later I get an E-Mail back saying "your ticket has been answered, please login to your account to view your reply" well thats all well and good but as I used there guest checkout option I didnt have an account!!
So I find there phone number and talk to what I thought was a very helpful person, he says he will try and get a rough estimate of a delivery date for me and he would call me back. A few hours later he phones up and says they still don't have the bed in there warehouse to deliver, it's due in on the Thursday (it is currently tuesday) he will call me back and try to get it on a delivery slot for Friday.
I heard nothing from them for the rest of the week, so around 4pm on the Friday I decide to call them again, it's the same bloke! He says "oh yes I was just about to call you" (like hell he was!!) I am very sorry but I could not get your bed on todays delivery however I am looking at it right now and I will make sure it goes out on the Monday or Tuesday next week. I will call you Monday to confirm"
So I think great my bed is coming, 3 weeks later than I wanted it but at least it's arriving, I will take 2 days off work just to be safe on the Monday and Tuesday.
Monday comes and goes and still nothing, no calls, no E-Mails, nothing. My heavily pregnant girlfriend is most dissapointed as we have been sleeping on a matress on the floor now for about 4 weeks. Tuesday arrives and I stupidly think, today is the day. At 1pm after no contact and no bed I get on the phone again, this time I speak to a lady who says "no problem Mr Enderson I will find out for you, but I don't think we deliver to your area until Wednesday" to which I reply "I have just taken 2 days off work after you told me it would be Monday or Tuesday" she then gets rude and say "well I will have to phone you back".
6pm comes and surprise surprise I have had no phone call. So now I get on the phone again, I ask where is my delivery and why have I not been phoned back. This lady then tells me that I spoke with a guy on Friday who informed me that my bed was not in there warehouse and they would not be delivering it until the following Monday or Tuesday. Which is very strange as he told me he was looking at it and the other lady told me that they don't deliver to my area unless it's Wednesday, so why would he inform me of a Monday or Tuesday delivery???
So when I say to this person "I was told on Friday it would be Monday or Tuesday the following week" she then replies with "yes thats correct not this week the next"
Excuse me if I'm wrong, but in my world, actually in everyone else's world other than Memory Foam Warehouse, if you are on a Friday and someone says Monday next week, they mean in 2 days time NOT 10 days time the week after?!?!!?
Seriously I look at all the positive reviews on this site for Memory Foam Warehouse, and it's pretty clear to me the reason why they cannot deliver a bed or even be bothered to call someone back is obviously because there staff are too busy writing good reviews to make them look better than they ever are or ever will be!!!
That said thank you to www.bedroomworld.co.uk who have managed to get me a better bed at a cheaper price including a headboard within 48 hours of me ordering it, it's nice to know there are still some companies who want customers out there.
We needed to revitalise our very old but relatively hardly used bed in our holiday home. The bed is not a standard size (probably was in Italy 30 years ago) so we needed a custom made topper. Chose 7.5 cm deep made of 75kg density foam with Premium Outlast Cover. Pre-order service was outstanding including details on the package size to make sure we could fit it in the car. Delivery was 2 weeks earlier than quoted (although we only got 1 day's notice of the actual delivery date).
When we unwrapped the topper it was very crumpled and didn't properly fill the cover but within a couple of hours it restored to full size and is a perfect fit on the bed.
Unbelievable comfort - money well spent.
Ordered on a Thursday before noon. Get an email a few hours later, "Your order has been despatched!" The email has a tracking number for the courier, so I book Friday off work.
Five minutes to seven on Thursday they call to say there's been a problem in the warehouse. It won't be delivered as agreed. But hey, they''ll upgrade me to a morning delivery on Monday! (Important note here. A morning delivery two days late isn't an upgrade.)
Call them at 8:05 on Monday morning to confirm it'll be delivered. The guy confirms for me that he can see it's left the warehouse and is with the courier.
It ceases to be morning. I remain mattressless. (Well, without the new one, anyway.) I wait in a queue for nearly twenty minutes. The recorded message that reminds me how valued I am as a customer suffers from some sort of electrical distortion and sounds like it's possessed. The pleasant girl who answers the phone tells me she'll check with the courier.
The mattress apparently exists only in the Twilight Zone between MFW who claim they definitely sent it to the courier and the courier who say they don't have it. "All we can do is wait and see if it turns up with the courier over the next few days!"
Oh and at least as importantly, "There's no way the system would have confirmed your order went out." Or put another way, "The guy you spoke to this morning to confirm you didn't waste a day of your leave... That guy outright lied to you."
The staff are perfectly pleasant, though it should be remembered that at least one of them is a bare faced liar. The waiting time to get through to speak to someone is too long.
