called 30 minutes before arrival at airport and yet still had to call 4 times when I arrived to find out when driver would be there. was told I was in the wrong location, but was where the email said to be.
return was even worse - called to say was ready to pick up call and then had to call a further 3 times to find out where to go as. 1st time told one thing, then another, the another. asked why your operator didn't just give me full proper instructions the first time and to quote your employee was told "you are an idiot"! appalling way to behave, should be disciplined but will no doubt just deny he made the comment. won't be using again and wouldn't recommend using your service either.
