I placed an order on February 2nd, my paypal was charged February 4th. It's now February 18th and I can't even track the package. I tried to email the company last week and haven't heard a thing from them. I have to attend a wedding this weekend and now I have to order something and have it express delivered in order to get it on time. Thanks Misguided......appropriate name! I feel like I've been "misguided" by your company!!
I usually use misguided when I'm looking for going out / party wear with a budget- half of the time when they arrive they look NOTING like the picture and are such cheap and tacky material I send them back - MASSIVE annoyance having to wait they are by far the slowest company to issue a refund- my last order they only refunded me for half of the products I returned !!!! ALSO I washed a black n white playsuit inline with the instructions... In comes out with grey sleeves- RETURN THIS OBVIOUSLY BECUS IM NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND ?!?! WTF was I not meant to wash the item after I'd worn it or....- 0/10 customer service !!!!
I ordered 6 items from misguided, upon receiving my package I noticed that I did not receive what I Ordered! In the parcel I received a play suit I never ordered in a size that I wouldn't order instead if a bodysuit I had picked from the website! The invoice included said that it included the bodysuit but this was not what I received! Not a happy customer
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from such a bad company. Do not buy from misguided you will find just as nice clothing from a website who appreciate their customers and don't want to take your money then forget about you!, it's not worth the aggrevation it causes from not getting your items to reply to messages to be made to feel like your in the wrong!!, trust me buy from boohoo or fashion union or asos, these don't not have a clue badly run business.

I purchased my items last Friday for next day delivery as were needed for the Saturday night. I live in a quiet area and was up since 7am awaiting my parcel, when 1 oclock came I decided to track it's whereabouts to see if it as nearly here only to my disbelief to find the status was delivered and left behind a gate!
A total lie as no delivery van came near also NO card was left buy the courier obviously because you can't leave a card if you come no were near the area.
Now I've received an email telling me what I already told them!!! And told to wait whilst there is an investigation, Ifi wasn't so anoid it would be comical.
No refund or no offer to send the items out again whilst they investigate, I the customer is left without my goods without an explanation and without my money and now despite my numerous emails supplying my telephone number I've heard nothing since Saturday so am I to assume ive been ripped off by a company who advertise on TV.
I repeat DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

Return dress I wore for 2 hrs. Little gold balls came off. Dress was returned to me saying I should have sewn spare balls on . Disgusting way to treat a customer. They didn't even send me the replacement balls back and I'm sure there was only about 2. I want a refund for faulty goods and I quote this from their website " Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. FAULTY
No balls were returned to me and I am in touch with trading standards. At this moment Your reply is the same as last time. I did not have any replacement balls and tell me what happens if I wore it more than once. Are you going to keep supplying me with replacement balls. I am awaiting a return call from consumer rights
First off I will say that I am an avid online shopper and I have NEVER in my life dealt with such horrible customer service. I placed an order with Misguided earlier this month(APRIL) around the 8th or 9th. I received an email shortly after stating that my order had been dispatched. I was also provided with a tracking number that DID NOT work. This didn't alarm me at first because I assumed that maybe it would take a business day or two before tracking information was available. However, after 5 days of no tracking information being available I contacted customer support with my concerns. I was told that my order was definitely in route and that I should have it on or before April 23rd. It is now April 24th and I still have no package and no functional tracking number. This is absolutely ridiculous. I live in the US and have ordered from both the UK and China on multiple occasions and have never waited this long or had any type of issues with my package arriving to me. Needless to say once this issue is resolved I will not be ordering from this company again.
Hello, This is my first time purchasing something from Missguided. I Love the unique clothes and the great prices, I live in the United States (Richmond, VA) but I have some questions that I'm a little concern about. I ordered about five items on April 12th (#101926536) for my Birthday and It's now April 17th; and I just wanted to know when should I expect my orders. I'm not trying to be anxious or rude because I understand that the store is over seas and it takes time, but I started to read the comments on the store and I'm a little worried if I gave my money to the wrong company.I spend over $70 to get the free shipping, I really Love the stores at whole but I don't want to spend money and my purchase come 3 months later. I'm new at ordering and I just want someone to tell me approx. how long does it take to ship from the Uk to the US? I tried to use the tracking device you guys provided but it wouldn't go through. Does that mean it hasn't shipped out yet? How long does it takes? Hopes to here something soon. Thanks
I made an order with misguided on Thursday 30th August 2012, the order was arranged for next day delivery. Unfortunately I was not in when my order arrived and I arrived home to find a note put through my door saying the parcel had been thrown over side gate! After checking my garden I did not find my parcel and my gate had been left open. I have not been able to find a telephone number to talk to a member of the misguided customer care team so have sent 3 separate emails. None of these have been responded to and I am now anxious that I have spent 195 pounds with this company and have no parcel. Feel even more worried after reading so many terrible comments.
I have been trying to speak to their customer service the whole weekend and have received no reply.
Over the weekend I have tried to buy a skirt 3 times and my order was never confirmed, the website kept saying my card was not processsed.
I have never received and email saying any of my orders was confirmed, so I wrote to you customer services on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, asking for help, and if you could cancel 2 orders as my intention was to buy 1 skirt not 3!!!!!
Now I have received and email saying me delivery is on its way. I ask myself: will I receive 3 skirts now? This is unnacceptable and I am very unhappy with thei customer service as a tried to warn you about my order.

i ordered my may ball dress on the 13th may, for next day delivery, and it didn't arrive! instead my order was put on hold as apparently my address was high risk, i was asked to provide proof of address and proof of ID, as i live at university it was my university halls address that i provided i emailed the company to say that i could provide proof of id and that i lived at university, a week on i have heard nothing, whether or not they can intact deliver to this address or as to whether i will receive a refund! with a week to the ball i am now very nervous i will not have a ball dress and will be out of pocket!!

I ordered some amazing heels from misguided yesterday and chose next day delivery, i received a message stating that i need to present a form of ID and a proof of address! This is really hard to do since I'm a student in boarding school, i have ordered clothes from ASOS and there was no problem at all. My order for the shoes are quite urgent due to prom. I really hope that this will be solved and I'll get my shoes on time (end of this week! )
I received a package with two items missing with no information as to why I'd still been charged for them, I did receive a refund within a week so I was ready to give them the benefit of the doubt but the following items were of extremely poor quality two with broken zips sent out!! After returning the items I heard nothing back so I sent 6 emails! I received one reply that was nothing to do with my problem and the others they didn't even bother to respond to. I know the package had been received as I kept the receipt with the ID numbers on but they seem more than happy not refunding the items. I am now £43.00 short of the money I paid with no idea if they'll ever bother to pay this back I would warn anyone reading reviews not to purchase ANYTHING from this site and I just wish I had read reviews prior to buying but I have never had any issues ever from other online clothes sites.
