Awesome Jacket ...... Fast Shipping
I was very pleased with jacket and the international shipping was unbelievable. It took 4 days to get to me from UK to California. The only complaint that I have is that the exchange rate was different then what was stated on thier website.
The jacket listed for 589 and i was charged 616 ......... not a huge deal but they should get the pricing corrected.

Love Muubaa's customer service!
Meike at Muubaa has been very helpful in getting my jacket shipped to Sydney, only took 3 days! Then I had to ship it back because the fit wasn't quite right and it was no problem to arrange an exchange for another style and 10 pound refund.

For leather products and their PRICES the fit should be 100% spot on and it wasn't!
My size was far away from fitting me well. Too big around my waist, too small around my legs so not even exchanging was possible. Not everyday you decide to buy £239 trousers! The disappointment afterwards is immense.
Quality of product not equivalent to price
I ordered a leather jacket as a present for my daughter. She had seen it in a department store i Copenhagen. When the jacket arrived by post it appeared to be in a lower quality: The leather semed weeker, the sewing was done with poorer finish, one zipper was defect, there was a change of colour in the leather (a lighter part on the front af the jacket). I have returned the item and will hopefully get my payment back.
Logistically I have no complaints though. The procedures seem to work allright.

Absolutely excellent customer service!
I thought Muubaa was great. Really helpful customer service - the best I've received in a very long time. Meike was great at finding me a jacket that was the exact fit for me. The jacket is beautiful and well made. Muubaa have really gone the extra mile especially given that my order was being shipped to me in Australia.

Beautiful jacket, quick delivery
I saw this jacket in a department store in London but they didn't have it in my size. I spent the rest of my shopping trip hunting down the jacket in all other stores around London, to no avail. When I got home I ordered it on line and it was delivered within two days. That's service!

Amazing jackets!
I ordered 2 different jackets and wanted to chose one, but I couldn't. I will keep them both and skip this year's vacation (and probably next year's, too) because I tried them on and fell in love immediately. They look and feel amazing.
The customer service was great , too. I had to contact them due to problems with the delivery and they were super helpful and nice.

Love the Jacket

I liked the quick shipping.
A bit a shock was, that I got a heavy invoice from Swiss border, which I didn't expect, because you wrote "tax included". So that was a very unhappy moment.

Fantastic service from initial query to returning product as it was not exactly what I required.
I went to see Emeli Sande in concert and she was wearing a most marvellous jacket, I set myself the task of obtaing the sama jacket. Having searched the Internet I came across Muubaa and saw what i believed to be the jacket. Unfortunately the item was out of stock. I e mailed the company who informed me once the product was back in stock and I immediately ordered it. The jacket was delivered very promptly but unfortunately 😟was not the jacket I wanted. I returned the item and the money was reimbursed into my account within days. I emailed the company and described exactly what I want and they have stated they will contact me if one fitting my requirement comes to light. Excellent service. Anyone help with the jacket?

Great service
Muubaa is great. Not only do they have lovely products, the also have great service. I can really recommend this place. They follow you up if there are matters with your order, and the product arrive when promised. I got a friendly and personal e-mail when my delivery was delayed, where they were on the case and followed the order up. And the package then later was delivered as promised. I wish other online shopping experiences were this nice. :-)

Fastest delivery to Australia, LOVE the jacket!
I am really impressed with the service I have received and even more impressed with the speed in which my jacket arrived in Australia. I originally ordered a UK12 (thinking it would be a AU14) but it was too small, so from this I would say the sizing runs small, however I returned it and the new size was dispatched almost immediately. It was less than a 2 week turn around from me sending the jacket from Sydney - MUUBAA doing the exchange and sending it back. The jacket itself - I LOVE IT. the leather is so soft, and looks exactly as the picture. The colour is beautiful (teal). Overall very happy with the product and service. Thank you!

Fantastic Product - Seamless Service
As if it wasn't good enough that the product (lovely ash dyed leather jacket) is fantastic quality and looks and feels so good on, the website was easy to use AND my jacket was shipped within 12 hours of ordering. I ordered on a Sunday night and had my jacket on Tuesday. I was given a 1 hour delivery window which was handy, and the courier delivered right on time. Muubaa...In a word... Faultless.

Just I ordered some goods from GB even later than from your store but they have already came to me (may be it was just good luck:) but in case you are interested they delivered by DHL in 8 days via standard delivery. Fast, helpful delivery of high quality product
My order was dispatched the same day and arrived the next. The gift was just the trick and was of excellent quality. For UK deliveries there is no additional charge.
I ordered something from Muubaa at Christmas, but it was the wrong size. I returned it and was given a full refund without question and was kept fully informed by email from a real person - not just an auto-response!
I recommend Muubaa without reservation.

Customer service like it was in the old days !!
I first used the Muubaa website to ask a question live about stock of a certain jacket .The response was immediate and so helpful .
When I ordered the jacket it was delivered free - and super fast .
I had to exchange it , but again this was done efficiently and without fuss .
Got my new one straight away .Very slick system - they coUld teach other retailers a thing or two .
Only downside is the cost of the products .!!!!!!!!

Had a lot of trouble with the credit reference agency Muubaa uses. Some of the staff were helpful others not so. Not sure I would buy again as the colours of the jackets is not very clear on the website. Would be useful if others customers could post their reviews on their purchases

I'm sorry that you had trouble with our fraud screening. Due to the high value of our goods we do have some quite strict anti-fraud policies in place, otherwise we would be an easy target for online fraudsters. These procedures are in place to not only protect us but our customers too.
It is unfortunate if a customer has trouble ordering because of these procedures, but we do offer alternative payment methods to help get round this, PayPal and Amazon checkout.
Regarding colours, we go to great lengths to photograph our products true to colour. Unfortunately, we cannot control how these might look on different people's computer screens, mobile phones and laptops. We are continually working with our photographers and site designers to improve this for everyone.
