Excellent service
I booked the wrong time, they changed it, we were then held up in traffic and late in arriving, it was no bother. Finally we returned to a different terminal to the one we left from; one quick call and they brought the car around to the new terminal.
I will be using this service every time that I travel from Heathrow.

Brilliant,outstanding service
We were met on time by an unusually courteous member of the company who unpacked the car,found a trolley and loaded it for us.The car was ready at our arrival and we were on our way within 15 minutes of picking up our bags.This is the way to travel from now on.

Good service and very reliable.
A good service from this company. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait (up to 15 minutes) for the car to appear - and this always feels worse after a long haul flight, but it's still really great value for money and the staff are always friendly. I am very happy using them and will continue to do so.

Great choice, great service.
Great service, why more people don't use valet services is beyond me, especially when arriving back in the UK.
We were delayed in immigration, the company were aware of the problems and called me just as we had cleared, we collected our bags and our car was waiting at the arranged meeting point.
We always use valet services now, no hanging around for shuttle buses or expensive taxi services.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
We arrived at Heathrow and the gentleman was there to take our car away.
Arriving back to Heathrow with three very tired and grumpy children my car was waiting for me.
This was a quick and hassle free service, no waiting around.
Also communication with MGP was excellent.
I will from now use this service when travelling abroad by air.

Excellent service
This valet service is very efficient. Only one phonecall away, and the representative was waiting for my arrival at the terminal. No hassles nor paperwork to complete. Idem at return. And this at very competitive pricing. I will choose it again when travelling next time.

Excellent service, highly recommended.
Despite being over an hour late arriving at Heathrow, the driver was waiting for us on arrival.
On our return, we rang as we were waiting for our luggage, as suggested, and were told that the driver was already waiting outside.
Being able to leave your car with a driver right outside departures and be met on return eases some of the hassles involved in airport travel.

Excellant service, no waiting around whatsoever.
We will definitelt use your service again, it so much easier and cheaper than staying overnight in a hotel and having to get transport to the airport. Only having to drive to Heathrow gave us another hour to spare. Thank you.

A really good service and would use again!
I had some travel delays due to roadworks and concerned that might miss my flight...however the transition at Heathrow was seamless and cannot fault the service and how the company ensured the car drop off was completed ASAP. The pick up was also faultless.
Would not hesitate in using this service again...thanks.

Excellent service, efficient and professional
This is the fourth time I have used MGP. I think they are one of the best for parking. Last couple of times I have had lost baggage which has meant time delays in collecting car, I thought this might be a problem - absolutely not MGP were just so easy to deal with. Would recommend you use them.

Good service although T3 took longer than T5
Overall an easy experience on drop-off however pick up took about 20 mins which is longer than I would have expected and certainly longer than when I travelled at T5 (7am).
That said it's still good value for money and hassle free.

Never again!
I left my my Mercedes with this company for 15 days, on my return i asked the driver if he there were any problems, he replied that I needed new brake calipers as my car was vibrating under braking. The car was fine when I left it with them and the problem upon closer inspection was simply that the tyre was flat. How far it had been driven like this I have no idea, the tyre itself has been fine ever since so, luckily no damage done. It is however clear from this incident that these people have little knowledge of cars (however, they are generous with their bad advice), and do not undertake pre-delivery inspections of vehicles that have been parked unused for long periods.
It frightens me to even consider how my tyre became flat!
To be fair to MGP the rest of their service was fine.
Incidentally, the company asked me to rate them on here - but only if I was happy!!, this obviously renders a review site pointless so once again i have ignored their advice.

I was shocked to see your review and I can assure you that I will look into this matter via out internal systems. I will then happily publish my findings on Trust Pilot, as you are correct that these matters should be aired in the open where appropriate. This is an internal process that is documented and due process will take a number of days.
I take matters such as yours very seriously and my belief is that our customers should ALL receive nothing less than exemplary service.
I apologise for delayed response to your review, I also have been away for 2 weeks so have only just become aware of this issue.
Dear Mr Stevens
I have investigated this incident and these are my findings.
We do not know how the tyre deflated. There is no damage to your wheel and the tyre has remained inflated since I presume.
I am assured that the driver who returned your vehicle has been taken off driving duties and this situation has been raised to all other drivers. Any issue with a car such as this will need the driver to stop and inspect the vehicle before continuing with the journey.
I am glad no harm was done and fully understand and appreciate your feedback here. We have nothing to hide and this incident is down to the human error of the driver and his assumptions about your car.

Continued Exemplary Service
We don't usually fly from Heathrow, we prefer the scale of our regional airport, so anything that makes the experience easier, less hassle, is to be welcomed.
We've used MGP three or four times now and can't recommend the service highly enough. The price represents very good value for airport parking and to have the luxury of the Meet&Greet service tops-off the holiday.

Brilliant service - cant beat them