But the most important issue is that they were simply incapable of organising the delivery of their product not just once, but twice.
So we needed a new bed & mattress, so the internet search began. Could it be true.... both for £199 and be any good ?? Me, ever the sceptic, ordered anyway.
Firstly the ordering was very easy and painless and delivery was prompt and efficient.
Only one box for the bed was delivered ?? Hmmm, maybe my fears were to realised. However I found all the components to be included and the instructions very easy to follow to put it together (30 mins) It was more than I'd expected for the price but the best was yet to come. The mattress is absolutely fabulous, comfortable isn't the word.
All in all I'm very very happy with everything and would recommend this bed and mattress to anyone.
We ordered a divan bed and a memory foam mattress from this website. Initially we were very impressed with how much cheaper they were than anywhere else we had found but I must admit I was a little anxious that the service wouldn't be great with such cheap items! I didn't have to worry, the ordering process was great, I had to phone customer services before I made my order to make an enquiry about delivery as it was for the new house we were moving into so I wanted to make sure we would actually be living there for delivery! The customer service assistant I spoke to was helpful and concise and made the order for me after she had answered my enquiry. I got a phone call 2 weeks later to let me know what day the bed would be delivered (the bed frames aren't next day delivery, only the mattress which was fine by us) and the bed was delivered on the right day. Assembly of the bed - I was assured by my husband - wasn't too tricky although you had to make sure you were concentrating! The mattress is very comfortable and has helped my bad back no idea and I am sleeping better than I have for years - really really happy with my experience with this firm and would (and have) recommended them to my friend!

Needed to replace son's mattress so headed for Memory Foam Warehouse. Very helpful and attentive member of staff helped us choose the appropriate product at a very competitive price. Walked away with new mattress within a matter of minutes. Only downside was for my son, we liked the product so much we're using it on our bed - he's having to manage with our old mattress!
Having looked everywhere for a suitable storage Ottoman we are very happy with this model, which is as described and of decent quality. The head board was slightly awkward to fit as one of the slots in the struts wasn't wide enough for the bolt to slide through it, but it looks good and seems very solid. The mattress we ordered wasn't in stock so it was upgraded automatically to save us waiting. Delivery was prompt and on the date agreed when we ordered, and the driver was very helpful. Staff were very knowledgeable and patient when we were deciding what to order. We would definitely use this company again.
I purchase 3 mattresses, the advisor was great - he really helped and knew his stuff! Prices are excellent and delivery was quick and exactly as promised. I had been dithering for months over which mattress to go for and I was worried about ordering without seeing, but I am really pleased with the outcome, my husbands happy, my daughters are happy, so I'm happy! I needed a new mattress & bed, came across Memory Foam Warehouse by searching on google. They had a good deal on a faux leather bed & memory foam mattress so I rang up to ask a few questions. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, gave me all the info I needed & I purchased the bed over the phone.
Just 2 days later it turned up, I received a txt message earlier saying roughly what time it was going to be delivered. The bed took just over an hour to make and the instructions were easy to follow.
The quality of the bed & mattress are brilliant for the price that I paid and my nights sleep have improved immensely. I've recommended this company to 2 of my friends and they have both purchased mattresses already, and a just as satisfied as I am.
Overall they are excellent, don't hesitate to buy from here.
Placed an order in the 03th of May and today 16th of August I still have not received it. Have been in touch with them both over emails and over the phone. It is ok for mistakes to happen but one would expect them to fix it and get in touch with the costumer to explain what happened. Kept being placed on hold whenever on the phone with them and once one of their staff actually told me they sent me the mattress topper and once it was sent out it was out of their responsability and they did not have a way of tracing it!! Which is crazy given that delivery is a part of the deal! Finaly when last month someone seemed very helpful and said another matress topper was gonna be sent out to me nothing actually came out of it. I really have never had such a bad experience with a purchase as this.
Best thing purchase made for my bed I am renting and the bed that came with the house was horrible. I did not want to buy a new bed so I bought tbis topper. Its like a brand new bed. I really enjoy sleeping on it. It firm but so sodt at the same time. I woukd totally recommend trying the topper before buying a new mattress.
We purchased one of the most expensive mattresses from Memoryfoam Warehouse called the Signature Plus, pocket sprung with a memory foam layer and a comfort layer of wool. It was advertised as 'medium soft' and this was appealing as both my wife and I find hard mattresses very uncomfortable. The mattress was firm when it arrived but I thought it would soften up. After three months it started collapsing in on itself and we contacted Memoryfoam Warehouse to complain. They sent someone down to check the mattress and two deep impressions were clearly visible. It's now six months later and we're still waiting for our replacement mattress.
