Thank you for leaving feedback and we welcome all comments good and bad because it keeps us on our toes making sure both our products and our service are the very best they can be. I am obviously sorry that you felt we were only worthy of a single star though.

I’ve investigated your order and I think to be fair it’s the suggestion of a smaller truck rather than the insistence of it that perhaps caused this unfortunate failure on our part.

Our is an unusual product insofar as its heavy and bulky even on a small room so that’s why, at every stage of the order, we give information on the type of trucks we use and how the drivers are expected to deliver. We even include photographs of the trucks so the customer has a greater understanding of the delivery process.
Justin I am genuinely sorry that on this occasion we have not met your expectations. We work tirelessly to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible offering the best products at the best prices all wrapped up in the best possible customer service. I think our other reviews demonstrate that level of commitment.

This notwithstanding of course we have not met your expectation on this occasion so as a gesture of goodwill, if you ever redecorate another room, a kitchen, bathroom or patio then please call me personally and I will make sure that we meet and exceed all of your expectations. As you say in your review the product is awesome so you have total confidence in our products.

Thank you for leaving your review. I have checked back through our records and I can see that you ordered the natural, hand-split tile. Did you know that we also offer a perfectly calibrated version of this tile that is all of a uniform thickness of 10mm?

There is always a trade off between price and final product and we do carefully check that everything falls within tolerance.

I hope you reported the split tiles when they were delivered? We ship out replacements free of charge on the same day.
