Everything was easy and the stuff was sent and arrived very quickly.
Bought this under suit as a birthday present for my husband, and he is delighted with it. However, when I unpacked it, it had a label marking it as £10 less than I was charged. This is not good customer relations!
Got exactly what I needed in good time, a small delay but was kept informed and happy to shop here again in the future
Have placed about 3 orders over last 6 months and nothing is in stock. Takes about 10 days each time for payment to come back from their Paypal account. Wish they would not put things on their website for sale that they do not even have!
I discovered my dive computer's battery was dead 3 days prior to my dive holiday. I thought I would have to rely on my buddies computer for my dive information but Mikes Dive Store delivered my replacement battery in double quick time.
Excellent product, It is cheaper than buying from a dive shop, where my local shop charges 25 pounds sterling.
We ordered an item online from Mikes Dive Store late one evening - the next morning they tried three different phone numbers repeatedly until they got hold of someone to explain that they had just sold the last one they had in stock but had re-ordered the item and it would be with us the next day - and sure enough it was! We were really impressed with the client focus and communication - we shall certainly use Mikes Dive Store again and would have no reservations about recommending them.
The team were extremely helpful and accommodating putting together some superb dive gear packages to me and my dive buddies out in Saudi within a tight time frame. They were extremely patient with my string of email queries and changes. This is the second time I have made substantial orders with them and both times I have valued their expertise, honest recommendations and judgement. If any item was delayed they emailed me immediately with new delivery times. Overall, I would highly recommend both their efficiency and choice of quality dive gear. I placed an order. I paid right away. but after a week you answer that you are looking forward to receiving the goods. I need the products by May 7 to take the drysuit course. probably I now have to buy back the goods again in another shop. you should advise us if you do not have the goods in stock!
Four days before our holiday my husband and I discovered we needed new wetsuits - the next size up!!! I rang around the main suppliers but none had my husband's size in stock. Christian offered with confidence to meet our deadline. 3 other suppliers didn't make this gesture. Thanks to Christian the wetsuits arrived as promised. Mental note 1) always check your wetsuit fits before your hols 2) always shop with Mike's Dive store for an exceptional service. Thank you.
Ordered 2 items online and paid for next day delivery. Apparently neither items were in stock so had to wait. Had to chase up after which one item was sent. Had to chase up second item which was promised by Friday 26th. Just received a text to say it will arrive Monday 29th, some 18 days after ordering. No refund offered for next day delivery!
It would help if when ordering that the website noted that items were out of stock and would need to be ordered.
I don't like writing a bad review. I have used MWW before and service was better.
Generally a good service and happy with the product purchased. I would point out however, the horrendously excessive packaging (A4 size plastic bag) for such a small item (size of a credit card, but slightly heavier) and excessive expense for overnight delivery (£6 odd). Did think the packaging could be reduced substantially along with the price of delivery.
I emailed and asked if the items I wanted to buy were in stock,and received a prompt reply telling me they were, so I placed the order online, and added a few items on, unfortunately one of the items I added on was out of stock, however they sales staff contacted me and told me that they would have everything in 3 days and could I wait on the order. True to there word everything was delivered 3 days later.
Exceptional Service. I was contacted by phone as the variant I wanted was out of stock, and given the option to change or wait for new stock. I waited and the 'Show price" was honoured, payment taken on date of despatch.
Free delivery was by courier with excellent tracking. Was advised by text of date of despatch and scheduled arrival date, with one hour time window sent to us on the morning of delivery.
3rd time now that I have used Mike's Drive Store to order my Mares equipment and again they gave a 1st class service in ordering and obtaining the equipment from Italy.

I probably shouldnt be surprised when I get good, hassle free service from a UK retail outlet but increasingly I am.
I bought a £500+ dive computer in March from Mikes Dive Store which I needed urgently I found exactly what I wanted at a good price.Ordering online was quick and straightforward. It was in stock, it was shipped within hours and delivered the following day to the the correct address in perfect condition. I even got an e.mail first thing in the morning telling me to the nearest 30 minutes what time it would be delivered. Although it was all done online I also spoke to the London store and they were very helpful.
This item did not arrived next day as i paid for next day delivery quite diappointed as they were for my sons birthday.
He was really pleased with them as his were falling to bits.
This has not put me off from ordering from again but will not be paying for next day delivery.
