You may have to wait a while for delivery but the products are very competitively priced and original! I do have issues with Customer Service with MobiCity. Whilst they do have a telephone number it's very difficult to talk to anyone there and they don't return messages. Products always arrive (just a little delayed sometimes). If they sort out the Customer Service issues I'd happily give them the top rating possible
never bought from MobiCity before - noticed that their UK base is in Manchester, just up the road from me.
Ordered my S4 Dual Sim, and 2 days later it had arrived - so, their stock status is obviously spot on. I understand that some product is shipped from the Far East, upon order - so I guess that'd add a few days or so.
Great and clear comms from MobiCity, and I was able to track my delivery inbound. The specific phone needed flashing with a different ROM , to remove the stock Chinese software on the phone - again, I knew about this as MobiCity were clear about it before I bought. And MobiCity's 'how to' worked flawlessly, so I was up and running in an hour or so, with a UK English ROM.
I'll have no worries about buying from MobiCity again, when I next need a phone. Recommended.
If your going to advertise an item you claim to have in stock, make sure you actually have it in stock first. It's a bit shady taking a customers money first to buy the item for the customer.
Lack of real time information meant that the customer does not know what the current progress is; they don't really know where the item is or when it will actually arrive.
Special delivery means special delivery and usually arrives the next day, it does not mean, special delivery after dispatch from MobiCity's UK Depot, once they get the item shipped to them from another country. That is misleading and your not actually offering them a service that's special in any way.
If you get feedback via email, and then won't accept what is said, but alter the main website quickly to fix a problem, then lie to the customer and tell them it was their fault as it was clearly shown as out of stock before they clicked add to basket. Just make sure they did not take a screenshot before they proceeded to the checkout (makes you look rather shifty I think).
I won't be using MobiCity ever again, and I have friends all over the world; two of my friends considered purchasing phones from MobiCity (Nokia Lumia, and Samsung Galaxy Note), but I shared my experiences and now they have purchased phones from elsewhere.
Also my Phone arrived with the language set to Chinese Cantonese and It took most of the morning to figure out how to change the language to English... Shady company avoid...
Good service. At first MobiCity tried to used DPD to deliver to my home address (doesn't really work, DPD come when I'm at work and then leave a card offering you the opportunity to pay extra for a delivery at a convenient time). But when I contacted MobiCity they rearranged delivery to my work address. It would have been easier if MobiCity had used Royal Mail Special Delivery, or one of the more flexible delivery companies, in the first place.
I'm completely satisfied with the product and the price.
if I had wanted a fone from hong kong I would have just ordered it from e-bay, I didn't but that's what I got!!, no warranty card, all documentation in Chinese?? don't speak it so can't really be sure, and charger needs a dodgy looking adapter, none of this was apparent at time of ordering, oh and it took ages to come as they had to order it from who knows where, would have sent it back but read reviews where people ended up with no item or money so decided to keep it, oh and in messaging there are small letters, capitals, numbers....and Chinese/ wateva!!
Bought a phone from this website. The delivery was rather quick.
However a couple of days after I received, I noticed that there are two dead pixels on the screen.
For any major online retailer, or phone company, this would be a straight forward case of replacing with a new unit.
When I approached them asking for warrenty repair, and provided photo evidence as required, the help desk support guy started to bullshit about some 15 dead pixel criteria. When I asked him where does this number 15 come from, he couldnt answer.
The fact is that dead pixel is already a rare defect in display product nowadays. I had several smart phones, lcd tv, computer monitors, and the worst case I seen was one dead pixel, on my motorola phone, and they repaired it for me. So let alone 15!!! Amazon replaced a xperiz z1 for my friend just because of one dead pixel as well.
The guy then said that I can just return the phone and they will refund. To me this is just bully. So I spent the time and money and got nothing at the end?
Its a simple reasonable repair case well within the warrenty period. And they still refuse to fulfill.
I suggest to avoid if possible.

I ordered 2 tablets 5th January. As of today (21st Jan) these items have still not arrived despite delivery stated as Royal Mail First Class. I have just emailed them to follow up. Lets hope that they will send the items by end of the week.
First time I have used mobycity and I will use them again. I placed an order for a samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition and I searched for the best price, well mobycity beat everyone by nearly £100. I was kept informed right the way through from asking questions, placing my order and finally delivery. I can only say I was very impressed with the product and service that came with it. I could not have asked for a more informed experience, and I honestly couldn’t even suggest they do anything better. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone, tablet or gadget to seek out mobycity and try them first, i’ll bet you go back after trying the rest. Thanks for a great deal.
I am happy and confident buying items from mobicity. The customer service (online and phone) is very good and the staff are trustworthy, courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery of my Samsung Gear was very fast, and the store managed to get hold of Note 10.1 32gig 4g when it was not yet available in UK. The refund policy is very reassuring. I will recommend Mobicity.
Don't get me wrong the product arrived in just over a week, it said in stock. In reality it was ordered in from Hong Kong to Manchester before being shipped to me. There is a lack of clarity on this point on the website.
That said I have the item and love it. Just not sure I would use MobiCity again as I don't know if I have a UK warranty.
Had very gentle and and quick answers about my item from Mobicity Support Team. Great thanks for their patience because I had (as I suppose) lot of stupid questions. Finally got my parcel earlier than expected. Good luck to all Mobicity team.
Because the Lumia 1520 had only just come on the market, it was very difficult to find a suitable case for the device - after the combing various websites for ages, I was lucky enough to find Mobicity which not only had the appropriate case in stock but also offered the case I needed in good range of colours, of good quality and at a reasonable price. Ordering the case was very simple and straightforward and I was kept informed at every stage of the ordering, order confirmation and order despatch. I didn't really expect to receive the order so quickly because it was just before Christmas - but it arrived very quickly and taking everything into account, I'll definitely be ordering from Mobicity again.
I have purchased this Phone from MobiCity and i use from 3 weeks,but have one problem: The Mobicity UK must deleted from this Phone the all Chinese applications and language when sell this Phone to Europe! The wall chager adaptor is not good for Europe :-( And more one....the answer from Support to me-mails is very slow... :-( The quarantee papers i have not received whit phone and this quarantee is very important for buyers! Fast and friendly . I had doubts at first for reading the bad reviews but I thought I'd go for it any way and the service and time from purchased to delivery and package was fantastic .
