Good report quality

Leather is of very good quality but there are tasks of colours made darker on the clear party and conversely clear tasks on the darker party. General style dip dye is rather achieved well.

Great customer service information over the PHONE, REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. It is key -at least for me - when buying online, to have a phone number where to call and receive clear information from an agent.

Great customer servive, prompt replies and even though I had an issue with an item I was sent a replacement ASAP which I could wear to my function...I am a fan of Muubaa clothing and this experience has made me realise why!

kurze version: schnelle lieferung, super qualität, toller kundenservice
die jacke ist aus tollem leder gefertigt, sehr gut verarbeitet und hat auch qualitativ hochwertige reissverschlüsse/knöpfe. und sie entspricht von der größe her einer 36 (andere muubaa modelle fallen ja teils kleiner aus). ich trage normalerweise 34 und für mich ist diese größe perfekt, da ich so immer noch eine andere dünnen jacke drunter tragen kann. in deutschland ist es halt immer kalt und in hamburg dazu auch noch meistens regnerisch. kleine einschränkung: eine kleine innentasche wäre schön gewesen, daher ein punkt abzug (könnte ich einen halben punkt abziehen, würde ich dies tun. also mein fazig: 4,5 sterne, sehr zu empfehlen

Incredibly beautiful, high quality and comfortable things! Model sizes are true. Each of my jacket is unique. Really love all of my jackets muubaa! Working with clients is also very good, always go to the contact, respond to messages, help, if necessary. It is a pity that the delivery of orders is now more than a month, but do not blame you.

Fabulous Jacket ....Love It !!

I purchased my first Muubaa jacket a few weeks earlier from Free People and fell madly in love with it ....so much that I just had to have another but no third party this time I purchased directly from Muubaa my second jacket and I love them both , within 3 business days I had my second gorgeous jacket , such good service and courier delivery from the UK to Australia .
The leather is so soft and the fit is amazing .....it's summer here so now I just have to keep looking at them until it cools off and I can wear them ;-)

The delivery was excellent, I recieved my Muubaa Sofia Leather Cowl Dress in Black within exactly 4 days!! I'm very Impressed. I opened the package and looked at the dress. Didn't know how I felt about the leather. It didnt look like the photo. Tried on the dress twice. I ordered the UK 6 which is the US 2 the shape of the dress looks almost exact to the photo however I still had a thought in my mind If I should risk sending it back considering I need it for an event and don't have time to find another dress. Not super excited about the dress but It'll do. I have to really be careful what I pair it with.

This company is a mess. I purchased a jacket on their website. I then received an email letting me know that there was a computer error, on their part, and the jacket was sold out. I , then, found the jacket on line for $200 less than Muubaa was offering it. I purchased that jacket. THEN, I receive and email from Muubaa stating that they had, in fact, found the jacket in their warehouse. I sent them an email letting them know that I had already purchased the jacket, and not to send the duplicate. They sent it anyway, and I was stuck with the shipping costs. they refused to refund shipping costs regardless of the circumstance. Beware of their bad business practice. This company is disorganized and lacking ethics.

The customer service was inconsistent. Finally I got help, she was Excellent!

I tried 5-6 times on line to set up an order to the US. It wouldn't accept my telephone number multiple times. I tried the type in live chat and they were not helpful or successful in advising me as to how to type in the phone number! How hard can it be? I also had specific questions about the jacket's color and the live chat gal said, "It is as shown!" It took 3 days to order the jacket and a very clever and industrious Meike called me! and helped with the order; she gave me her email address to help, and updated me all the way. The item arrived promptly and is lovely, the right item, the right size, etc. Yea Meike for hanging in there with me!

the clothing arrived packaged beautifully you have gone the extra mile with the black tissue paper, labelling the satin ribbons and the black upmarket carrier bag, it was like receiving a very special present in the post. Then when you open the wrappings the products are just so beautiful, awesome and timeless. Just love them.

I was so impressed with my recent experience with Muubaa. Staff responded promptly to my enquiry and went out of their way to source the size that I was looking for. The product when it arrived exceeded my expectations. It' rare that a garment lives up to its online presentation. In this case it exceeded it. Beautiful, quality leather and stunning jacket.

I've spent such a long time humming and haring over buying these, I don't like buying clothes on line, I like to touch what I am going to buy. I'm so very pleased I finally got them. Even more pleased I got them in the sale! The leather is incredibly soft, the green colour is just so gorgeous. The first pair arrived on the Tuesday, too big, reordered, the smaller ones arrived Friday, just in time for my birthday on the Sunday... Hurrah!! The fit still needs adjusting a bit, but hey, I'd rather buy something beautiful of quality, and get that sorted later. Love them...

