We recently had problems with our internal Microsoft Exchange service and Giacom were able to get us up and running again with a temporary, emergency service in less than an hour. We have subsequently moved to their hosted service without any issues.
Not bad with computers, but Giacom went above and beyond their call of duty and helped me set up my other devices too. Very helpful and patient. Added bonus that I won't be losing an more emails!! Worth every penny to have that security.
Since I sign up, my contact always be there, fast answer, always there to enhance my experience. I have made also a test account wihtout any fees to test its service. I can ask anymore. Maybe some marketing materials will be nice, like powerpoint or poster.
I have delt with Stephen a lot and probably been a bit of a pain aswell. He has delt with every question professionally and in a friendly mannor every time.
I have also delt with the tech department and can only say the same.

We got a direct mail shot from messagestream. When I compared their offer with our exisiting suppplier I couldn't believe it. We have now transferred all our hosted services to them and are delighted with the service.

the service, customer service and packages are good and well priced. The only thing missing is the ability to have a "catch all" option which for small companies like myself like to use to both catch all emails sent to the domain, and the ability to appear slightly larger than we actually are.

Been with Giacom a few weeks now. No problems with the hosting. Good level of SPAM detection. Had some issues not receiving trusted emails with encrypted attachments but always found Giacom to be polite and helpful. Finally able to handle office email on my smartphone!

I must say how impressed I am with Hosted Exchange in general. We've come from standard pop mailboxes and the instant feed from Giacom and sync-ing up of our calendars and contacts between us all is a great help. There are just over 30 of us in our business, and I'm sure is making us work better already. In that respect, the there's an obvious ROI, which I like to see in any purchase.
All in all, I'm very happy, and happy with the support and service we get from Giacom. Like I said, no problems to report. Therefore, I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in Hosted Exchange.
After searching the net for a reliable company to host our emails Giacom can out top by far. They understand that in todays world reliability and speed of service is at the top of any business. Within a few hours all of our employees were set up on there PCs, Mobile Phones and had access to emails via the web.

All my emails, contacts and calendars are now synchronised with iMac, iPhone and iPad and PC. No more hassle trying to figure out and remember who and when I send an email to. No more emails bouncing around all over the place. I my opinion, all businesses should be using Hosted Exchange. I couldn't imagine running my business without it. In fact, I'm amazed I waited so long to get the Hosted Exchange system installed.

We started using Giacom’s Hosted Exchange a few months back for our online Chocolate Gift service at www.thechocolatemoon.co.uk. It’s enabled us to work more closely together and share order information, schedules and daily tasks.
All the staff at Giacom were courteous and polite from the first enquiry to the occasional support we’ve needed. Our email, calendars and contacts are in-sync wherever we are, so to me, the service is working perfectly. It’s also very economical for a small business, costing a fraction of potentially using something in-house, and getting a service only large companies have access to.

Cannot fault them. Giacom must be the lowest priced hosted Exchange service available right now, but this no way reflects the quality of the service I've received. I called them on the Monday, was set up within the hour, and by midweek had our firm's 20 mailboxes moved across. I'm no IT expert, but it worked first time.
I now have email to my iPhone instantly, and my colleagues get to share all sorts, whether they're in the office or not.
Only one small point - I'd set-up my mailboxes before I changed my domain DNS, so this meant the chap dealing with my account couldn't email me for about an hour whilst I was waiting for details on how to transfer the domain. Anyway, we figured it out on the phone, but perhaps that should have been mentioned.
Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend the service to any business owner.
My company only has three mailboxes so having an Exchange mail server has never been an option until now. The set-up on the portal was easy and I was able to speak to someone immediately when I needed help. I wasn't too sure if this was going to be a good idea at first, my last companies IT department always moaned about how difficult Exchange was, but this has proved them wrong! Keep up the good work Giacom.