I've been getting 24 hour headaches which I'm certain is related to this concrete mattress so I decided to buy a competitors mattress which is blissfully comfortable. I will never buy another thing from Memoryfoam Warehouse. While they have always remained polite, they are selling defective mattresses with no enthusiasm for rectifying their mistake. Beware.
We where both having problems with back pain after sleeping and told by a friend that a memory foam topper would be good.
I saw the sign for the memory foam warehouse in wakefield and decided to have a look.
Having got great infomation and trying most of the beds in the showroom with the kids jumping about and playing in the ball pit it looked like getting a topper would not be the best option as the mattress was no good as i didnt pay a great deal for it in the first place and the price of new mattresses was cheaper than i expected.
In the next few days me and my wife went back to the showroom to test the beds again.
Again the service was great and the kids run riot again.
But being a yorkshireman we decided to look in every matress shop in the surounding area to see if we could pick up a bargin not nowing that the first shop we visited was the best.
Having sat bounced layed on hundreds of beds typically we decicided that the best was actually the first bed we had looked at !
It did happen to be the dearest in the shop a pocket sprung memory foam mattress but it was far more comfortable and cheaper than any other mattress we had tried.
So we bought it as it had a 6 week trial so we couldnt lose .
Also there was a deal with the pillows 2 for 1 so we bought 4 pillows too for us and the kids.
The mattress does take some getting used to as it was completely different from the one we had but now out bodies have got used to it no back pain and a great sleep every night.

I purchased a King Size Classicpedic Deluxe Memory Foam Mattress about 3 weeks ago. The gentleman on the other end of the phone when placing my order was great and very helpful. He went through my needs and suggested the best mattress for my condition. The mattress was delivered very quickly. The great thing with this company was the 60 day trial because I was finding the mattress a bit to hard. so I phoned Memory foam warehouse for their advice, the lady that took my call was very professional and without me even having to suggest changing the mattress, she straight away stated, " no it shouldn't be like that and I suggest you change the mattress under our 60 day trail" You can not get better than that. She explained the process and that she would send the packaging out to me. She also suggested a mattress that maybe suitable and the cost as the old one. I am waiting to send the mattress back, but is the customer service is a good as it has been I think it will be a easy process. I wish to thank Memory foam warehouse and I will shop and recommend you. Thanks to all you team.
I bought the 7cm topper to replace my 5cm egg shaped topper from Argos and man what a difference! The one from Memory foam warehouse is by far a superior quality then the Argos and was almost the same price. Therefore the Argos one was returned after 1 night. Will deffo be back here if I need more.
I recently purchased a memory foam mattress and pillow for my daughter from the memory foam warehouse. I found their website to be easy to use and intuitive for comparing the different grades of mattress at differing price points. I made my choice and researched other sites to compare similar offerings. The cost was extremely competitive so I went ahead and made the purchase online with my debit card.
I forgot to put delivery instructions against the order and used the website to contact customer services who replied very quickly informing me that they had added the delivery instructions to the order.
The memory foam mattress and pillow were delivered within a couple of days exactly to order.
My daughter, being a typical 13 year old was sceptical of the new mattress, but once she had slept on it is converted. The only downside is that it is much harder to get her up in the mornings.
The only issue I had, which admittedly could have been the delivery company, was a small tear in the packaging and on the back of the mattress.
Otherwise an altogether excellent product and fantastic customer service too. Many thanks Memory Foam Warehouse.
I ordered 2 mattresses from this company. Wished I hadn't.
I phoned the company twice to confirm the delievery as I had to take a day off work.
Delievery day came and I got a phone call from them at 3pm. "Sorry there was an error and you won't be receiving it today" another days was arranged, another day off work taken.
Mattresses arrived on the next delievery, without the 'goodwill pillows'. Another call to them. A member of staff promised to price match the mattresses as they had only been delievered and gone down in the sale.
No refund appeared. I called them 4 times over a week and half. Requesting call backs from senior staff. No call back. Only receiving a call back from senior staff (although on another call he wasnt senior staff) when mention that I would get legal advice.
Other issues. One member of staff said they have a no name policy, meaning they can't give out names of managers. Managers and other staff have no knowledge of this.
I wished I had known before buying I wouldn't have brought from them.
There was a good choice of beds and mattresses on the site, and I found the information on what type of mattress was suitable for different people very helpful.
The prices were reasonable and comparable to other places
When I had to contact Customer Services regarding delivery, they were very helpful and called me back really quickly
I had a small issue with the website itself, as it did crash on me once, but that may be more of an issue with my internet than their site!
Would definitely use again, and recommend to a friend
