Windows Vista, dagen før havde jeg kontakt med vores leverandør til (Brother) samt vores regnskabs ansvarlige fra Concorde (regnskabs program) da jeg ikke kunne udskrive fra Concorde, ville Han anbefale en opgradering af regnskabsprogrammet, til ca. 8000,00. Jeg sagde til ham, at jeg lige ville kontakte vores "MysecurityCenter" før en afgørelse. Brother fortalte efter 1 1/2 timer der var noget galt med vort styresystem på computeren. Efter en god gennemgang fra jeres supporter Joen, virker

I had issues downloading my new software due to conflicting programs already on my laptop, when I contacted their customer services - no problem was too big! They were so helpful and catered to my every need. They had arranged for a technician to assist me - who was so patient and thorough with carrying out the task.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Joen, the technician who assisted me.
I would definitely recommend this product to EVERYBODY!
