I new from the first time that all parts coming from France. 3 days delivery turned out in 12 days but this is only part of the story. I have ordered 7 different parts for my car, and when box arrived I discovered that UPS lost a wheel bearing. Representative told me that they are replacing the bearing but again I am waiting a week. The car is off the road. Total inconvenience
Read a few reviews about this company, but thought id give em a go as the part I needed quite clearly stated it was in stock on their website with a nice bright green tick and words saying "in stock". Paid for it, only to find out that 3 days later when I hadn't received it, I thought id check on the delivery progress. Guess what, theres a nice little message waiting for me explaining that not only did they not have it in stock but their own suppliers didnt have the part in stock. No email, no phone call, nothing. Hang on.... didnt you say you had it in stock? Anyway thank goodness it was too expensive and I paid through paypal. Lets see how long it takes for me to get a refund. What a waste of my time! Not impressed. They've put all their efforts into the window display and completely forgotten about the stock room.

Zunächst war nicht genau definiert um welche Stückzahl es sich handelt. Das allein ist schon betrugsverdächtig. Man kauft sich z..B. ja auch nicht einen Schuh bei Zalando etc. Also und dann der Hammer !!! Bei Rücksendung erhält man kein Geld mehr zurück. Wo gibt es denn sowas ????
Waited 6 days for "48 hour delivery" and still nothing showed up. Left me with my car off the road and no means of transport. Zero contact or information regarding my order and had to phone a premium rate number to a call center in India to be told they would be arriving next day (which was a lie). I won't be using again. and i would advise against others doing so.

Der Fehler kann nur bei Mister Auto liegen.Aber eine Rücknahme ist nicht möglich.
In meinen Augen ist das reine Abzocke .Also besser Hände weg von Mister Auto.
Mister Auto accepted order and took payment.
A couple of days later they cancelled the order. I contacted them by the way of a premium rate telephone call and was told the order had been cancelled as the parts were not in stock.
When asked when they would return my payment I was told in a couple of days time.
It appears that they only return your payments after some undetermined timeframe at their will.
They use your money on cancelled orders to bankroll their organisation, I guess it is the only way they can make a profit.

Der bestellte Artikel (lagernd) wurde kurzerhand ohne Nachfrage im Logistikcentrum durch einen billigeren ersetzt. Aufgrund der Bauartabweichungen ist dieser Austauschartikel 100% nicht kompatibel! Im Kundencenter hatte ich leider den polizeibekannten Herrn Vict** am Telefon ,der sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ war. Eine Erneute Lieferung des bestellten Artikels wurde abgelehnt,da ich schließlich einen Ersatzartikel erhalten habe.Geld ist weg und der Ersatzartikel ist fürn Schrott.

Unfreundlicher Support, 0180-Nummer, der deutschen Sprache bedingt mächtig usw...

I ordered parts, received an email with a fedex tracking number and thought nothing more. 4 days later I checked the tracking, and had to ring fedex. They said they never received the parcel. Contacted mister-auto, they said they would look into it. A week later I raised a case through Paypal, and have still heard nothing from them. Rubbish, avoid at ALL costs. Their parts are cheaper for a reason.
Ordered wipers which came as a different brand due to "stock availability" and were for a left hand drive car so didn't fit! Called to get a return and they wanted to deducted £5.95 for delivery! Complained about this as the consumer rights act protects buyers under distant selling laws but still no refund and waiting on a "review by accounts department"
For £5 more Halfords sell you the same products and you know what you're getting.
Yes, this is French company, but they don't hide it and have office in London.
Price of high quality (TRW) products was lower than poxy low quality parts on Ebay.
No problem with payment, Credit Card accepted without any issues.
Item despatched from Paris on Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Full tracking (FedEx) supplied. Delivery cost only £5 + £1.99 for free return if items are not as expected.

tried to buy some parts using paypal to pay, they wanted extra info sent before the transaction could be completed.
Drivers license and a Utility bill all for £250. I have since found out the parts were wrong anyway!!
I ordered car parts on Tuesday 15 May, received an email giving an estimated delivery date of Thursday 17 May.
Nothing received by Monday 21 May, the website says 48 hours delivery, so I phoned the number they give. A guy with a strong accent tells me that they have an office in the UK but the parts come from their main department in France.
He then went on to say that three days last week were a bank holiday in France, so nothing was moving in that time.
I am absolutely flabbergasted, and there is no way I will use this company again.
UPDATE: He lied to me. I've since found online that only Thursday was a French public holiday, by which time my order should have reached the UK and been on its way to me.
Oct.2013 Update: Four months for Mister-Auto to post a reply is on a par with the speed my order took, lol. How can they say they need up to a few days to prepare an order when the site said 48 hours delivery?

I thought if a company has a .co.uk domain name, then they are a uk company and my order will come from the uk.. Well not with these guys. It's a French Company and my parts came from France.. Warranty is useless, they won't return my calls because the parts they sent are completely wrong and actually look second hand.. There should be a law against companies pretending to be English..
