Caused a little bit of anxiety on departure as they did not have a record of my booking ( hence no text message 20 mins before booking time ) however I phoned the office and they arranged for someone to meet me at the airport and it did get sorted. Pick up was fairly smooth a bit of a wait but no real problem . I would have no problem in using again
A good service. Staff there waiting for me on departure and car brought back within 5 mins of waiting on arrival. The price was very reasonable and I would use the company again and recommend them to others.
Good value for money, and takes hassle out of airport parking and transfer to terminal. Impressed with text and call checking in advance of dropping off and on arrival at Heathrow. Misunderstanding of pick up point in short term car park was probably my fault as I didn't hear that it was on level 3 of car park but driver called me when I didn't arrive after a few minutes. All in all would recommend this service.
Fully delighted with this company. I do NOT usually fly from Heathrow as I live close to Gatwick, so I asked the company I use at Gatwick to recommend a company at Heathrow. This company was the recommendation and they were great. The guy was waiting for us when we arrived and was courteous and smart. When we returned we waited for no more than 5 mins and he turned up in the same manner as departure. I can do no more than recommend them highly. If I fly again from Heathrow, I will definitely use this company.
I HAD BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE THEN WHEN I CALLED EN ROUTE TO AIRPORT YOU HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING, BUT SAID SOMEONE COULD COME OUT. I SAID I WAS GOING TO T5, THEN WHEN I CALLED FROM T5 THEY SAID DRIVER HAD GONE TO T1, HE WAS RUDE UNHELPFUL SAYING IT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM, AND THREATENED TO NOT COME AND COLLECT MY CAR. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AND NOW ABOUT TO MISS MY PLANE SO A VERY HELPFUL MAN FROM A COMPETITOR OFFERED TO ASSIST AND TAKE MY CAR. I JUST MADE MY PLANE, AND ON MY RETURN MY CAR WAS WAITING FOR ME - VERY EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM METEOR. ONLY GOOD SERVICE WAS FROM GILL DARBY WHO HAS EMAILED , APOLOGISED AND REFUNDED MY MONEY. IT IS UNLIKELY I WILL BE USING MGP AGAIN.
