Absolutely fantastic customer service, quality

I contacted myMzone through their info page to see if a product that was out of stock can be purchased. I got an email immediately saying that they will check in store in Camden. Meanwhile, i went to amazon and purchased a similar earring for my girl friend because I was in a hurry. However, they got back to me and made the ring available just for me - there was apparently one more left in store. Now, that is customer service!

To reward them, I bought the ring anyway because this level of service has to be appreciated and encouraged! So, yes, myMzone is awesome. Besides, the website is good and I like the concept!

Very useful website and helpful staff

I was in Camden when I saw those amazing scented candle sand. I bought 3 and went back home in Wales. My father liked it so much that we ended up looking it up online and ended up on myMzone. We had a very customised order and we were delighted to hear that the order was sent by the myMzone team in co-ordination with the merchant. I mean, that is just attention to detail and commitment to customers. The website was easy to use, the BEST checkout I have seen in my life and no pressure to sign up nor newsletters or spam emails or advertisements.

I really do admire their work ethic and their customer service.
Thanks guys and I will be shopping from you again.

Feels like London's best!

I had to leave London (sadly) in November and if there is one thing that I wanted to take with me is the Olympics Print Art from Spitalfields Art Market. Unfortunately, the market was not open when I was free and it was open during my work hours - so, I could never go there. It was only in the states that I heard about myMzone from another friend who is a Pinterest fanatic. I went to the website, found the print in 2 minutes and finished ordering in 4 minutes.

The Print arrived just before Christmas. There was a Popobe bear keychain with it and a little Christmas card with the print art from myMzone as a Christmas gift. That just made my day. My daughter loved the keyring and my mother loved the card. Amazing what little things can do for you, hmmm?

Anyway, I decided to come to London and take up the job offer. Today, I went to myMzone's office in Camden Town and I was pleasantly delighted to see really friendly people. I got to say, I am happy to see an eCommerce company with real people - with big smiles and a warm hug.

Good website design, easy navigation, awesome products and great customer service

There - I summed it all up. :)

My order of handmade jewellery came with a handwritten christmas card and a nice popobe. Delighted with it all. I highly recommend shopping from myMzone for gifts and goodies from Camden Market.

Amazing customer service!

Ok - I am not one to leave reviews but I think I should. I ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend that I saw on Camden Market one week before Christmas just before I flew back to Amsterdam. The print took 4 days to arrive and it arrived with a nice packaging. What stood out for me was that there was a Christmas Card with the package and a popobe bear keychain. Now, I never knew that Popobe was but after getting that addictive toy, I am so happy that I made a purchase on myMzone.

They handwrote the letter which was a nice touch. Something tells me that they are a bunch of nice people who want to do good things. I recommend everyone who likes markets in London to visit myMzone.com just in case you missed out on buying gifts for your boyfriend or girl friend whatever.
