First time used and all went very well
We were recommended to use MGP by the company we have used for the last few years when flying out of Gatwick. We took it on trust that the recommendation would be a good one. All went very well, we contacted MGP prior to reaching the terminal and were met very shortly upon our reaching the car park, the same happened upon our return to collect the car. On both occasions the staff were polite and helpful.
The only marks down were the confused instructions of where to eet due we think to the car being cleaned and certain areas being rode off, pls the sign upon entering had also been moved.

Fantastic service
What a brilliant way to park at Heathrow. No hassle, no shuttles, no waiting around. Just pull up, hand over keys and go. Coming back one quick call and hey presto there's your car ready and waiting for you. Brilliant after a long and tiring flight.

An extremely easy way to travel, car on time and all good.

THE ONLY WAY TO PARK YOUR CAR
I was a little a concerned as never used you before,so read some of your customer reviews and based my decision on them (thanks to your customers for their honesty).
You were the cheapest and I'm pleased to say the most professional I have used.
Smart courteous staff on drop of and collection all made very easy at Terminal 3 Heathrow.
Will be using you again and have already passed your details to some friends.

Good service - really good value
Good service overall - cheaper than other parking options that we looked at. Not quite as slick at collection stage as other companies that we have used but we only had to wait 5 minutes so not bad. Quite courteous staff. We would use this service again.

Good friendly service, on time collection and delivery, would highly recommend.
They were waiting at T5 at agreed time after I had rung in advance.
A friendly young man greeted me and confirmed the booking details.
I was dropping my bags in the terminal in a matter of minutes.
On return my car was ready and waiting for me after ringing from baggage reclaim.
The same friendly man greeted me and I was on the road only minutes after exiting the terminal building. All in all a very good meet and greet experience. Highly recommended.

Reliable, polite, friendly and good value for money
We take long flights with the children and I don't like being in a taxi on the way home. A round trip by taxi from our house to the airport is twice the price of this car parking service. I thoroughly recommend it.

Not too bad
Pick up and drop off was fine, but there were a lot of muddy footprints left in the foot well and also the car had been driven 50 miles...apparently it had to go to an over flow car park because being Easter they were very busy.

Very efficient and professional service.
We don't normally fly from Heathrow for our holidays so was dreading at the thought of trying to find a reputable meet and greet service. I was recommended MGP by my usual meet and greet provider I use at Gatwick. The two week charge was less than I expected to pay at Heathrow and was less than I normally pay for two weeks at Gatwick. The drivers were well presented in their uniforms and professional and gave me confidence that my cherished car would be looked after. Thoroughly recommended and will use every time we fly from Heathrow.

efficient and friendly
Price reduction for loyalty. It takes the unpleasantness away from the final leg of the journey home. No park and ride, trains or wating for taxis.
The service is excellent, but the car does come back filthy. I do think they could wash the car as a demonstration of the value placed on customer loyalty.

Great for the drop off, waited 10 minutes for the car to be returned
The car was in the same condition I dropped it off - phew!
I have never had to wait for the car to be returned with other meet and greet services.

English speak & understand would have been nice
The drop off was a nightmare, the guy to collect the car could not understand us and visa versa.
In the end we had to just leave it with him or miss check in.
The collection on return was great, polite prompt etc, only thing was car was very muddy on return, would probably use again now we know what to do.

Great service!
I recently used MGP for a trip out of Heathrow. Very prompt service and the staff were extremely friendly. Car was waiting for us within 10 minutes of our phone call on arrival. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent company which did everything it promised.
First time with MGP Heathrow and won't be the last. Booking was very easy and then four days before my flight I had to change the vehicle I was driving. No problem - the change was dealt with immediately and without fuss. Then two days before my flight I had to change terminals - again no problem and dealt with immediately.
On the day of arrival we received a call 30 minutes before our agreed arrival time and advised we would be ten minutes early - our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and off we went. The return trip was even easier - we rang when we had collected our luggage and by the time we had cleared customs and walked to our meeting point the car had been delivered. From phone call to being out of the airport in our car took less than 15 minutes.
A great company to deal with and also one that was offering best value for the dates we wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and absolutely no reason to look anywhere else the next time I park at Heathrow.

Could be faster
Seem to always be 10 minutes later to pick up or drop off than asked for - very annoying at the end of a long trip
Also cars obviously parked in a very muddy area as carpets covered in mud on return
Not the best experience

Good value
Good value for money and convenient meet and greet service.
Flew from Heathrow T5 and was met by a uniformed representative of the company in the short stay business parking. Quick and efficient service. On return car delivered back within 15 mins of me calling them as promised.
Only improvement point would be to enhance the directions given with a map and also to update the drop off point which has been moved to a different part of the car park than detailed on their instructions.

Great service and value for money
The meet and greet called me when we were on our way which was very helpful and were waiting when we arrived at the airport. They called when we landed and I rang back when we had our luggage and car arrived as we got to the meeting point. Very efficient and great service. Good value for money too I would be happy to use them again.
