I ordered a decal and Moskys took over 1 month to deliver it - no updates were received in that time, and there was no warning prior to ordering that it would take so long. Worse still, the P&P they had charged was about 3 times the true cost. The product itself was very low quality, creased and wrinkled, and came with no instructions, and couldn't be used. They don't provide any returns info; don't have an e-mail address; their phone line redirects to a mailbox; and they didn't reply to any of the messages I left or sent via their website. After returning the product, they didn't issue a refund and didn't reply to any of my messages chasing it up. In other words, they just took my money and ran. I've opened a case with Trading Standards - hopefully they can take action against Moskys to stop this happening.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This is a scam company. I ordered some wall stickers with a LivingSocial voucher. I waited a month but I still haven't received my product, contacted Moskys, they said they delivered it to our old address (where I do not live for 2 years now, God knows where they got that address from), they say they redelivered it to my new address, however I am home all week, never received it, nor a note, nor a postman knows about. They refusing to give me a refund and want another 3£ to deliver it again. ??!!! Something they have not done and refusing to even show me a proof of delivery. This redelivery charge is the only way they can make up for profit loss for using Groupon or LivingSocial. I am very disappointed that Groupon or Livingsocial are still associated with this scam company. Avoid at any cost!
Moskys despatched my ipad bluetooth keyboard (bought with a groupon voucher) late and when it arrived it was obvious without even removing it from the box that it was broken as a key was missing. I contacted then to ask about how to return it and was given an apology, an address and an assurance that a replacement would be despatched the next day. Three weeks later and numerous unanswered emails later they are now claiming that they cannot find it in their returned items and hence I will not get a replacement. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY £30. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHODDY EXCUSE FOR A FIRM.
I purchased a wall art sticker from Moskys via a Groupon promotion. The item arrived poorly packaged and was damaged beyond use. I reported the issue via Moskys website immediately... no response. Reported it again through the same link on the website.... no response. Emailed Moskys directly... got a bounce back saying email address had changed. Emailed new address... no reponse. Contacted Groupon... they contacted Moskys on my behalf... finally got a response of false promises. I returned the item to Moskys, forwarded proof of purchase as directed by them. I was supposed to have got a full refund plus reimbursement of my return shipping costs. I have written to Moskys several times since this saga began in November 2011.
I am beyond frustrated with the whole experience... and from looking at the majority of the feedback below I can see I am not the only one.
Moskys... do you review feedback from this site? Do you believe this level of service is the best way to grow your customer base and get return custom?
I purchased an aluminium case for an Ipad on 29 February 2012 via Groupon and Moskys and I am still waiting.
I have sent several emails to both with very similar responses. Groupon claims that as long as Moskys gives a delivery date of this week, next week, sometime never, that they are meeting their lagal requirement. Neither company are prepared to put the customer first and they are a disgrace to the retail trade. I shall keep you all posted.
I bought an item from this company although it took a little while to arrive they keep me informed about what was happening,I was happy with the item when it arrived,the 2 times I emailed them they responded within 24 hrs,I am planning on buying a second item from them,it would have been 5 stars if the item had arrived quicker
Got my product after ages using groupon voucher. Realised they are bunch of liars. Bought the ipad2 keyboard Hiked up the prices 4-5 times then saying 60% discount even then the price for the same keyboard elsewhere is 33% cheaper than buying from groupon.
NEVER buy from them. Be extremely careful when buying goods with groupon deals otherwise you risk getting ripped off by these rogue companies.
I read these reviews after I had ordered the product, bluetooth keyboard for iPad, and did initially think about asking for my money back, but thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt! I found them extremely easy to deal with, excellent communication where I had entered my address incorrectly, they let me know they had amended and verified my address. Moskys emailed me to let me know when to expect the item and it arrived earlier than expected! So alls I can say is that I received an excellent service.
There is a reason why this company sells so much through groupon etc, they are junk, received my watch 5 weeks after order placed, no correspondence whatsoever and it was clearly unfinished, the strap was broken, obvious to someone who must have packed it! I contacted them 9 times, with no reply, in end contacted groupon, but never got postage refunded, they are the worst customer service you will come across, if they bother to reply.. After much threatening with oft etc, they told me send it back, which I did, surprise nothing then, no refund no email no replacement. Despite numerous emails, its now 11 weeks since I paid and I want to ensure that others dont fall fowl to this horrendous company who seem to value their customers as nil.. do not buy you have been warned!
DO NOT BUY from this company. They have no customer service at all. I have requested a refund from my credit card company instead as I was overcharged when I try using Living Soical voucher. I used their online form twice and have yet to receive any response and this is almost 3 months now. I have forfeited my living social voucher instead as they claimed the Mosky will honor my deal. I have not faith in this company nor living social as they took more than 2 months to response.
delivery was late but expected that as my order was with a groupon code....received 2 of the same items....considering what i paid for postage on top of groupon cost...this has not really been a good deal!
have tried contacting mosky twice via email and their online form, and today through their 0845 number (their voicemail is full and cant take anymore msgs -great and i had to pay to telephone them and hear that useless bit of info!). It's very time consuming to follow up and particularly frustrating when it is with a faceless, poorly organised company like Moskys.
CAUTION***DO NOT BUY FROM MOSKYS -IT IS NOT WORTH HASSLE! Noticed groupon is promoting voucher again today!!! to the 229 people who have bought it so far -its not too late to get a refund! I agree with previous reviews that groupon has some responsibiity in only promoting companies that can meet the deal they offer! for the millionth time to little companies -if u cant meet the demand of customers dont publicise your poor services through a great company such as groupon!!!
ps. insiders tip to the people who have purchased since november2011 on moskys -their prices have been hiked by £6 on EACH decal sticker in order to offer free delivery! OMG COULD IT GET ANY WORSE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
moskys gets 1 star because the items i have received are pretty ok but their range is very limited, overpriced and their so called customer service is abysmal. Bottom line -don't bother....i wouldn't have either but it was too late to get a full refund on my voucher as i had seen another company offer better products for a cheaper rate later on in groupon! :(
Purchased a Lava watch in October 2011, i even got an automated tracking number, but like a lot of people nothing came and even now in February 2012, still nothing. Mosky's have never replied to any of the 20+ emails and Groupon keep telling me they will get back to me (which they don't). Groupon have got to be accountable for their recommendations. I would certainly make sure if you deal through Groupon that you make sure there is a telephone number for the seller.
Purchased stickers via Groupon - they never sent the items, and ignore all forms of contact so that it is impossible to get a refund for the money paid. What I can't understand is why, despite informing Groupon of this (and it obviously being a common occurence going by web comments), Groupon are continuing to work with them. It seems to me to be a real issue of integrity that they continue to sell deals, for which customers have to pay both Groupon and Moskys, when they know customers can't get their money back or their item.
Id already bought my voucher before i read the reviews :-( I wasnt expecting anything worth something and it was to late to get my money back. I got my bands today and so far im happy with them. Maybe I was lucky?
Ordererd a wall decal using a groupon voucher, their website and supposed measurements made it look like it would cover a large wall but in reality, it would cover a kitchen cupboard door. No response despite multiple emails and following their returns policy. How are they getting away with this when it totally goes against all trading standards ans consumer rights?
I ordered a watch via Groupon voucher. It was duly despatched & declared lost by Royal Mail Tracking service. I've filled in 2 x forms on their web - both several times. I've only received 1 automated response and nothing else. All they have to do is claim against Royal Mail but I can't get them to respond to me. I've reported them to Groupon as well - but as yet had no help. *****BEWARE - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE****
