Intelligent training, inspirational trainer!
Stephen's personality and knowledge in the sales field are second to none. After being in my new sales job for just over a week having never been in a sales job before, i spent a couple of hours with Stephen and using some of the techniques he taught me, i managed to close my first appointment. I learn something new every time he's in the office. Highly recommend his services.

Career-changing training
What a positive experience working with Stephen and Mindcell was! Stephen put me completely at ease; his consultative approach helped identify specific areas for us to work on and measurable goals to achieve. I felt immediate results after our first session, and now, after several hours coaching my confidence is sky high. More importantly for the business, there are tangible sales results; orders coming through the door and a 100% strike rate in securing face to face customer meetings. Enlightening approach
this guy really knows his stuff. I brought him on board after seeing impressive results some friends in other companies were seeing. My team instantly warmed to him and they are much more competent individuals in the areas Stephen has trained them in. He is a very driven chap and we are the better for it!

A very engaging and informative session

Genuine results
Having worked with Stephen and his team for 2 years, I can't recommend them highly enough. Stephen provides hands-on, results driven training. He uses proven techniques to create new business opportunities. Stephen has shown me the importance of using persuasion, hypnotic statements, embedded commands in every contact with prospective clients. In the second year of working with Stephen, I billed 70% more business than the first year of working with him. Needless to say, I will continue to work with Mindcell for the foreseeable future.

Mindcell Training - amazing results in a short space of time!

Well Worth The Money!
Very inspirational and informative day! Stephen has shown me a new way of selling, moving away from the the old fashioned closing techniques and focusing more on what makes people tick. I really learnt a lot, in one day I was given the perfect approach to overcome my number one objection, I could relate what I was learning about existing clients - and found new ways to further my relationships with them. I found the course great value for money and will definitely be working with Stephen again in the future.
