A big con! Avoid!

well they turned up the first time i booked them, just before Xmas. But made rubbish excuses about how they couldn’t pull the van up exactly outside and were cold anyway as i was the last job of the day, and said they would come back. I wasn’t pleased as i wanted the windows cleaned for xmas but I felt a bit bullied into agreeing. I then spent forever trying to get another appointment, they didnt respond and then sent me an aggressive email saying that it was my fault they had "access problems" and they wouldn’t come back! they finally relented and agreed to return, on 1st April, yes i should have seen the April fools coming! anyway no surprise they didn’t turn up and now don’t respond to any emails, so I have gone back to Living Social for a refund. Do not use !!!

Rip off merchants

After 4 months of trying to contact them I eventually got an appointment which they didnt turn up for. I managed to get through to one of the numbers listed for them and they pretended it was the wrong number. Living social refunded my money instantly when I called them though, obviously received lots of complaints.

Purchased voucher via Living Social for my dad at Xmas to get his windows & guttering cleaned. Voucher cost £25 and expires on 15th March. Only way of contacting them is via email (no phone number). Have emailed them several times but had no reply. Emailed again today and email now comes back as undeliverable! It seems to me that they just took the money via Living Social without ever intending to fulfil the vouchers.

Avoid at all costs!!!

FRAUD SCAMSTER. BEWARE, EMPLOY AT OWN RISK.

bought a coupon from KGBdeals for a pre-paid gutter cleaning service. Did not turn up twice, does not reply to mails. Full Website or receipt for money or deal coupon does not have any phone numbers whatsoever (ah why? faceless fraud behind a web curtain?).
Website has one generic email id for 'contact'. After three mails threatening to http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/evaluate/mtvcleaning.co.uk#complain to trading standards, wrote a one-liner back saying 'We have ceased trading'. Yet website still up and am told, still accepting money and orders.
IF ANY INFO ON THIS FRAUDSTER PLEASE POST WIDELY SO THESE CAN STOP and OTHER PEOPLE DON'T LOSE MONEY.

Didn't turn up TWICE.

I got a voucher from Living Social and booked my appointment. They phoned half an hour before they were due to say there was bad traffic and would not be able to get to me. I rearranged for them to come today and they have not turned up again and I can not get hold of them.

No service

The company did not come to my house after I purchased a Wowcher for gutter cleaning service.

Never turn up

I have purchased a voucher from Wowcher for a gutter cleaning in September, after emailed MTV Cleaning, the service was scheduled on 27th November.
When making the booking, I provided MTV Cleaning with Wowcher code of which they used against my purchase, so even though I have not received service, I could see on Wowcher website that my purchase marked as ‘redeemed’.
On 27th November, I took a day off and waited at home, but no one from MTV Cleaning has ever turned up. I e-mailed them around 11am asking if someone is coming to do the job but no reply, than I went on their website and tried to find their contact number, but their telephone line was ‘temporary’ down – how convenience!
Despite I e-mailed them and left message on their website ‘contact us’, but so far, I did not received any reply and no explanations why they did not show up for the job.
Before I bought the voucher, I was a little concerned about the company because I could not find any reviews about this company online. Because it was not a lot of money (£20 or £25) so I thought just give it a try.
MTV Cleaning sell their promotion vouchers on a few difference website: Wowcher, KGB, Livingsocial, etc. which hundreds of people have purchased from them. I don’t know if this has only happened to me or other people just do not bother to leave a review.
Based on my own experience that I would like to warn you about this company, MTV Cleaning’s offer of gutter cleaning could be a scam, so be careful when you want to make a purchase from them!
