Because of teething problems with the new website I had to call to chase up a problem - my saved work had disappeared! they were very helpful and smoothed the process through. However I do think that the new website is a bit confusing - makes ordering more complicated than it need be - however its worth it in the end! and they contribute some Christmas card money to charity, which is nice. good quality cards, and though some of the designs are tacky, some are lovely too.

Thank you very much for your review. Yes, we did have a couple of bugs when we launched the new website. Those issues have now been resolved. With regard to the layout of the new website I do understand and I am working to streamline things further so that you can reach the photo christmas cards with fewer clicks.
And yes, we are real people, and I like to think that we are a nice company to deal with. If you phone with a website problem, you will usually get passed to me, so instead of talking to someone in a call centre you will actually be talking to the person why wrote the software that powers our website. If you have a product related enquiry you would usually talk to Tony who prints and produces most of stationery that we sell.
You said that you thought "some of the designs are tacky, and some are lovely too". That's a tricky one. Myself and Tony have very different tastes. There are some cards that he likes that are really not my cup of tea, but they are very popular. Tony also does not understand why I like certain designs, so we have to agree to disagree.
