I orderd a bundle deal in March. Instead of next day delivery as promised it arrived five days after I orderd. I was at work when the bed and mattress arrived so the delivery man kindly put it around the side of the house. My partner and I assembled the bed when we got home, once assembled we realised that one of the side panels wasn't attached to the metal suppport beam. I later sat on the bed to try it out and the metal support beam bent, I'm only 8 stone. My partner put a wooden block under the beam to support it. A couple of days later the other side did the same. My partner explained what had happened via thier website and asked them to email him to resolve the issue but they have not replied.