Great company - outstanding custom service

First time I have used this company - and would highly recommend it. Decided to treat myself to a new leather jacket and while searching online found the muubaa website. Must have been my lucky day as the jacket I bought was on sale with a massive reduction!! The first thing that really appealed to me was the delivery and returns policy as it meant I could buy jacket in 2 sizes to decide on best fit. When I received the jacket I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The jacket arrived quickly and was well packaged. The quality of the leather and the jacket itself really is of a higher standard than the ones I had looked at in other shops. I have had many compliments when wearing the jacket and am always happy to tell people where it's from and recommend Muubaa to them. The return procedure was also very simple. As the jackets were delivered on a hanger and packed in a cardboard box it was simple to repack, fill in the returns label and send off with the Freepost label provided. Unfortunately I had to contact the company as after a few weeks I noticed I hadn't received the refund for the jacket I had sent back. When I went onto the website looking for phone number/e mail address I noticed they had a live chat option. I gave it a try and unlike many of these live chats I was pleasantly surprised to realise I was actually talking to a person!! After explaining to the colleague that I had not received the refund I was told that this was because they had not received the jacket. Obviously this panicked me slightly but my mind was soon put at ease during the conversation I had with the colleague. She explained that they were actually responsible for the receiving and processing of returns and that it def hadn't been received but double checked anyway for me just to make sure. They requested that I send them a copy of the proof of posting so they could investigate the whereabouts of the missing jacket. The following day I sent this to them and was in contact with a different colleague who was also very helpful. They requested that I leave it until the afternoon in case it was in that days delivery. I expressed my concern that the 14 day money back period had lapsed and I was told that as I had been in contact and reported it that this would not be an issue. I later that day received an e mail saying that they had decided to issue a full refund for the jacket as an exception while they chased its whereabouts.

I can only praise and thank the 2 colleagues I dealt with Kiri and Meike for the way they handled this. The customer care I received from the company was exceptional and greatly appreciated

The Phoenix Shearling jacket is beautiful, maybe the most beautiful jacket I've ever held in my hands. It makes me want to order more jackets from muubaa.com.

Really quick delivery, but even if it's free from muubaa.com, you still get a bill from DHL after delivered (at least if you live in Norway). But you probably won't care too much about that if you're as pleased with your item as I was.

Unable to exchange for a better size

I ordered a jacket, the Lenexa, and when it arrived it was too small( it arrived very fast which was great).
Using my measurements I ordered a UK12 ( US 8). Jacket was just too snug in my shoulders-which are broad, so I opted to exchange it for a UK14.
I sent my package back and by the time it was received (also very fast so good job there) apparently the UK14 I needed was already out of stock.
For the amount of money I paid to order this jacket-and I am aware of the gamble of buying clothes online without the benefit of fitting it first- once my money goes through to Muubaa I would have liked to have been given the option to be able to exchange the jacket to another style that came in my size, if the one I originally wanted was gone.
I would have paid the difference, as I already committed to spend a great deal to begin with.
I absolutely love the jackets, and on my budget the Lenexa -on sale- was perfect. I am disappointed that I was simply refunded (though, again, pleased things were processed most efficiently).
Perhaps I was not meant to spend that much on a jacket just yet.
I hope I will be able to get one in the future as I am now aware of how small they do run as I debated over sending it back, but for the money it should be just about a perfect fit, yes?
I am hoping for spring or summer sales.
So, I highly recommend them but beware the sizing, and the limit of stock.

I did not appreciate to be charged 8€ because of the translation from € in £.
Moreover i had to pay 16€ to return the product.
In final I payd 24€ just to see a product which was not convenient.
It is the last time I order on this site.

Is this really happening?

I ordered my muubaa jacket on your website. I was expecting to receive a jacket in grey colour as it was presented and visually seen on the website. But in the box there was a jacket in green colour and when I contacted the customer service they tried to convince me that I have no reason to get upset because this type of jacket was never produced in grey colour. It was produced in greyish-green colour - and this is what I got. But the colour of the jacket had nothing to do with grey! I was disappointed since I felt mislead - the information about the colour of the jacket on the website was wrong. You cannot mark one greyish-green colour as two diffrerent colours first as grey and then as green! Since I had to pay myself for the return (and the reason I returned the jacket was your misinformation)I was really disappointed in your service.
