appauling
Having paid for next day delivery it took 10 days for part of the order and 4 weeks later is till do not have one item, even as I was told it was being shipped last week noting arrived. as for the support e-mail it took 4 days to respond I would not recommend to my worst enemy

Good service and communication
I bought a phone from them which arrived swiftly.
Unfortunately it developed a fault, and they didn't have any spares in stock and was unable to repair or replace it within an acceptable time frame.
They did, however, provide a refund immediately.
I would happily buy from them again.

Recommended. I was very impressed
I love my Wildfire S so decided to buy one as a gift for my Mum. I scoured the internet and chose MobiCity to purchase from as they offered good prices. I thought it would be a while before we received the phone but it was delivered within days. Excellent!! Great follow up emails

Good customer service and well priced products
Although it was my first time purchasing smartphones from MobiCity, I am very pleased to say that their service quality and products are top notch. Every problem and concern that I had was answered within a day or less. Their security verification is amazing also. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
